We really enjoyed our stay; the breakfast could use some improvement, but everything else was great! We'll be back.

First off, the room rate. Upon arrival, I was informed of an additional $30 daily resort fee, which wasn't disclosed when booking the room. While it was mentioned in the hotel confirmation, the room had already been booked by then. Secondly, the toilet in the room was exceptionally low, making it very uncomfortable. Conversely, the bed was so high that at 1.65 meters, I had to stand on my tiptoes to get onto it. I requested a quiet room when booking, but was given one right next to the elevator. The sound of the elevator going up and down was incredibly clear and constant throughout the night. The hallway lacked carpet, so the noise of guests' luggage rolling by was distinct, and it was very loud when guests checked in late at night. I booked for two nights but there was no cleaning service in between. Hot water took a long time to come through, which was very inconvenient. In short, my stay was extremely unsatisfactory!

Bed are absolutely horribly uncomfortable. Checked in and found underwear from previous guests and the room smelled of cigarettes.

The location was amazing however the cleanliness was not. Also the shuttle to the parks could do with retiming as they do coincide with park opening and closing.

Our overall stay was fantastic! The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, and they even let us check in early, around 9 AM, without any extra charge, which was incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel. They offer daily turndown service and daily room cleaning, which is a big plus! Definitely recommend this place! There's a swimming pool, and the ambiance is great! The only minor drawback is that the room lighting could be a bit better.

I was on a business trip, but the hotel is actually more of a resort.
They charged a mandatory resort fee even though I was there for work, which was a bit disappointing.
There were no free coffee machines in the lobby, and parking was paid.
Overall, the place was clean and in a great location. Still, it was a pleasant stay overall.

The hotel struggles to keep the relative humidity in the buildings at an acceptable level. Other than that the hotel is clean, staff is nice, and the rooms are a nice size.

Clean room, comfortable huge double bed, friendly staff. Although I did get bitten by a mosquito but managed to find and squash it!
One point to note is that they do not give free bottled water. There are water cooler/collection points near the lobby. So bring your own bottle. Another tip for showering is to put the curtain inside the tub. Else the water would flow out and cause a flood.

The locaitiom so great, and it has a good swimming pool, I think it could be cleaner in terms of the room and the corridor

If negative stars could be achieved then this place would be well deserving.
Arrived and was told we would have a 5-10 minute wait... no biggie even though tables were open. However, after a the 5-10 I could that the hostess was getting flustered and agitated because of issues in the kitchen. The wait turned into maybe 45 minutes.. Upon asking her to ellaborate on the issue she immediately got defensive. I asked to speak to the manager; however, was told he/she was cooking in the back and could not talk... Maybe true... I do not know because never saw the manager. Unfortunately, we stuck it out another 20+ minutes and when I asked again what was going on I was told to leave becasue I was being disrespectful becasue I encouraged the hostess to let everyone know what was going on since half the restaurant had already been bussed. Ironically two minutes later everyone, at once, was seated like a mass substitution... Food was trash so if the manager was actually cooking he should stay to the front of house. After reading other reviews I see this was common m...stay away... I should’ve left but I didn’t.. End of day my fault but heed the warnings...

I rarely complain, but this one deserved it. My father-in-law's burger had a hair in it. They made a new one and it was fine. My meal was pretty poorly put together. I asked for a new one. The second meal came out with a majority of it still frozen. Third time, it was finally correct. We received our bill and it had no adjustments on it for all of the mistakes. Disappointing.

The quesadilla starter was good.
The baby back ribs I tried wasn't good. It was quite dry at the edges. Only the middle two ribs were tender and juicy. The BBQ sauce on it wasn't tasty. The side dishes of grilled vegetables was very oily and that was how it tasted as well. :(. It's my first time at apple bees and i didn't get a good impression of it. I felt like I wasn't given a good service too(could it be because I'm foreign and worried that I may not tip?)
My benchmark of service was when I had breakfast at Peach Valley earlier in the day. Oh well. PS I have heard great reviews about apple bees that's why I tried it

This restaurant is amazing! It was the only place open during hurricane Irma! Even during the storm with limited menu the food was delicious, and they still had the hot breakfast buffet. It made our time much better and comfortable. We are really grateful! Two thumbs up!

I never been eaten in Chick fil A before and I decided to try just now,, very clean and well designed and bathrooms were very clean opposite of many fast food restaurants and cashier name Elizabeth greeted me and her attitude were extremely professional and very friendly in same time. I think she will be regional manager in next 5 years of so. Or she must be Coaching new employees,,, if I was HR Manager of Subway, I will definitely offer good job to Elizabeth and give her a tittle of Attitude Manager to train all my staff new and old ,, definitely they need it,,

Probably worst chick-fil-a experience I've ever had. Service was rude and pushy, and they jacked up multiple elements of our order. But hey, I guess it beats paying resort prices right?

