I enjoyed my stay here while visiting for a show at Mercedes Benz Stadium.

The hotel is safe and in a good location close to the aquarium. There is a restaurant open until late and the breakfast is also good

Decent stay at a nice hotel close to downtown

I recommend this hotel for families. The location was convenient. Attractions like the Aquarium and World of Coca Cola were close. There was also a mall with multiple restaurants and such connected to the hotels so you won’t have to go outside. Definitely check out this hotel!

Convenient location for access to downtown and to travel outside city limits but facilities are quite old without proper repairing. Staff was kind but still somewhat behind comparing with other Hilton sites. Valet system is not well being operated.

We stayed for the weekend as a couple and this the experience can be summarized with hair in the towels, rude staff at breakfast, and a never ending waiting for check out.

No parking around except for expensive public parking 50$ per day or valet at 65$ per day. Breakfast is very normal with a rude person in the egg station who keep making grimace everything u ask him to make an omelet. He also keep touching the fruit station with his gloves which were touching the eggs with.

Rooms were of good quality, except there wasn’t any body wash provided to me. Keys would not work on certain elevators, but not all of them (even when the elevators went to my floor) the badge just wouldn’t scan on the same two elevators. Natasha was a wonderful server ay fandanles and the food came out quick and tasted great. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool. The hotel was in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and not too far from the aquarium. It was an easy train ride from the airport which saved us quite a bit on a rental car.

The valet parking is too much, $60 a day. The hotel rooms need an upgrade for this price, stains on the chairs, moisture marks on the ceiling and walls. Exactly what was expected, good sleep between flights transfer. The shuttle transfer is on domestic terminal, we got an uber from international terminal as it was quicker.

Poorest Marriott I have been in. Had to change the room three times due to noise and broken equipment issue and instead of getting an apology from the staff we were told to not come again asking to change the room. Rooms itself very poor quality.

I didn't know anything about airport hotels in Atlanta. I was looking for a convenient hotel with an airport bus. And the Westin was one of them. I'm catching an early flight and need to stay overnight. There's no lobby, and the rooms don't have Wi-Fi. There's not much to do on foot, and the hotel has restaurants. There's a shuttle bus to the airport.

Luxurious decoration, quiet, excellent location

The location is good, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the aquarium. The hotel recognized the Marriott membership number and upgraded to a suite. The design is mediocre, but considering the price, it is not a big problem.

The decoration style is similar to that of the Ritz-Carlton in China, the old money style, but the bathroom has no door and water is all over the floor.

I was there for a conference over the weekend. Five pallets of products had to be brought to the meeting rooms on the 2nd floor on hotel carts because their service elevator was broken. The stay itself was nice, but the broken service elevator really delayed setup.

Had a wonderful time at the Baldiecon 2025 conference. Staff was so pleasant. Was greeted before entering the hotel. Ambience was so on point. The room was so stunning. The room was pretty good. We booked a room on a high floor and the view from the window was pretty good. The hotel is close to Lenox Square, so it is convenient for dining and shopping around.

It's great and the waiters are also very nice. There is a big shopping mall opposite. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast! You can only have a simple meal at the Italian breakfast shop on the street behind the hotel.

There is no breakfast in the hotel, but there is a small cafe on the first floor. The Palm restaurant in the lobby has a good appetite and is worth recommending. There is a large shopping mall around, which is convenient for shopping.

This place is historic and absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately, the rooms are a little run down with dirty walls no pictures or anything hung on the walls which makes it feel very drab. You will absolutely be treated differently if you booked through a third party site like Expedia Etc. Definitely check out the cool bar downstairs, awesome photo opportunities in the main foyer.

Gotta start with the awesome staff. From check in to check out, every employee I saw or talked with smiled and helped me with whatever I needed. You can tell they take pride in their jobs. The hotel entrance is a bit small, located at a street corner, which makes parking a bit inconvenient. Since it's downtown, valet parking is necessary and costs $55 per day. Clean and spacious hotel, plus my room had two big bottles of water for free! However you’d have to pay $59.90(tax inclusive) for overnight parking which is too pricey if you ask me. I loved this new hotel. Stafff was friendly and helpful! The room was very spacious and comfortable. I just wished breakfast was cooked to order. Instead they cooked stuff and just left it out for you to help yourself. If cold you could warm it in the microwave. But I would definitely stay again!
