These quirky 1940s cottages are very well located & lovingly kept. The garden area is gorgeous & full of wildlife, access to beach and on foot access to plenty of places to eat. The main bed was supremely comfortable & the period full sized kitchen useful.
Lovely cottage to enjoy east florida
These are charming cottages equipped with all you need to feel at home. They have a tremendous screened-in porch to relax or cook on the grill. I would recommend staying here if you are in the area.
This was our third stay at Cottages By the Ocean and everything was wonderful as usual. Clean smell when walking in upon arrival and we found nothing that needed attention as far as cleanliness. We LOVE the front porch and have always had quiet guests in the other units. And typically get somewhat acquainted with one or more other guests during our stay. The property is beautiful and is like an oasis in the area. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Elaine and staff is very accessible and responsive to any requests or questions. Couldn't ask for more.
My wife and I were there to visit friends. It was a delightful place in a neighborhood that we were familiar with for the past 30 years. It had everything we needed and a nice homey atmosphere. We would definitely go there again when circumstances allow us.
Beautiful cottages and great personal touches! It was a beautiful stay and communication with Elaine, the owner was fantastic. She was accommodating and very friendly! I would highly recommend the cottages.
This is such a charming property with close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The cottage is fully equipped and cozy. My favorite part was sitting outside on the porch. Great Florida vibes ❤ Will definitely return.
I have been having a great time at Cottages By The Ocean. The room was super clean and had great amenities. The location is right across the street from the beach and the owner is extremely helpful and accommodating. I definitely recommend it if you are staying in Pompano Beach!

Great place for breakfast!! Especially when it's a perfect day out!! Beautiful view and great food!! Nothing better!! Plus my date was extremely beautiful inside and out so it was easily a 5 star experience!!

Great customer service , clean place and also near to the beach. I had the taco party promo, it was three tacos and a beer for $10 it was a great deal. The tacos were amazing and very fresh! I asked for an extra taco, they said yes but would it be extra charge, I told them no problem at all! I would pay double for that food. I will definitely come back!love this place!

Horrendous service. Frozen foods. Go anywhere else. We returned a fried egg since there were shells in it. They brought a new one and insisted on charging us for it. The service was the worst we've experienced and we were the only table. The new management is cutting corners, serving awful food, and providing very bad customer service. We should have gone to the Italian place next door.

Perfect fishing themed dive bar directly across from the beach. Extremely friendly staff, quick and attentive. The hot buffalo shrimp were great.

From all the hype I was disappointed. The bartender seemed completely disinterested in serving us.
Our waitress was very helpful, but someone else brought out food that was for another table.
Food quality was high, although medium steak was well done and braised red cabbage seemed cooked for an hour. Maybe next time! :)

The Thai Steak and noodles was absolutely Amazing! You gotta sit outside, beautiful view! We all love the food! Attentive and friendly service! Would definitely visit again when we're in town!

1st off, the staff, especially my server, are AMAZING! 2nd, I don't eat beef often, & when I do, i like it well done. OMG, my steak was done the way I like it, yet remained tender & juicy! The creamed corn was DELICIOUS as well! I'm coming back!

First time here at Houston's,I've heard so much about this place and I was not disappointed....the food..excellent, the service. .impeccable...our server John B made this experience one to remember! BRAVO!!!
