I was quite surprised by the location and experience. Clean and quiet, except for the surgeons visiting, having cocktails in the lobby bar. But, they probably deserve a stress release. The air conditioning system is too old and the noise is particularly noticeable at night. The bathroom faucet is leaking and cannot be fixed.

I just returned from this hotel. Good location, clean rooms and friendly hotel staff. Starbucks was a block away as were other small chain restaurants. The hotel’s indoor pool and gym were nice and large. However the hot tub was in really bad shape as it was dirty and run down looking. I am not sure if it even worked. I had a wonderful stay at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center! The hotel was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. I was there for a conference, and the facilities were excellent — plenty of well-equipped, modern conference rooms that made the event run smoothly. My stay here was fantastic, was greeted by mark at the front desk we had a wonderful conversation, then on the day i checked out my battery on my car died. Room was nice and clean. Shower was horrible with no water pressure snd bugs in the shower. We had a problem at check in as I was told days earlier when I called that we would have a joining rooms and could check in at 9am. Upon check in the lady at the desk was very rude and indicated there was a fee for early check in.

Alex was the best! We left our car light on, he called the room phone 2x, the phone rang, but i could not hear him and he could not hear me. Think the phone is actually broken! The surrounding environment is safe and quiet at night. The breakfast is very simple, with only three or four items, fried eggs and sandwiches. The only drinks are hot coffee and iced orange juice.

The room was larger than expected. Very clean and comfortable. The day staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s very close to the airport with the hotel shuttle, so if you’re starting for a day layover, it’s convenient. I stayed here for a couple nights with a rental car, but it was still a long drive to the attractions in downtown Atlanta.

Overall my experience was a very pleasant one very clean establishment I love the security of the keyed elevators the swimming pool was always a nice temperature jacuzzi as well restaurant was great however waitress wasn't the best at showing hospitality other than that I would definitely stay here whenever I need to!

Absolutely first class folks at this location mean that minor things like paint get overlooked in favor of exemplary service. From our phenomenal, shuttle driver, Quintin, whose heart is as big as his smile, two the desk staff, and all the employees we ran into, I have nothing but the best things to say about their folks.
