I enjoyed my stay here while visiting for a show at Mercedes Benz Stadium.
The hotel is safe and in a good location close to the aquarium. There is a restaurant open until late and the breakfast is also good
The room is a bit small. You have to park opposite. Others are OK.
First of all, the room service was impeccable. Qiana (floor 20) needs a raise because no matter what she’s earning, she’s worth her weight in gold. She is respectful, and obviously cares about her guests personally. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Also, we were treated like royalty by all we met. The bed wasn’t so great I slept on the day bed as it was more comfortable. The lobby is beautiful and the history...
Magnificent, the room has a terrace, and the outdoor swimming pool is big enough 🏊♂️
Stayed here for several nights as part of a work conference. One of the best hotels for these type of events. Great facilities, great food, great service. Several in-house restaurant options - the Marketplace in particular was great for really good food options on the go. Fast elevators to the various rooms.on the 22 floors in the main tower. Rooms were largely quiet, although even from the 19th floor...

Nice hotel. Near Downtown area.10-15 mins walk to georgia aquarium and coca-cola.
Decent stay at a nice hotel close to downtown
I recommend this hotel for families. The location was convenient. Attractions like the Aquarium and World of Coca Cola were close. There was also a mall with multiple restaurants and such connected to the hotels so you won’t have to go outside. Definitely check out this hotel!
The hotel for sure need renovation upgrade and we found a roach in our room
Hotel is clean and toilet with full amenities Small cafe and restaurant for easy and fast needs like water, breakfast or snacks. Staff is friendly Luggage storage available
Convenient location for access to downtown and to travel outside city limits but facilities are quite old without proper repairing. Staff was kind but still somewhat behind comparing with other Hilton sites. Valet system is not well being operated.

We stayed for the weekend as a couple and this the experience can be summarized with hair in the towels, rude staff at breakfast, and a never ending waiting for check out.
No parking around except for expensive public parking 50$ per day or valet at 65$ per day. Breakfast is very normal with a rude person in the egg station who keep making grimace everything u ask him to make an omelet. He also keep touching the fruit station with his gloves which were touching the eggs with.
Last weekend a friend and I stayed here for a game at State Farm. From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was stellar (except for one instance - which I'll get to in a moment). Everyone was super friendly, the place was clean even though the property has been around for a really long time. They are working on upgrades, but the beds and showers were fab. The only negative encounter was...
It’s a good place to stay at the staff is very pleasant
I stayed here for a conference taking place in the hotel, which made it very convenient. If not for this and for it being a business expense, I would not stay in this hotel. Pros: Decent room, very comfy bed, nice city views. Convenient Starbucks inside and lots of places to sit and work. Cons: $60/night valet in addition to the already expensive room. There were visible tears and stains on the carpet...
Rooms were of good quality, except there wasn’t any body wash provided to me. Keys would not work on certain elevators, but not all of them (even when the elevators went to my floor) the badge just wouldn’t scan on the same two elevators. It was nice how there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The pool was great! The gym was nice. Conference rooms were also nice. They have a luggage storage area downstairs...

Natasha was a wonderful server ay fandanles and the food came out quick and tasted great. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool. The hotel was in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and not too far from the aquarium. It was an easy train ride from the airport which saved us quite a bit on a rental car.
The valet parking is too much, $60 a day. The hotel rooms need an upgrade for this price, stains on the chairs, moisture marks on the ceiling and walls. The hotel says newly renovated, don't believe it, they still have rooms that are in need of renovations. I chose the pool view, the pool is enclosed, and your room is on the same level as the pool. So, you'll hear the noisy kids in the pool, up ...
This hotel wasn’t the worst but could have provided a better experience. Overall the lobby, pool, and common areas were clean. There were a couple of issues with one elevator going down on the first day but that seemed to get fixed for the rest of the weekend. The pool area was beautiful and was a major reason we chose to stay here. The only complaint here is the towels were so small at the pool, smaller...
I had an amazing dining experience at the restaurant inside the The Courtland Grand Hotel, and it was all thanks to our wonderful server, Natasha. From the moment we sat down, Natasha was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. She made sure our drinks were always filled, answered our questions about the menu with confidence, and offered great recommendations. Her positive attitude and genuine...
If you find yourself at the Courtland Grand, do yourself a favor and head straight to Fandangles Bar, and pray that DJ is behind the wood. It’s rare to find a bartender who perfectly balances efficiency with genuine hospitality, but DJ nails it. I came in after a long day of travel, and he immediately made me feel like a regular. He doesn't just "pour drinks"—he actually listens to what you like and...
Here for 2 nights. It's not bad. I do see where this place needs improvement. I like that the pool stay open til 10pm and it's heated. The staff is very friendly. Parking overnight is $35 and Valet is $45. Don't like that the parking deck is not secured they should change it and only let those who are staying have access. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars, it is downtown in a great area to walk...

