You can watch your good being prepared in the rotating restaurant. I stayed in the international tower. The rooms are newly renovated and spacious. I had a chase lounger and a king bed with a desk

I enjoyed my stay here while visiting for a show at Mercedes Benz Stadium.

Magnificent, the room has a terrace, and the outdoor swimming pool is big enough 🏊♂️

The lobby is beautiful and the history of the hotel is fun The location is going downhill. I was afraid to leave the hotel without my husband and I have zero problem in any other large city

Several in-house restaurant options - the Marketplace in particular was great for really good food options on the go. Fast elevators to the various rooms. on the 22 floors in the main tower

Only down side was the abundant homeless population immediately surrounding the hotel, including in nearby parks - not really a family-friendly atmosphere

We stayed for the weekend as a couple and this the experience can be summarized with hair in the towels, rude staff at breakfast, and a never ending waiting for check out.

I explained I wanted to tip some of the employees, and she sternly said "I told you where you could get change and those are your options. " It caught me so off-guard, that I stood there for a moment and walked away

As I did, she sharply said "THANK YOU" in a tone that was beyond passive-aggressive. So bizarre and out of character for what was a delightful stay. The culture there seems really good, and I hope to return

The only negative encounter was when I was waiting to speak to the gal in the Bonvoy Platinum line about getting change. Another employee walked up and said she could help me in another line

Last weekend a friend and I stayed here for a game at State Farm. From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was stellar (except for one instance - which I'll get to in a moment)

Everyone was super friendly, the place was clean even though the property has been around for a really long time. They are working on upgrades, but the beds and showers were fab

Best hotel experience we used valet parking ($67 a night) but everything was excellent

Excellent! The front desk staff were also great. I highly recommend staying here. It's probably the most cost-effective and cheapest hotel in the area

Overall stay was pleasant & really enjoyed a lot as room was quite spacious & cozy

The only complaint here is the towels were so small at the pool, smaller than our bath towels in the room. On our first night the room was a problem

Natasha was a wonderful server ay fandanles and the food came out quick and tasted great. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool

There were a couple of issues with one elevator going down on the first day but that seemed to get fixed for the rest of the weekend. The pool area was beautiful and was a major reason we chose to stay here

Don't get the pool view! The carpet floors looked really dirty. The best thing here is the staff, who are there to help you, they are very polite and professional. There are restaurants on the property

So, you'll hear the noisy kids in the pool, up & until 10pm. There is a glass door in your room that opens up into the pool area. Check the latch to make sure it is properly locked, mine was unlatched

The hotel says newly renovated, don't believe it, they still have rooms that are in need of renovations. I chose the pool view, the pool is enclosed, and your room is on the same level as the pool

The hotel is in the woods, very beautiful, the bedding is very comfortable, the American bed is big and must be praised, the breakfast is a bit expensive, there are no vegetables, strawberries are free to eat, very close to the airport, recommended

Exactly what was expected, good sleep between flights transfer. The shuttle transfer is on domestic terminal, we got an uber from international terminal as it was quicker.

The location of the hotel was really good. The facilities were good, including clean rooms, a gym, and a swimming pool, but I had to park for one day and had to pay more than that

The shuttle bus operates 24 hours a day, and it runs every 15 minutes in the morning. Because we were going to take a flight to Florida before checking in, we left our luggage at the hotel, which was very convenient

The hotel environment is quite good and it is very close to the airport. It should be noted that there are two Marriott hotels near the airport, and the one at home is a little far away, so don't go the wrong way

The room was nice and everything was pretty clean except the Shower. I stayed in room 732 , maybe Housekeeping could take care of this. Other than that I had a good night sleep and a great Dinner

① Move from the domestic terminal to the international terminal → Tell the person at the international bus terminal that you want to go to the international terminal shuttle bus ② Move to the international terminal and go to the shuttle bus stop → Hilton and Marriott hotel buses come constantly ③ Get on when your hotel bus comes Even if everything goes well, it takes 30 to 60 minutes to get there

It was close to the airport and very convenient for transit. The shuttle bus is a bit of a hassle, so I will write about the shuttle bus as of August 2024

In addition, there are no sidewalks in the surrounding area, so you basically cannot walk. It is recommended to prepare before arriving, such as by getting an Uber or at the airport

Room a little tired, food and service in the grill was very good. Staff very pleasant and friendly.

