Great place to stay! Nice rooms & very comfortable. Would have given 5 stars but the keys didn't want to work on the outside security doors. They were working on that.... will definitely come back!

My hubby and I favor this place a lot!! We seem to go here every time on a Disney trip. The staff is also very accommodating and will work with you if there is a particular view or floor you want. The grounds are always kept clean and beautiful. Parking is convenient every time we go! Also have a shuttle service at certain times to the parks as well.

The kitchen was fully loaded with EVERYTHING you would need without even thinking about it including dish soap, can opener, utensils, laundry soap, etc. the list goes on.

Will continue to be making reservations here. :)

Very outdated and our bed had yellow stains with crumbs. Although we met wonderful families by the pool, the actual property needs a lot of work especially their gym facilities.
The place is a gold mine with the traffic volume they get. They only care about selling timeshares and making money with ticket packages to parks and everything felt like it was a pushed deal. The front desk were very fast paced and treated the guests like numbered cattle. Aside from having a decent kitchen to make your own meals some evenings, I would’ve felt more comfortable at a Disney resort and paid the extra money. If you had a question about directions or any recommendation, they would hand you a map because they were more concerned with talking to new prospects in buying a timeshare.

BEAUTIFUL! We stayed in building 20. Wow! What a beautiful accommodation. Spacious, excellent view of the Disney fireworks, a beautiful pool with hot tub and kid's splash pad, and so much more! Totally relaxing. Very convenient location. I look forward to staying again in the future.

This visit was my first Disney vacation and this venue was the ideal place. It was an informal family reunion with 18 of us there from 4 to 8 days. The rooms were all close by making it easy for us to gather in different rooms at breakfast, at various intervals or during the evening. All spaces were nicely furnished, clean, supplied well and very functional. There was close access to grocery stores, outlet stores and restaurants within walking distance. Vacation Village was indeed a home away from home.

Waited forever in line to order. Gave us wrong food and acted irritated that we would say anything. Several drink choices in the machines didn't work, out of ketchup, no lids for our cups, trashcan was overflowing, & sweet tea was soured!

Wendy's is always consistent in the same way is McDonald's. Usually, NOT all the time, the location is the big variant in myself selectively of the fast food chain I choose. That being said, good area, and NICE PEOPLE ESP manager who I have seen three tha or years.

The fries were cold and stale. One soda machine had a broken ice machine, while the other spouted ice all over the floor. Over half the drinks were unavailable. What soda I could get was flat. There was no ketchup. The chili was so watery it was basically soup. The sink sprayed water all over my mother. Overall a great experience, would go again.

My nephew loved the hambúrguer there and in his review it much better than the others popular fast food. I didn't eat there but he gave I high five. The option # 8, for him was very good.

I almost die when I placed a bite on this burger. That burger had a bad smell and the little bite I took put me in the hospital. Not sure if that burger was intend to kill me but whoever had the intentions almost got his/her mission accomplished.
Please, I see this place empty all the time. Must be a reason. Be aware.

The Young lady with the natural twist in her hair was fast. She waited on 3 people and mastered 4 footlongs! Easily. Very attentive! Regulars enjoy her smile. You go girl! Love my Oil & Vinegar packs!!!

They have only one person taking orders, doing the register, sandwiches, etc. Inhumane really on the poor guy who works super fast just trying to keep up, he was really nice too. Hire two people Subway!

Got there around 1015...no guests in the restaurant , when the lady that was supposed to attend us came out , she didn't even look at us she went straigh to the oven to get the bread out. When she turned around she said "are you paying? Because you order at this end. We smiled and said, Hi and proceeded with the order. Food is ok as always but the service is getting worst with this young workers that don't have pride in what they do ...what a shame. Filty place a lot of cigarettes butts at the entrane and dirty soda station...whats going on subway...???

Excellent Starbucks. I am glad they moved to add a drive thru but they took down a lot of the seating spaces. That is it. Oh staff tries hard to be friendly and learn names, it makes it bit quaint and warm.

Starbuck always provide good service and excellent ordering​ system however not this time. 4:00pm Nov 22, 2017, we order two things one ice coffee and a frappucino. It is a quite afternoon, low volume of customer, Ice coffee came out as always frappucino was forgotten in the blender and it would still be in there if I didn't ask if they forgot our order.

Simply the best steak dinner we've ever had. Our waiter was attentive, and kept our glasses full. They were so nice they sat us at tables that I can get my wheelchair in and out of. All of the side dishes were good and fresh and the waitress was so helpful, she pointed out several things we can do in Orlando while we are here. Best meat in town!

Great atmosphere and food. Come here after 9pm for their happy hour. Draft beer 2 for $4 and specialty cocktails for $5. Ask for Ben. He’s a great bartender!

My favorite hibachi place in all of Kissimmee area hands down. Very nice inside also the customer service is great. The food has never let me down. The cooks are amazing as well very entertaining. Just a tip for someone who hasn't been yet...go after 9pm...and get the 2 for 40....brings shrimp, chicken and steak two huge portions for 20$ while it's made right in front of you, can't beat that!
