We loved it so much that we had to extend our stay for two more nights! Samantha at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. (Everyone enjoyed it) Great for families. The rooms are so beautiful and spacious. We had a suite overlooking the pool. Highly recommend! I have researched other hotels/resorts in the area and this is definitely the best. Pizza Hut Express on site, game room open 24/7. The pool is a lot of fun and great for kids. We will definitely be back. 😊

Good for family vacation. The washing machine was hard to use. Cleaning condition was so-so. Overall, I would give it a solid 7. I hope next time I stay there it would be better.

The hotel room is very roomy and spacious. (We got a 3 bedroom suite for 3 families). However, our 3 bedroom was not very clean. There were dust bunnies lingering in all the corners and on the baseboards. The furniture is pretty outdated and the room definitely needs an updated paint scheme and paint job in general. (Our room had green paint, orange paint, red paint, yellow paint, and butter colored paint and was very patchy in spots). Our beds were comfortable, but the sheets and blankets are really scratchy and rough. The one really positive thing I can say is that the pool area was super fun with a huge pirate ship that is actually a long water slide that splashes into the pool. The kids loved it here. All in all, this could be a great place if they updated some stuff and cleaned a bit better.

Great Orlando vacation rental, especially for a family or groups.
Our three bedroom condo was equipped with a full kitchen, huge master bedroom and spacious bedrooms. Big screens tv and nice little outdoor patio.
I cannot imagine how uncomfortable the pull out sofas must be to sleep on since they were painful to even sit on.
Fun little Irish Pub came in very handy for late night drinks as well as English breakfast.
It can be a hike from the check in building so be ready to walk with all of you stuff.

What an amazing place to stay! The rooms are extremely large with so much to do on the property. We hosted our annual Marriage Retreat here last week and every couple enjoyed their stay. The staff, especially at the front desk was amazing and supportive. Our coordinator Kelly Deremiah provided us the best price and service we ever had. If you have a large group and will be traveling to Orlando, please contact Kelly. You won't regret it. We are definitely hosting our Marriage Retreat here again. -

Definitely not a 4-Star Hotel.
1. Pretty nice hotel layout and location. Definitely out of date interior wise.
2. The attendants who check you in are nice and friendly.
3. Maintenance request handled quickly but quick fixes and some not even fixed.
4. Need to clean air filter outside and change air filters. My allergies acted up immediately entering this room. Dust on fans and outside of filters.
5. Areas of Improvement are located at the concierge service, guest services & shuttle service tremendously.
6. Shuttle service needs to be updated and/or totally removed.
- Have to sign up everyday by 24 hours and receive a receipt. Many times the receipt printing was down and had to pick up next morning. You have to have receipt to get off and on shuttle.
- Concierge service does not explain the steps of using the shuttle service well. They speak to you as if you should already know how it works. We had to ask several times to understand the process.
- Shuttle was 30-40 minutes late. No apologies. Guests (several of us waiting) called the hotel and were argued with, given wrong information, also hung up on.
7. No one apologizes for inconveniences.
8. Honestly, the actual hotel property is "ok". Our major issue was the customer service & shuttle service.

I am here at least once a year if not more... I luv this resort.. Very clean and have everything u need.. Staff was also great with s quick check in and out.. I luv this place even to get away for a bit... A home away from home

Have eaten here several times and believe quality of food and service have declined. Staff friendly but no visible manager and problems with food orders at nearby tables. Not a lot of tv’s if you are looking to watch a game.

My wife had a salad and I had the white fish. Both were mediocre at best. Not sure how this place is getting good ratings. The waiter was a nice kid but SLOW and didn’t do a good job.

Food is so so but if you are staying at the attached resort there are few options walking distance. I ate breakfast there on Sunday and was extremely disappointed and do not recommend. The meat was poor quality bacon and sausage. I was only able to pick at the eggs completely not worth the $18 total for the breakfast and a Pepsi.

Great liquor selection, low amount of taps, esp local. Above average fare, good service. Plenty of seating and friendly folks. They need more/better beer, but I suppose they cater to the Bud Light vacation crew. Nice hangout.

It's an express so the menu is limited and you end up paying more and getting less. The food is no good either. It was the worst tasting Pizza Hut pizza I've ever had. Very disappointed. I ordered from here because it was walking distance from my hotel room. You're better off ordering from another Pizza Hut and having them deliver.

The pizza place is inside a supermarket, the guy who served the pizza also serves in the supermarket so you have to grab his attention, the guy who makes the pizza has zero personality and looks like he hates the job and the customers. The pizza had no flavour and was basically fat drenched bread. Also the choice here is minimal, you can get 3 choices only... We only had 2 and both were vile.

I have eaten pizza multiple times while living in florida. All of it so far had been the kind you make in the oven. Today I felt lazy and sad, so I ordered Pizza Hut delivery. I did the online order, "make your own" option, adding the toppings I usually add to the pizzas i make myself, along with things I don't normally add like bacon and barbecue sauce. Looking at my total, I questioned my choice in making this purchase. I could have done this myself for half the price, but I was lazy and sad and made the purchase. As soon as I clicked the "Accept" button, I could feel the power coursing through my veins. I controlled pizza! I could command the pizza with my very fingertips without ever standing up!! Finally, when the pizza arrived and was purchased, I questioned my choice again, but with one bite of chewy crust and fresh tomato sauce, I realized what a fool I had been all these months. Such an explosion of delicious flavor flooded my mouth, and I knew that it was absolutely worth every penny I had spent. Needless to say, I had a good experience.

Stopped in twice for coffee and frozen cappuccino and both times it was delicious. The place has pastries but we didn’t get a chance to taste any. Very comfortable seating and a nice atmosphere. Will definitely go back again.

Really loved the coffee and pastries were the best. May have been a bit high but with quality I expect to pay more. Man behind counter very nice and accomadating. Only negative the music was a bit too loud for a relaxing cup of coffee. Beautiful decorating and comfortable seating

Coffee was good, it was very pricey though for an Iced Latte. Music level was a bit too much. Hard to enjoy $7 iced latte while Careless Whisper House Mix [Club Bangerz] 2.0 plays in the shop. Attached below, a picture of how I felt throughout my visit!

The staff greeted us upon arrival and asked if we had any questions regarding the menu. They told us to take our time. He was very patient with us.
I asked a few questions and he seemed knowledgeable.
The staff was friendly.
The shop was clean and the pastries looked fresh and delicious.
Whenever we are in the area, we definitely be returning to try more menu items.
