Bathroom was definitely not cleaned before we checked in and we went to front desk they said somebody would come by to clean the bathroom and replace dirty sheets . They dropped a bag of sheets on the ground and didn’t even touch the bathroom . I got multiple random credit card charges as well

Our room was very comfortable but in the entrance area there were a humidity smell, we reported it and technically Marriott did not fix it just covered with a strong odor of cleaning product that in less of a day desaleared.

I liked that it was gated. I loved it had multiple options for pools and may many other activities so the kids were never bored. Beautiful property

At the time of making the reservation, it was never mentioned that there would be a $25 daily parking charge. These additional charges should have been mentioned.

The hotel is fine. The staff are lovely. It was undergoing refurbishment and while we were offered a refurbished room, it didn’t feel like it was. The mattress was unbelievably comfortable though!
The kids’ swim area while fun is in serious need of renovation. We only stayed 1 night.

The room is very big, the service is very good, and the location is very close to several playgrounds! The room has an open kitchen, living room, very large bedroom and bathroom, and the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware. The hotel also has many activities, various sports venues, swimming pools, and water parks. It is very comfortable.

Super sweet and quaint little resort!! Super clean, well designed. Staff was more than friendly and accommodating. Amazing communication and efforts during hurricane milton. Rooms are awesome. My kids loved all the amenities and had an amazing time!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience! We will be back!!

Big rooms with many amenities like kitchen, washing machine. 2 showers 2 bedrooms and living room that is very comfortable for families. The rooms are old fashioned design but everything works and it was clean. the hotel is fairly priced and i would say it is good value for money. Bottom line recommend.
