The staff are very friendly. very clean. Parking is $10 a day. Walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants
Came early to the advertised Easter egg hunt. There were no eggs, and the hunt had already happened. Very poor planning.
I booked the hotel for my bachelorette this past weekend with my bridesmaids and from the moment I walked in that staff was amazing! Maggie welcomed us at the front desk and she was a sweetheart. She made us feel so welcomed and showed us our penthouse (which was way nicer then I expected). The penthouse was huge, rooms were spacious and the view was relaxing. When we started unpacking we noticed our A/C in the living room wasn't working and Tony came up switched out our A/C unit in no time! He was super kind and patient with us and apologized 100 times. The cafe downstairs was nice and the food was delicious not to mention the staff were super kind! I had such an amazing time and I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone!
Customer service was completely nonexistent. I called and left three different messages during business hours to find out what the protocolor was to access my room key after hours. Never got a return call. Once I arrived at 10:30, I followed the instructions to use the intercom. No one responded. After waiting outside for ten minutes, wondering if I was going to have a bed to sleep on, finally someone arrived and showed me to my room. The next business day, I called and left four more messages about rearranging my dates of stay. To this day I have not received any callbacks to any of my eight messages. I will NEVER stay at this resort again. It's unfortunate because I come down to Ft. Lauderdale on a weekly basis and would have otherwise been a frequent customer.
I was treated with disrespect by bi bi and other management Amanda and several races remark. was address during our disagreement because I refused to stay in a lower level room than what I originally booked.
Great little hotel a block off the beach. Great service was upgraded to a better room since mine wasn't ready yet. Clerk help to print out papers for cruise during check out. Overall just a clean comfortable place to stay.
Great hotel if you need to relax after traveling. Loved the concrete floors in our room helped us cool off. Monique (who is amazing) told us our room wasn't ready yet but we could leave our luggage with her and recommended some good food places and places we could relax in the meantime. She called me to let me know our room was ready and when we came back she walked us to our room and we got a free upgraded room because the housekeeper never got around to cleaning our original room. Great service, had a relaxing good time. Check out was easy and Monique helped us print out our papers for our cruise. Thank you Monique!!!
Amazing place to stay, walk distance from the beach, friendly staff and very comfortable bedroom
Dirtiest room ever! 3" of hair & dirt in shower& bathroom floor! Men's shavings on sink. Can hear everyone in halls and other rooms. Complained gave me 10% off, should have been no charge not close to $200 with parking. Should be negative stars.
They are a FRUAD. Check your CC account after you leave. Without authorization they charged $535.00 on my card in addition to my 1 night stay $143.00.
Upon asking why, the front desk female attended Charliminda was rude and place my call in hold for 48 minutes. They had no valid reason to explain why they charged $535.00.
They room by the pool 1st floor was muggy and smelled.
I have reported them to local authorities and better business bureau Ft Lauderdale FL.