If any one is looking for great deals for hotel rooms head to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ booked a resort on there and they had the absolute best prices any where! Francis at the front desk is such a pleasure to work with

Only reason booked this hotel is due to the location closed by the airport

The only downside is the restaurant which is poorly organized, over-crowded and staff don't pay attention to customers, I had to leave for significant wait time on our order, no one even apologized for the long wait time and had to ask the lady in the front for water and juice, no one checked on us in the meantime

We had a bite and some drinks at the hotel bar the first night, although service was slow (in part because our wedding party had such a massive turnout), everyone was so kind and the food was delicious

The rooms here are very comfortable and the beds are very cozy. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at Cecilia’s restaurant. Our server for dinner, Herold, and the rest of the staff were great

For breakfast, Wanda put coffee in our cups and smiles on our faces, she truly got our day off to a great start. We really appreciated the good food and great service

Clean, quiet, comfy, and the near the airport.

The decoration style is similar to that of the Ritz-Carlton in China, the old money style, but the bathroom has no door and water is all over the floor.

The shower gel is very fragrant and the service is very good It’s also very close to some attractions

The design is mediocre, but considering the price, it is not a big problem

One of the nicest hotels to stay at for the holidays! I loved every minute of our stay. The staff are amazing. Along with that the rooms are perfect. One of my favorite Marriott properties.

Luxurious decoration, quiet, excellent location

The location is good, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the aquarium. The hotel recognized the Marriott membership number and upgraded to a suite

Those things are everywhere and the hotel’s location is central to everything to do with the arts. The High Museum, The Fox Theatre, and The Shakespeare Tavern Theatre are must sees while you are there

And don’t forget to get breakfast at the hotel. It’s delicious! Ask for Tyler 😊, she’s amazing

We had a quarter room with a view of Atlanta and breakfast. the breakfast was amazing in the Concierge Lounge. They're even sweet enough to bring us a dessert for our anniversary. You can literally walk to Lenox mall

We had a very pleasant stay at the JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead. Upon arrival around midnight, we were greeted in a professional and welcoming manner, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient

We stayed here due to a flight cancellation and were treated exceptionally well. They allowed an early check-in to an excellent room and were warm and friendly from start to end

The check in staff was fantastic! They were warm and accommodating and ensured my daughter was fully celebrated for her birthday. The property is lovely and in the best spot to access great dining (walking distance)

The king suite was immaculate and the view from the picture window was amazing! The Restaurant and Bar were fantastic. I loved everything about this hotel.

The breakfast menu was ok albeit they ran out of plain bagels for a few days. The bar had a good selection.

The location is absolutely unbeatable!! 2 min walk to to Lenox  Square with a big mall and many eateries. Staff are friendly and eager to help. If I ever come to Atlanta again, will definitely stay here!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to malls and restaurants, which made getting around super convenient. Overall, I had a very nice stay — the staff were friendly and the room was clean

This is a really upper class place very nice lobby and nice rooms. The view from the top floor is great. I was rather disappointed by the jerks who were smoking pot and making a ton of noise next door

The second night I could hear every word the neighbor was saying on his phone conversation in the evening until 10pm. He is a car salesman and gripped about making only $ 450 on a sale today

However, the building is quite old, and the pillows and mattress were a bit too hard for my liking. Still, it’s a good option if you want easy access to shops and dining

The staff was very attentive and kind! The rooms were huge, I had 2 regular closets, and 1 walk-in closet all in the same room. I was disappointed in a few things: the bathroom, no mini fridge, and no microwave

The elevator to the pool was a bit janky. The pool itself had some rust spots in it, which grossed me out, but they might not bother most people

I was disappointed that with how large the room was, there was no fridge to store my leftovers from eating out, not a microwave to re-heat food. I’ve come to expect those amenities in even the most basic hotel

The bathrooms in the website pictures are all beautiful, well lit, updated with white/grey tile, impeccably clean. My room was not updated and did not look like what the site advertised

The grout on the floor looked like it needed a deep clean. The tile was brown and dated, not white and refreshing. The shower had some rust and calcium buildup in some corners

I always enjoy staying at the Georgian Terrace. It is very convenient to The Fox Theatre and the staff are always very friendly!

