The location is good, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the aquarium. The hotel recognized the Marriott membership number and upgraded to a suite. The design is mediocre, but considering the price, it is not a big problem.

The decoration style is similar to that of the Ritz-Carlton in China, the old money style, but the bathroom has no door and water is all over the floor.

The shower gel is very fragrant and the service is very good It’s also very close to some attractions

I was there for a conference over the weekend. Five pallets of products had to be brought to the meeting rooms on the 2nd floor on hotel carts because their service elevator was broken. The stay itself was nice, but the broken service elevator really delayed setup.

Had a wonderful time at the Baldiecon 2025 conference. Staff was so pleasant. Was greeted before entering the hotel. Ambience was so on point. The room was so stunning. I recommend this hotel for families. The location was convenient. Attractions like the Aquarium and World of Coca Cola were close. There was also a mall with multiple restaurants and such connected to the hotels so you won’t have to go outside. Definitely check out this hotel!

Convenient location for access to downtown and to travel outside city limits but facilities are quite old without proper repairing. Staff was kind but still somewhat behind comparing with other Hilton sites. Valet system is not well being operated.

We stayed for the weekend as a couple and this the experience can be summarized with hair in the towels, rude staff at breakfast, and a never ending waiting for check out.

No parking around except for expensive public parking 50$ per day or valet at 65$ per day. Breakfast is very normal with a rude person in the egg station who keep making grimace everything u ask him to make an omelet. Rooms were of good quality, except there wasn’t any body wash provided to me. The room was pretty good. We booked a room on a high floor and the view from the window was pretty good. The hotel is close to Lenox Square, so it is convenient for dining and shopping around.

It's great and the waiters are also very nice. There is a big shopping mall opposite. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast! You can only have a simple meal at the Italian breakfast shop on the street behind the hotel.

There is no breakfast in the hotel, but there is a small cafe on the first floor. The Palm restaurant in the lobby has a good appetite and is worth recommending. There is a large shopping mall around, which is convenient for shopping.

This place is historic and absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately, the rooms are a little run down with dirty walls no pictures or anything hung on the walls which makes it feel very drab. You will absolutely be treated differently if you booked through a third party site like Expedia Etc. Definitely check out the cool bar downstairs, awesome photo opportunities in the main foyer.

Gotta start with the awesome staff. From check in to check out, every employee I saw or talked with smiled and helped me with whatever I needed. You can tell they take pride in their jobs. The hotel is beautiful and unique. Modernized but still classic. The roof top pool looks great (too chilly when we visited to swim) and the view is amazing.

Water pressure is water for showers. Other than that, everything is fine.

The hotel entrance is a bit small, located at a street corner, which makes parking a bit inconvenient. Since it's downtown, valet parking is necessary and costs $55 per day. However, it's super convenient for sightseeing; you can walk to the Coca-Cola Company in about 10 minutes and Olympic Park in just five or six minutes. Clean and spacious hotel, plus my room had two big bottles of water for free! However you’d have to pay $59.90(tax inclusive) for overnight parking which is too pricey if you ask me. Also, room services was at my door at 8am to ask the time I’ll be leaving whilst check out starts at 11am (hotel needs to check that). Overall, I loved my stay!

I loved this new hotel. Stafff was friendly and helpful! The room was very spacious and comfortable. I just wished breakfast was cooked to order. Instead they cooked stuff and just left it out for you to help yourself. If cold you could warm it in the microwave. But I would definitely stay again!

Staycation Easy check-in with very friendly staff and beautiful lobby. We really enjoyed hanging out in the lobby and sitting in the courtyard and having a drink at the bar. I was very impressed with the breakfast and loved the yogurt bar.

Clean, comfortable and great area. This place is modern, stylish and beautiful. Rooms are nice size with beautiful restrooms and the bar downstairs even has a happy hour. A nice place to stay This is a nice place to stay. Very clean and the staff are all nice and friendly. My only complaint is our room was on the Marta side and the noise was disruptive to sleep.

We enjoyed every aspect of the Candler Hotel. The brunch menu had a wide variety and our options were delicious. The room was nice as were receptionists, but I hate that I wasn’t able to use the spa, which was a large part of my reason for booking, due to construction. Also, it was very annoying to be woken up to hammering, drilling, and nails falling at 8am on what was supposed to be a relaxing stay.

It was too loud at night, guest making loud noises in the hallway or playing loud music especially at night.

Everything was pretty much good just the parking is high for them to have nothing ealse near to park. So you have to use them.

I came here for a business event, and I love that the property was convenient and it was walkable or a short Uber to the places that I needed to go. The property was a little dated for it to be a W hotel, but it was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The facilities are very good. The shower room is not a bathtub, which makes it more convenient to get in and out. After returning the car, it is very close to the free light rail from the airport. The sound insulation is very good and you can't hear the noise of the plane and light rail. The bedding is comfortable. Highly recommended.

Stayed here because we were going to a convention on Saturday morning. If you don’t have room service breakfast there is only Starbucks open in this hotel. The line is extremely long. It’s clean, slept ok, just found it quite expensive for what they offer. There’s no in room microwave so Starbucks is our only choice.

Room was a bit smaller than I anticipated. Booked a king room with balcony but due to construction, I was put into a double bed standard unit. Bummer. Stuffy and a bit claustrophobic but had a nice view of the airport plane traffic. Surprisingly quiet even though the airport was close. This hotel is really great! The room is clean and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and the facilities are complete. I have stayed at this hotel three times now this year and it is my new Atlanta favorite. My primary reason is the staff; they make the hotel experience every stay. Great time, the room was very nice and we loved our stay.

I booked this hotel for a friend. The facilities were good, the service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming to every guest.

Clean and hygienic. The rooftop gym is spacious and bright. The staff are all quite friendly. The food at the first-floor restaurant is so-so, but Atlanta is really a food wasteland.

GOOD LOCATION & TRENDY HOTEL. CAR PARK IS CONVENIENT & JUST OPPOSITE OF MERCEDES STADIUM.

Very clean and tidy, but there is no water in the room, so you have to buy it yourself.

The location is good; it's very convenient for watching sports games or concerts. There aren't many restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself doesn't offer any catering services. The rooms are average.

Loved the hotel but did not appreciate the valet scratching/scuffing my brand new car on the passenger front. Usually I do a walk around when leaving but I did not notice the scuff until I left the location. Gratefully, I was able to get the scuff mark out. Outside of that mistake, the room & the hotel was amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The only thing that wasn’t so good, considering that they allow dogs, is that the rooms have carpeted floors, It makes cleaning a bit more difficult. Now, regarding the staff evaluation, I want to praise someone from the bar, MICHELLE, who took extremely good care of us. She was very friendly and super nice to my family.
