Overall the hotel was great. We had a beautiful view of Disney Springs and enjoyed every second of that. However one of the night we were there the room next to us was partying a little too hard. At 12:30 AM they were playing music and singing karaoke. We called the front desk and they didn’t do anything so after 30 minutes of waiting we went downstairs to the front desk and asked them to send someone up. We could literally hear them when we got off the elevator and we they were 2 rooms off the end. When security did end up coming up and telling them to quiet down or they were going to kick them out they ended up leaving for the night. Other than that 10/10 experience!

The service is good, and it is a partner hotel that allows early entry to the park! There is a shuttle bus that is very convenient, and the drivers are very good! There is also a possible BB-8 in the hotel

The location is very good, there are shuttle buses directly to various parks, and the spring is just next to it.

Very beautiful hotel, very close to Disney! Located in Disneyland. I went to Epcot on the first day, and the Chinatown inside is very spectacular! (The picture has nothing to do with the hotel)

The major drawing card of this hotel is its proximity to Disney Springs and the free shuttle bus to Disney parks. That alone makes this hotel good value for money. The hotel is showing its age but the room is clean and the amenities are reasonable.

The check in process was easy and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. Actually, every staff member I encountered was very friendly. The location was super convenient to Disney Springs, and they offered a complimentary shuttle to every Disney park. I did not eat there or use the pool so cannot speak to that.

+ The hotel is in a great location. A short walking distance to Disney Springs and eateries nearby.
- Unfortunately, check in took over an hour because they could not appropriately accommodate a wheelchair guest and 3 other guests, despite our phone calls prior to arriving. The front desk attendant was pleasant but had to go speak to a manager, several times, while checking in. The manager was in an office and never came out to help any guest during check-in. Also, other guests would come to the side counter and our attendant would stop checking us in and assist them. The first room, while wheel chair accessible, only had a king bed and no sofa bed. The second room we were told was a handicap accessible room with 2 double beds, however, it was not. The wheelchair could not fit through the bathroom door. It was an uncomfortable stay for our handicap guest. Despite giving ourselves over 2 hours to check in , grab a bite to eat and dress for an event, the unexpected long check in caused us to miss part of a concert we were attending that evening.

This is a true Japanese Restaurant. Meaning, their Sushi is superb. However, their Steak and Chicken are not up to standard. Still good, but its not their specialty.

Japanese kitchen :

Sushi - 9/10 - Excellent Fish quality and amazing rolls.
Service - 10/10
Price - 8/10 - For the Sushi quality they offered.

Regular Kitchen :

Beef/Chicken - 5/10.
Fried Rice - 9/10. Really like their fried rice.

This location is clean, put together, and I would go again for sushi.

First time ever to a Benihana, it was great experience. Our chef Sam (Samurai) was a amazing cook overall, very active and overall happy. If I ever comeback I will request Sam. Our server was great as well getting drinks filled up on time and clearing plates when needed.
The food was delicious, I highly recommend the "emperors feast" just a reminder for everyone, you probably will seat with strangers and the food is cooked by portions so your not getting all your food at the same time but this does not bother mean.

I'm not sure if I picked the wrong night to come or what, but our cook was very slow. It didn't seem to be very crowded, considering that I arrived a little after 9pm. The cook took about an hour to come to our table. We didn't get to actually eat our food until 10:40pm, and it was cooked/served in portions, therefore food that had already been cooked was cold by the time my whole meal was prepared. The cook was nice but over talkative. The more he talked the slower the production became. The cook tricks were lackluster. I've been to much better Japanese steakhouse's. I don't have a Benihana in the area where I live, so I was very excited about trying this restaurant out. I left disappointed.

We are booked for seven thirty and we set our table at around eight pm. We loved the food and we enjoyed the performances of the chef incharged and the manager knew that we had two birthday celebrants all our besides tables had a birthday celebrants that they never missed to sing an English and Japanese birthday song and again we waited for our check out receipt again And not much guest in fact we are the left guests people in our area the we stayed waiting and waiting. Need to be observe with their commitments to the guests. Well also the front desk people had an attitude too never say sorry just saying you want to talk with the manager. Please learn how to handle guest.

We had an amazing waitress who refilled our drinks the same minute we finished. Our cook was very friendly and put on a great show. The food was extremely good as well. I was entertained and delighted from the moment I stepped in to the moment I left. This is a great experience I would recommend to anyone who has yet to try it!
