We were here due to our loved one being in the Emory Hospital. Everyone at this hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. The entire staff were friendly, warm and caring. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are large and well lit. They only had showers but that was fine for us. I highly recommend to stay here.

I just returned from this hotel. Good location, clean rooms and friendly hotel staff. Starbucks was a block away as were other small chain restaurants. The hotel’s indoor pool and gym were nice and large. However the hot tub was in really bad shape as it was dirty and run down looking. I am not sure if it even worked. It’s very close to the airport with the hotel shuttle, so if you’re starting for a day layover, it’s convenient. I stayed here for a couple nights with a rental car, but it was still a long drive to the attractions in downtown Atlanta.

Absolutely first class folks at this location mean that minor things like paint get overlooked in favor of exemplary service. Big downside, no microwave in the rooms. For some reason a few people just sitting in their cars in the parking lot. Also, nothing other than the normal stuff in the rooms but they want a $100 refundable deposit.
