Hotel was very clean and quiet and comfortable as always. Second time staying at this location when in town. Only reason for 4star because it was one minor issue in my room ladybugs coming through the seals of the window. No big deal. Still enjoyed my stay.

I had a very pleasant, comfortable stay. The suite room size was extremely generous. But most importantly--when there was a minor issue with my room, the staff response was outstanding: prompt, courteous, and responsive. Kudos to the team there. I'll definitely be back.

The room was huge and clean, staff was helpful. Our stay was exactly what we wanted it to be, as we were visiting Atlanta for the Hoosiers Peach Bowl win!

Beautiful and elegant hotel. Everyone that worked there was so friendly! Everyone asked if we needed anything and was always smiling. They made you feel like family. That speaks volumes for a hotel. I will stay here from now on when I travel to Atlanta. Our room was beautiful and very clean. Had one little issue that I let them know about, but they were very apologetic. It doesn't change the fact everything else was 100% perfect! 5 out of 5 no doubt. Even with the issue, it's still getting a perfect score. We will be back! Thanks Hyatt and you need to give your front desk and the gentleman at the bar a raise. Exceptional people! Very kind and go out of their way with a smile. Super easy to talk to, and were very down to Earth. Very professional but personal. Absolutely amazing. Wish I had taken more pictures of the room.

Stayed in large suite with kitchen area with no silverware or dishes and only two small glasses. Also, charged for parking, only Kuireg with two pods and no maid service on New Year’s Day.

I almost never write reviews but I felt compeled too in this case. I stayed last week for a work trip. The service was top notch. The staff felt I waited too long to be able to check in and offered me a complimentary drink at the bar for my troubles. As well as water. Small gesture but I really appreciated it. I booked a King Bed room and it was impressive. Felt relaxing and cozy and exactly what I needed to wind down. The food was good too including breakfast. This is my go to hotel whenever I am in the area moving forward. My only complaint is the parking fee. There’s a big lot and other hotels in the area offer free parking with room stay.

Amazing hotel with a great location and all the employees - from housekeeping to the bartenders were awesome. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this is by far my new favorite! Its hard to find a full-service hotel with 2 room suites. The rooms are huge and super cozy! Can't wait to come back!..

The wings are good if you like spicy the hot and the spicy BBQ are spicy and delicious. Also if you order the fish sandwich it is amazing and gigantic literally like you are eating an entire fish we grabbed some extra buns and was able to have 2 sandwiches with just the one fish sandwich!! Amazing!!!

Food has always been hot and good here. Wait staff are friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is relaxed and there are plenty of TVs if you watch sports.

This place doesn't really have healthy options, but the burgers are great and the fries aren't greasy/salty. The wraps are pretty good, and they really advertise the wings. I wouldn't personally try the wings as they don't have a boneless option, but to each his own. Because they don't have the boneless wings, I most likely won't return, but the food is decent. Very unique vibe. If you enter from the cigar bar side, you have to walk through a hallway by the kitchen to get ot the main dining area. Very friendly staff and the whole experience was excellent.

I eat at this location at least twice a month and have so for years. The entire menu is amazing. They have great fish sandwiches, it's almost the closest to a true deli in Smyrna. The waiters are very nice too ask for Chris or Dom they have been my waiters for a long time.

This subway location is small and extremely high traffic during lunch hours. They are fast getting sandwiches out but not very welcoming while doing it. They do however have some outdoor seating options which are great if it's not too hot outside.

Absolutely horrible! I had to constantly remind them of what I wanted on my salad after they kept asking. Also, specifically asked for crackers, croutons, and utensils. The lady turned around as if she grabbed the said items and placed them in the bag. I get back to my gunshow and it was napkins she placed in my bag. Now, my $8 salad will go to complete waste being that I have no utensils to eat with! I could deal without the crackers and croutons, but not a fork! Very horrible experience! Especially after working since 5 am and I'm 5 hours away from home!
