Always love embassy suites. Still do the happy hour at night and free made to order omelets and breakfast. Having a door between the bedroom and living room is always great for when traveling with friends.

All staff weee do friendly couldn’t fault this place from the fresh hit breakfast to the free evening reception!
Splitting hairs but the only 2 slight criticisms are the music on pool deck is too loud & public atrium too cold!!
Apart from that everything was wonderful - def the best choice in downtown Atlanta

The rooms are all suites, equipped with a living room and a small desk. The hotel is older and the facilities are average. The room has wireless charging equipment, which is particularly convenient.
The hotel breakfast is not bad, but the end time is too early, closing at 9 o'clock. Including breakfast, the overall value for money is good.

Breakfast was okay, staff were amazing! And two free cocktails each night from the lovely bartenders at the hotel bar

It was okay. The size of the room and the condition of the bed were good, but as soon as I entered the room, there was a bad smell (the smell of a single man's house...) that didn't go away and continued until I checked out, so it was difficult. I wish they had ventilated it well.

The location of the hotel is very good. In the city center, the aquarium and the Coca-Cola Museum are very close. There are restaurants, ice cream, and everything around. You can take the subway for 10 minutes, which is very convenient. beer

I wa staying at the Omni and decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. It was a bloody awful experience. After a really tiring 8-hour day of walking at the convention center all I wanted was a meal that did not involve a long walk. Insipid food is best way to describe it. The salmon came on a bed of liquidy broth of beans and rice. It looked like a plastic piece of fish for demonstration purposes in a window . Absolutely bland and overcooked. An indifferent caeser salad was the accompaniment and slightly saved the meal But altogether a horrible meal and thoroughly disappointing after much expectation considering I was in top rated hotel. After a $60 tab with no alcohol felt totally dissatisfied and cheated. Cannot understand how a supposedly class hotel at CNN Center can serve such unadulterated rubbish for food. Prior night experince at adjoining McCormick was also disaster. What is the matter with this hotel for allowing zero star food to be served in a 4 star hotel? Never staying at any Omni again.

Disappointing -- but we should have realized when we were two of a total of three diners in the restaurant at 7:30pm. T-bone pork chop was so salty it was inedible. I sent back my plate and settled for a spinach salad since my husband was already eating his fish. His side vegetable was burned and had to be replaced with green beans. The waiter was very accommodating and provided free desserts and coffees as an apology. Too bad that we didn't have a good dinner as we were celebrating our 48th anniversary with a stay at the Omni.

We ate here July 10th and everything from the appetizers to dessert were incredible. My boyfriend would not stop talking about the ribeye steak! He said it was the best steak he ever had. The salmon was also just amazing! Our server, Herschel had a very welcoming and warm smile and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Would highly recommend this place and ask for Herschel!

They have the best crab salad ever! I usually go during lunch and there is usually no crowd, however since it it located within a hotel/cnn center, when the hotel has conventions, it can be a little crowded. The staff is pleasant and service is rather quick - but if your on lunch, let them know your on lunch and they will move faster. The food can be little pricey for lunch . But trust me and try the salad. Great lunch spot!
