The room was mostly clean, with the exception of some of a former guest's hair in the dryer.

The room was in ok condition and the staff was lacking the necessary documents needed to provide for a smooth transition of information. No Parking, had to park a block away from room so I was on the edge worrying that my car was going to be towed or broken into. Thankfully it wasn't. I will not book another stay with this hotel due to the no parking availability.

I was advised to park in a certain area because the hotel does not provide parking. Rental was towed and honestly the way I wasn’t the only person going thru that seemed really shady. I will say the young brother who was there when u checked out was very nice and helpful but other than that I was very unsatisfied when I arrived and even tried to get ******* to move me to another hotel before the Tow fiasco. Very upset that I was not only uncomfortable but feel like I was set up to have ny car towed which will triple my expenses. I really am seeking a refund to be honest.

Only thing good about this place is the location.
Pictures are super misleading. Reception is 5 min driving so if something is needed you have to drive there. No one ever answers the phone.
They charge a "resort" fee of 35$ a day which is mindblowingly expensive specially considering there is zero service. The room is extra bright in the morning and super noisy. The toilet was making a leaking noise 24/7. And to top it off, there was cockroaches in the room. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Yoi can find way better at that price.

Stayed there 12 hours, room was amazing, staff was cold and dry, BE AWARE! After you check in your room maybe a 10 minute walk away from the checking desk at another hotel an they will hold your deposit for a few weeks. Never again.

The rooms weren't very clean. We took two steps and our feet were already very dirty. There were stains on the floors. There were also no cleaning supplies available for us to clean the room ourselves and feel comfortable, since we were told that cleaning is only done every three days. There were also missing kitchen utensils that would have allowed us to at least use the stovetop available in the room.

The room was nice but some of the power outlets did not work from the second night. We were a a building far from the check in building and far from any amenities. This was not highlighted in the booking app. No staff onsite of the building we were staying at. Phoning the receptionist was in vain as no one ever picked up the phone. You either walk 15 to 20 minutes or take a uber to the chick in building for any assistance. Like I said earlier the room was nice and clean. Everything else could majorly improve.

Would never stay at this property or any other properties they own. Check in was OK. We had to walk eight blocks to get to our room. When we got there. The air conditioner did not work properly. I called the front office and she said she was just told about the air conditioner.(I’m sure she knew in advance.) We then asked to be transferred to a different room. An employee bought us keys for the new room, no one mentioned we have to walk five more blocks to get to the new room. Once we got to the other room the key cards did not work. It was very difficult to get a hold of the front desk from then on. Not quite so friendly if you have a problem/complaint. We ended up booking a completely different hotel returned both sets of keys and asked for a refund. She said it she would need a contact the manager’s for approval . Still waiting to see if I get a refund or not. Needless to say never ever again.
