A good hotel for a stopover or for visiting the parks. Free coffee, modern rooms by US standards. Spacious rooms. Good value for money.

Great location but the rooms are very cold, the heating system didn't work and we had to change rooms on the first day. It must be good for summer because winter is not.

The family room with bunks is great. Very spacious and very clean, the hotel itself is newer and still has that feel.

Would highly suggest they put some water in the lobby and the gym. Little silly you cant get water anywhere in the building and most especially the gym.

There is no shuttle so you will need to drive if going to the the theme parks, breakfast is $10 per adult and $7 per kid. We did not purchase it and frankly if your a family of 4 Denny's down the street is the same price for a much better breakfast.

They don't honor military discounts even though they state they do. Upon checking into the hotel, my husband whom is active duty asked about their military discounts, and the man told him they don't offer military discounts. Then, when we checked out my husband asked again to Carlos Rojas and he told us military discounts were only available if we reserved through their website not a 3rd party. I explained we did, then he changed the story to we must apply that discount during check in, when I explained we tried but the man that checked us in told us they didn't offer it he then stated "the system just wouldn't allow it". He was the manager. He refused to honor it. This is not a 4 star hotel, the rooms were basic (stayed in the family "suite"). No bathtub, no table or anywhere to eat and the tiny outdoor pool smelled like urine. We lost power for an hour and the room became hot & stuffy. Overall we were very displeased with the dishonesty with this company. There are plenty of hotels near by, stay clear of this one military families!

0 stars for housekeeping.We arrived later on the first night and stayed 4 full days after the first day. Housekeeping was not good. The only thing housekeeping on the second day after I asked for towels in the afternoon was bring the towels and wipe down the sink in the bathroom. That’s all they did for the rest of our stay. Not once did they change the sheets!
5 stars for the rest of the staff!

Very impressed. From the moment we walked in. Greeted with professional and friendly service. The cleanliness was very noticeable from the fragrance in the air to the floors. The rooms were exactly the same. The business area and gym were a plus. Great WiFi connection. Every time we passed by any staff members they smiled and were genuinely friendly. Great happy prices. Breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect. Close enough to everything just the right distance to feel away from everything. Definitely will be our place when staying in Orlando. I've paid way more for way less at other places.