We were on the 17th floor and did not hear traffic or any noise from outside. I would recommend this hotel and stay again. You can't beat the location in downtown Atlanta

Front desk was fine, but the ice machines on all floors were broken. It’s an inconvenience having to go all the way down to the convenience store to get a bag of ice. Other than that, the bar made a good Old Fashioned.

Our server was very understanding wrapped up my son's meal and was able to put our order to go so we could bring it upstairs and put my son to bed. The lobby and restaurant I will be going through a bit more renovation

Water pressure is water for showers. Other than that, everything is fine.

Clean and spacious hotel, plus my room had two big bottles of water for free! However you’d have to pay $59. 90(tax inclusive) for overnight parking which is too pricey if you ask me

We've stayed here at least three times and never had a bad experience. The staff is always nice and helpful. They also have a decent breakfast. Valet parking can be busy at times, but that's understandable

Literally walking distance to everything in downtown Atlanta. The customer service was wonderful, and the valet was phenomenal. Can't wait to come again!

However, it's super convenient for sightseeing; you can walk to the Coca-Cola Company in about 10 minutes and Olympic Park in just five or six minutes

This was a really fantastic hotel. The pool was warm and not that crowded. And my room was overlooking a forest and very quiet to sleep in, even for a light sleeper like me

I was quite surprised by the location and experience. Clean and quiet, except for the surgeons visiting, having cocktails in the lobby bar. But, they probably deserve a stress release. Staff were polite and helpful

Always great accommodations, food, and relaxing spa, but avoid the pool, particularly on the weekends! Apparently you can stay at the hotel and invite all of your kid’s friends to join you for a party at the pool

The Four Seasons Atlanta is definitely a five star hotel, restaurant and spa and the perfect place to enjoy the best of Atlanta, just not at the pool

I’ve been told that this happens regularly and that apparently the pool has become the new destination for children’s parties

For a hotel brand that prides itself on exceptional service, failingi to fulfill such a simple request is unacceptable. While there were positive elements to my stay, these issues detracted from the overall experience

In-room dining quality: The food did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. While the fries were acceptable, the tomato soup tasted like canned tomato paste and lacked depth and flavor

Service follow-through: On one evening, I ordered a meal via Uber Eats that arrived without cutlery. I contacted the hotel through the app to request cutlery and was told it would be sent to my room

They were courteous, and very attentive to our every need. We had traveled to Atlanta for the funeral of a close family member. The staff went beyond our expectations in accommodating us and truly catering to our needs

Stafff was friendly and helpful! The room was very spacious and comfortable. I just wished breakfast was cooked to order. Instead they cooked stuff and just left it out for you to help yourself

If cold you could warm it in the microwave. But I would definitely stay again!

Staycation Easy check-in with very friendly staff and beautiful lobby. We really enjoyed hanging out in the lobby and sitting in the courtyard and having a drink at the bar

The floor to ceiling glass windows were my favorite giving you the perfect city views! The beds were super comfy which made me never want to get out of bed:) Room service/whatever, whenever service were awesome! The lobby was beautiful! It had a very hip, unique vibe! Hotel was under construction during our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the rooftop bartenders were very friendly and attentive. We will be back once the construction has been completed.

The room was absolutely perfect! It featured floor-to-ceiling windows that filled the space with stunning natural light, a luxurious bathtub that added a romantic touch, and a beautiful bathroom that made every photo feel elegant and upscale

I came here for a business event, and I love that the property was convenient and it was walkable or a short Uber to the places that I needed to go