Exactly what was expected, good sleep between flights transfer. The shuttle transfer is on domestic terminal, we got an uber from international terminal as it was quicker.
Poorest Marriott I have been in. Had to change the room three times due to noise and broken equipment issue and instead of getting an apology from the staff we were told to not come again asking to change the room. Rooms itself very poor quality.
Hotel location is great with provided shuttle bus. Just be sure you know which Marriott airport hotel you are going.
The hotel environment is quite good and it is very close to the airport. It should be noted that there are two Marriott hotels near the airport, and the one at home is a little far away, so don't go the wrong way. The shuttle bus operates 24 hours a day, and it runs every 15 minutes in the morning. Because we were going to take a flight to Florida before checking in, we left our luggage at the hotel...
Clean and sanitary, the front desk is very professional and friendly It seems that you have to pay for breakfast, although it is included in the room rate Distance from the airport. It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi from the international arrival terminal. I don't know how to get to the domestic terminal
I missed my Delta flight to Phoenix due to a Mechanical problem and Delta put me up in this Marriott. It's a great location. The Front Desk was so nice to give me a Toothbrush. Check In was fast. The room was nice and everything was pretty clean except the Shower. I stayed in room 732 , maybe Housekeeping could take care of this. Other than that I had a good night sleep and a great Dinner. Our stay was good. The bellman was excellent with his service. The front desk staff was great. Room service was great. Very clean and big room, shuttle bus service is from/to local terminal, may take more time
Really clean and professional service!
I didn't know anything about airport hotels in Atlanta. I was looking for a convenient hotel with an airport bus. And the Westin was one of them. The airport bus was good, it departs the hotel on the hour and half hour (ie 8pm and 8:30pm and 9pm, etc). The drive to airport is over 10 minutes. I saw some hotels can be accessed by Sky Train. Actually those hotels are easier to access (which I did not...

I'm catching an early flight and need to stay overnight. There's no lobby, and the rooms don't have Wi-Fi. There's not much to do on foot, and the hotel has restaurants. There's a shuttle bus to the airport.

Luxurious decoration, quiet, excellent location
The location is good, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the aquarium. The hotel recognized the Marriott membership number and upgraded to a suite. The design is mediocre, but considering the price, it is not a big problem.
The decoration style is similar to that of the Ritz-Carlton in China, the old money style, but the bathroom has no door and water is all over the floor.
The shower gel is very fragrant and the service is very good It’s also very close to some attractions
The hotel was quiet and very well staffed. The entering of the hotel says luxury when you walk in

I was there for a conference over the weekend. Five pallets of products had to be brought to the meeting rooms on the 2nd floor on hotel carts because their service elevator was broken. The stay itself was nice, but the broken service elevator really delayed setup.
We stayed here due to a flight cancellation and were treated exceptionally well. They allowed an early check-in to an excellent room and were warm and friendly from start to end. Thanks especially to Vladimir in the front desk, who were so friendly to us. Highly recommend.
We had a very pleasant stay at the JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead. Upon arrival around midnight, we were greeted in a professional and welcoming manner, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Had a wonderful time at the Baldiecon 2025 conference. Staff was so pleasant. Was greeted before entering the hotel. Ambience was so on point. The room was so stunning. The clean rooms, and the staff. The staff were exceptionally pleasant. They really were attentive, help with doors, luggage, directions, exc. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others as well as being a returning visitor.
The fish that was cooked in the kitchen gave the entire lobby area a bad smell causing me to leave. It was very strong and unpleasant although I eat fish regularly. The king suite was immaculate and the view from the picture window was amazing! The Restaurant and Bar were fantastic. I loved everything about this hotel.
The breakfast menu was ok albeit they ran out of plain bagels for a few days. The bar had a good selection.
Front Desk staff were not friendly or helpful with any matter. All other staff were nice.