I’m not a tourist. Typically I would NEVER go to this location for food, but it was Black Friday. No choice. Talk about price gouging. $5.00 for their cheapest burger? They have their menu board fixed with only a few choices at EXTREMELY high prices and the food was terrible. I threw most of it out. Thank goodness I was able to get a meal at work. Waste of money. Insulting prices and awful quality.
P.S. for the rest of you who agree this location is awful, they are a predatory store. They purposely overcharge

Worst Wendy I have ever visited! First we had to wait because one if the cashiers was buying herself her food, a woman manager came and told her she had to clock out and go to the other side of the counter to order her. So she did, she cut in line to order her food!!! Not to mention the long line of customers waiting. I had to wave to the woman manager to show her what was happening, she told her to move aside so we could order. When we finally got our food, I asked for a fork to eat my salad, Pedro the manager comes and says they have no forks available, I asked him how Was I going to my salad, he said well. I understand that maybe they ran out of forks but to answer ohh well, is not for a manager to answer back! If this is what this Wendys has in front to represent its franchise, than it will be a disaster!!

The condiments are back in a corner behind the table so if people are sitting at the table, it makes it hard to get them. If someone is getting condiments, it is hard to get a lid or straw. There are limited garbage bins and they were all full. An employee was watching videos on her phone with loud volume on. Any open tables were dirty. This seems like a busy place, so maybe they did not have time but a little more effort would have been appreciated. The food was good though!

Hope you like what combos are listed, cause any subs are gonna cost you big time. Salad came with a dressing that was 99% vinegar. I almost choked on the first bite. Main course came, very small for the price. This was my first visit to Landry's, will be my last. Waiter was rude. Truly not impressed,.

The snapper was tragic, I've never seen a 1/4" piece of Snapper before but Panko breaded and fried it came out as greasy bread crumbs that tasted fishy. Seriously couldn't have been more than 2 Oz of fish for $32. The seafood platter had 1 stuffed shrimp and 3 oysters that together would not make 1. Just a serious disappointment compared to other Landry restaurants. The manager asked how was everything and we told him. Taking care of the customers has a new meaning now, ask and then say thanks for the feedback. I paid for the privilege to be able to tell them how crappy their food was. I also paid for the privilege to post this to the good people on Google looking for where not to eat. Thanks for asking!

All of our food was great tasting and presented well. Cream artichoke dip was a filling appetizer and worth getting and sharing. Service from host and waiter was great. Would go there again for sure!

Meal was good. I'm sitting here right now. Fish fry, steak crab cakes all good. The service was.exceptional and the reason we left this review. from the chilled plates to attentive manners. Our server Toni was exceptional and her manager should recognize her. she made us stop to take the time you leave a review.

Great atmosphere. Sports bar type setup. Plenty of big screens. Oh yeah! The wings are the best with a boat load of choices on sauces. Better "imo" than those orange clad guys. Other items on menu enticing as well. Try the grilled corn on the cob (mouth full of flavor).

My boyfriend's wings looked like they were pretty good. I ordered the grilled fish sandwich and was extremely disappointed. The fish filet was so small it only fit on about half the bun it was on, they put condiments on the sandwich that were not listed on the menu, and to top it off the fish was dry and the sauce that came with it was the only thing that was making it bearable to eat. Oh and it was SIXTEEN DOLLARS. I could have gotten a better fish sandwich somewhere else for cheaper.

Let me preface this by saying the Hurricane in Fleming Island, FL is AMAZING, and I seriously have NEVER posted a negative review on Google. Okay, here we go...I thought I'd visit this Hurricane because it would be yummy and it was close to where I was staying for a NARPM convention. We walked in and were told it would be a 15 minute wait (despite several tables being blatantly open). Still, no big deal. We decided to let the hostess know that we would order a drink at the bar while we waited for a table to become available. The bartender was friendly and attentive (thank God). However, 30 minutes went by and we still hadn't heard from the hostess about getting our table. At this point, we were kind of irritated, but still looking forward to some Garlic Parm wings. So, we get the hostess, and she let's us know our table is ready. Great! Only, no, it wasn't great. Once she seated us, it was another 15 minutes before the server came up to us. The server was so sweet and was very apologetic. Only... this wasn't enough to make up for the fact that she let us know that "the food was on a 45 minute wait" so if she took our order it would be another 45 minutes before we got our food??? We had already been there waiting around for 45 minutes? Needless to say, we decided to leave at this point. On our way out, we asked to speak with the manager. Once we finally tracked him down, he was pretty short with us and did not seem to care that we were trying to communicate with him our concerns. At this point, he dismissed us and told us to "have a great evening" and proceeded to blatantly mock us to the hostess as we walked out the door. Seriously? If this had been my first experience at the chain, I would absolutely never go back. Yikes!

This establishment is such a fabulous place to be the staff is awesome and very attentive to patrons needs. Everyone here is friendly and effiecent. The food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are wonderful.
