Decent stay at a nice hotel close to downtown

I recommend this hotel for families. The location was convenient. Attractions like the Aquarium and World of Coca Cola were close. There was also a mall with multiple restaurants and such connected to the hotels so you won’t have to go outside. Definitely check out this hotel!

Convenient location for access to downtown and to travel outside city limits but facilities are quite old without proper repairing. Staff was kind but still somewhat behind comparing with other Hilton sites. Valet system is not well being operated.

We stayed for the weekend as a couple and this the experience can be summarized with hair in the towels, rude staff at breakfast, and a never ending waiting for check out.

No parking around except for expensive public parking 50$ per day or valet at 65$ per day. Breakfast is very normal with a rude person in the egg station who keep making grimace everything u ask him to make an omelet. He also keep touching the fruit station with his gloves which were touching the eggs with.

Rooms were of good quality, except there wasn’t any body wash provided to me. Keys would not work on certain elevators, but not all of them (even when the elevators went to my floor) the badge just wouldn’t scan on the same two elevators. Exactly what was expected, good sleep between flights transfer. The shuttle transfer is on domestic terminal, we got an uber from international terminal as it was quicker.

Poorest Marriott I have been in. Had to change the room three times due to noise and broken equipment issue and instead of getting an apology from the staff we were told to not come again asking to change the room. Rooms itself very poor quality.

I didn't know anything about airport hotels in Atlanta. I was looking for a convenient hotel with an airport bus. And the Westin was one of them. The hotel is in a great location, very close to malls and restaurants, which made getting around super convenient. Overall, I had a very nice stay — the staff were friendly and the room was clean. The room was pretty good. We booked a room on a high floor and the view from the window was pretty good. The hotel is close to Lenox Square, so it is convenient for dining and shopping around.

It's great and the waiters are also very nice. There is a big shopping mall opposite. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast! You can only have a simple meal at the Italian breakfast shop on the street behind the hotel.

There is no breakfast in the hotel, but there is a small cafe on the first floor. The Palm restaurant in the lobby has a good appetite and is worth recommending. There is a large shopping mall around, which is convenient for shopping.

This place is historic and absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately, the rooms are a little run down with dirty walls no pictures or anything hung on the walls which makes it feel very drab. You will absolutely be treated differently if you booked through a third party site like Expedia Etc. Definitely check out the cool bar downstairs, awesome photo opportunities in the main foyer.

Gotta start with the awesome staff. From check in to check out, every employee I saw or talked with smiled and helped me with whatever I needed. You can tell they take pride in their jobs. The hotel is beautiful and unique. Modernized but still classic. The roof top pool looks great (too chilly when we visited to swim) and the view is amazing.

Water pressure is water for showers. Other than that, everything is fine.

The hotel entrance is a bit small, located at a street corner, which makes parking a bit inconvenient. Since it's downtown, valet parking is necessary and costs $55 per day. However, it's super convenient for sightseeing; you can walk to the Coca-Cola Company in about 10 minutes and Olympic Park in just five or six minutes. The room itself was decent, and I was happy with the cleanliness and bedding

Clean and spacious hotel, plus my room had two big bottles of water for free! However you’d have to pay $59.90(tax inclusive) for overnight parking which is too pricey if you ask me. Also, room services was at my door at 8am to ask the time I’ll be leaving whilst check out starts at 11am (hotel needs to check that). Overall, I loved my stay!

I loved this new hotel. Stafff was friendly and helpful! The room was very spacious and comfortable. I just wished breakfast was cooked to order. Instead they cooked stuff and just left it out for you to help yourself. If cold you could warm it in the microwave. But I would definitely stay again!

Staycation Easy check-in with very friendly staff and beautiful lobby. We really enjoyed hanging out in the lobby and sitting in the courtyard and having a drink at the bar. I was very impressed with the breakfast and loved the yogurt bar.

Clean, comfortable and great area. This place is modern, stylish and beautiful. Rooms are nice size with beautiful restrooms and the bar downstairs even has a happy hour. The hotel is in walking distance to the mall and shopping centers and there’s even a taqueria right outside the hotel. I can’t wait to visit again.

A nice place to stay This is a nice place to stay. Very clean and the staff are all nice and friendly. My only complaint is our room was on the Marta side and the noise was disruptive to sleep.

We enjoyed every aspect of the Candler Hotel. The brunch menu had a wide variety and our options were delicious. The staff was excellent, the waitress, the front desk and the valet’s all did an excellent job. The bed and bedding were amazing, we slept great! The hotel is beautiful and we will be back!

Absolutely wonderful . Great nostalgic hotel the staff were all friendly and there for everything. The room was comfortable. The only lower point would be the elevators very slow and only a few seemed to work !

Hotel was under construction during our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the rooftop bartenders were very friendly and attentive. We will be back once the construction has been completed.

The room was nice as were receptionists, but I hate that I wasn’t able to use the spa, which was a large part of my reason for booking, due to construction. Also, it was very annoying to be woken up to hammering, drilling, and nails falling at 8am on what was supposed to be a relaxing stay.

It was too loud at night, guest making loud noises in the hallway or playing loud music especially at night.

Everything was pretty much good just the parking is high for them to have nothing ealse near to park. So you have to use them.

I came here for a business event, and I love that the property was convenient and it was walkable or a short Uber to the places that I needed to go. The property was a little dated for it to be a W hotel, but it was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The facilities are very good. The shower room is not a bathtub, which makes it more convenient to get in and out. After returning the car, it is very close to the free light rail from the airport. The sound insulation is very good and you can't hear the noise of the plane and light rail. The bedding is comfortable. Highly recommended.

Stayed here because we were going to a convention on Saturday morning. If you don’t have room service breakfast there is only Starbucks open in this hotel. The line is extremely long. It’s clean, slept ok, just found it quite expensive for what they offer. There’s no in room microwave so Starbucks is our only choice.

Room was a bit smaller than I anticipated. Booked a king room with balcony but due to construction, I was put into a double bed standard unit. Bummer. Stuffy and a bit claustrophobic but had a nice view of the airport plane traffic. Surprisingly quiet even though the airport was close. This hotel is really great! The room is clean and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and the facilities are complete. I booked this hotel for a friend. The facilities were good, the service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming to every guest.

Clean and hygienic. The rooftop gym is spacious and bright. The staff are all quite friendly. The food at the first-floor restaurant is so-so, but Atlanta is really a food wasteland.

Loved the hotel but did not appreciate the valet scratching/scuffing my brand new car on the passenger front. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The only thing that wasn’t so good, considering that they allow dogs, is that the rooms have carpeted floors, It makes cleaning a bit more difficult.
