The suite is very small and very dated. The air con was very loud and there was a lot of noise outside of the room throughout the night. In the morning we were woken by our neighbours as we could hear everything they were saying as the room were only separated by an adjoining door.
We decided that we couldn’t spend 10 more nights there so went to speak to reception about paying to upgrade our room.
We were given a key to go and have a look at one of the 3 bedroom suites.
I was incredibly disappointed though that we were told we couldn’t pay the difference between what we had booked and the new room and ended up having to pay in full again…..including resort fees. Poor customer service in my opinion as they already had our money.
Anyway, we paid the money and we spent the rest of the stay in the new 3 bed suite which was lovely and worked perfectly for us. Spacious, newly refurbed, fully equipment kitchen, en-suite to the master, main bathroom and a washer/dryer facilities. Plenty of towels and pool towels provided.
One thing that’s worth noting is that we only got one clean in the time we stayed and if we wanted any more, we would have to pay extra for it but that’s not a game changer for us.
I would absolutely stay again but I wouldn’t bother with anything other than the newly refurbished suites.
