We had a great stay at Marriott’s Harbor Lake. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

This place is amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful- and the place was very clean and well kept. It had more amenities than we originally thought.

Multiple pools, mini golf, pool, fooseball, ping pong, daily activities, restaurants, competitions- very family friendly.
Provided coffee, filters, salt & pepper, creamer, sugar, laundry detergent (laundry was free) and dish soap - also shampoo, conditioner and body soap!
It had all the essentials. What a wonderful place.

We will be back again for sure.

the room was amazing. clean. full kitchen. perfect for my dietary restrictions. washer/dryer. balcony. large table in the dinning room. perfect for me to catch up on some work. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to really explore the property more.

Bathroom was definitely not cleaned before we checked in and we went to front desk they said somebody would come by to clean the bathroom and replace dirty sheets . They dropped a bag of sheets on the ground and didn’t even touch the bathroom . I got multiple random credit card charges as well

Our room was very comfortable but in the entrance area there were a humidity smell, we reported it and technically Marriott did not fix it just covered with a strong odor of cleaning product that in less of a day desaleared.

I liked that it was gated. I loved it had multiple options for pools and may many other activities so the kids were never bored. Beautiful property

At the time of making the reservation, it was never mentioned that there would be a $25 daily parking charge. These additional charges should have been mentioned.

The hotel is fine. The staff are lovely. It was undergoing refurbishment and while we were offered a refurbished room, it didn’t feel like it was. The mattress was unbelievably comfortable though!
The kids’ swim area while fun is in serious need of renovation. We only stayed 1 night.