The location is absolutely unbeatable!! 2 min walk to to Lenox  Square with a big mall and many eateries. Staff are friendly and eager to help. If I ever come to Atlanta again, will definitely stay here!
The hotel is in a great location, very close to malls and restaurants, which made getting around super convenient. Overall, I had a very nice stay — the staff were friendly and the room was clean. However, the building is quite old, and the pillows and mattress were a bit too hard for my liking. Still, it’s a good option if you want easy access to shops and dining
I booked in advance on Ctrip and got a bargain. The price was surprisingly cheap.
The room was pretty good. We booked a room on a high floor and the view from the window was pretty good. The hotel is close to Lenox Square, so it is convenient for dining and shopping around.
It's great and the waiters are also very nice. There is a big shopping mall opposite. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast! You can only have a simple meal at the Italian breakfast shop on the street behind the hotel.
There is no breakfast in the hotel, but there is a small cafe on the first floor. The Palm restaurant in the lobby has a good appetite and is worth recommending. There is a large shopping mall around, which is convenient for shopping.

Beautiful building and hotel (mostly), great location! We could walk to many locations in midtown. The staff was very attentive and kind! The rooms were huge, I had 2 regular closets, and 1 walk-in closet all in the same room. I was disappointed in a few things: the bathroom, no mini fridge, and no microwave. This place is historic and absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately, the rooms are a little run down with dirty walls no pictures or anything hung on the walls which makes it feel very drab. You will absolutely be treated differently if you booked through a third party site like Expedia Etc. Definitely check out the cool bar downstairs, awesome photo opportunities in the main foyer.
Gotta start with the awesome staff. From check in to check out, every employee I saw or talked with smiled and helped me with whatever I needed. You can tell they take pride in their jobs. The hotel is beautiful and unique. Modernized but still classic. The roof top pool looks great (too chilly when we visited to swim) and the view is amazing.

It was a nice place I enjoyed the location that was right in down town
The hotel entrance is a bit small, located at a street corner, which makes parking a bit inconvenient. Since it's downtown, valet parking is necessary and costs $55 per day. However, it's super convenient for sightseeing; you can walk to the Coca-Cola Company in about 10 minutes and Olympic Park in just five or six minutes. The room itself was decent, and I was happy with the cleanliness and bedding
Good hotel at excellent location, close to all the attractions, room is clean and the service is good
The American Hotel Atlanta Downtown is a very nice hotel. Renee and Joy went over and above to make our stay perfect. We will definitely return!!
Clean and spacious hotel, plus my room had two big bottles of water for free! However you’d have to pay $59.90(tax inclusive) for overnight parking which is too pricey if you ask me. Also, room services was at my door at 8am to ask the time I’ll be leaving whilst check out starts at 11am (hotel needs to check that). Overall, I loved my stay!

Always great accommodations, food, and relaxing spa, but avoid the pool, particularly on the weekends! Apparently you can stay at the hotel and invite all of your kid’s friends to join you for a party at the pool. I have seen as many as 12 kids running, screaming and jumping in the hot tub, even while spa clients are trying to relax. I’ve been told that this happens regularly and that apparently the...
This was my first time staying at a Four Seasons property. As a Marriott loyalty member, I typically stay at Ritz-Carlton hotels, so I had high expectations. Staycation Easy check-in with very friendly staff and beautiful lobby. We really enjoyed hanging out in the lobby and sitting in the courtyard and having a drink at the bar. I was very impressed with the breakfast and loved the yogurt bar.
