It's a total dump. However, during the hurricane it was the last hotel room remaining in Atlanta that I could find the staff and management were very friendly and if it were an emergency situation I would definitely stay there again. If you're looking for luxury this is definitely not the hotel for you however it's very conveniently located to a lot of things like chamlee shopping and other stores...

Motel 6 has good rooms the only my only issue with it is that when I stay there someone that shot in the parking lot from the hotel so that's but security was that fast but it could do better and the first room they gave me had a spots in the bed but the manager was very nice and just so you know gave me another room

The staff was very good. The place is mostly clean in the room. There are virtually no amenities.

For the price it was and last minute it was okay. The front desk guy knew nothing to eat in the area or places to eat. The bathroom was gross with nasty walls full of mildew even the curtain.

Pet friendly and family friendly the staff is very friendly they were very accommodating

It was convenient for the places I was going I didn’t have to drive to far from any destination I was going… and the wingspace that down the street is so good

The room is okay, the price/performance ratio is okay, and the service is okay. The sound insulation effect is a bit poor, there is noise in the middle of the night. There is no shampoo and hair dryer.

Spotless room, cordial attendants...just wanted a hot bath after a 12 hour drive, but no drain stopper! I made due.

Location mainly decent however the parking area people were in and out. Sketchy, pacing . When checking in lady was on a personal call the whole time very rude acting as well. However the laundry lady and house keepers were very friendly. Whole place smelled bad, had to go buy sheets , blankets, Fabreeze and cleaner to get my husband to stay there.

We stayed for a music festival and it was perfect. Not many amenities but we didn't need much. It did have a mini fridge and microwave which were super handy for late night snacks after the festival. Nice and clean, extra towels and pillows on request, great staff! Best of all, 1/3 of the price of the other places nearby.

The bed was lopsided, I had to sleep in the center to avoid falling off. But overall it was decent for the money I spent.

The property was well kept. Everyone was nice and professional & it’s close to so many different things in Midtown.

I booked ahead of time but the lady at the desk ran out of rooms so she bumped me up to an executive suite and my God was it nice!!! I felt Like somebody with money for a night !

Check in was fast and wonderful, breakfast was always hot and fresh with variety the pool was clean but cold but we didn't mind! We will most definitely stay again as we come to Atlanta alot!!!

Front desk agent was nothing short of amazing the property could use some real up keep my room a Had cob webs that look like they haven’t been cleared in months, my tub has some slipper residue.

Do not ask to check in earlier, called front desk and had made arrangements but as soon as i arrived they said the room was not ready. Did the upgrade for a room that was ready only to find leaking faucet, broken doors and the fold out couch broken as well. Glad to have stayed one evening only...

This location is in a great area close to everything walking distance if you don’t want to drive and no to far to order door dadh

Lady at front desk was nice and welcoming. Heading into the room, everything was clean and organized. Would come back again.

Workers were nice. Room was clean but the only things provided were towels and soap. No cups or silverware except by request. The website also tacked on $16 in fees after selecting a room to reserve. Not a bad stay but definitely not the best.

Room great. Newly remodeled and clean. Towels horrible. Get real bath towels. Common areas old and rundown. Clean, paint and hire a bit of staff.

We have stayed at this location many times but this time i had to ring a doorbell to get into the lobby. I did not like the virtual check in procedure once inside. It was very hard to hear what the clerk was saying. The ice machine was broken on our floor so i had to go to the floor below to get ice. I did appreciate the locked doors to enter each floor though.

Although it's an older property, it was clean and served its purpose at a fraction of the cost.

Not a Hilton but clean and comfortable. It needs some paint but I couldn't see that from my room. Parking was secure and only $15/night. I stayed 2 nights for the Peach Bowl for $255 (total) plus parking. Great location for that at a great price.

This hotel was in a safe location, easy access to the interstate, was clean and was reasonably priced. However, the rooms are small and seemed like a dorm- very, very basic. The whole facility seemed plain, old, bare and minimal. Vending machines in lobby and only coffee in the morning. Large room designated as a pet room. I have loud traffic on both sides and my cats were scared and I've been awake since 5am. The traffic is continuous day and night. Possibly the worst room i ever stayed in.

Not bad guess u get what u pay for there was some damage to ceiling it was clean enough besides hair on towels and water stains on furniture plus needs new carpet People were smoking on the stairs I booked non smoking but it was ok been in worst

The person who checked me in was great. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was fine, the sheets & towels were clean. The room was WAY too hot. But there wasn’t a single amenity: no coffee, no soap. Not even a teaspoon. Don’t think it would be great for someone looking for an extended stay.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to look at a dirty floor and had to take the blanket off the bed because it smelled.

The staff was very friendly. The property was near a ton of food places, including a Publix, nail salons and etc. Awesome view of the King and Queen building. I wish it felt a bit cleaner, the air was a bit stale, but i had great nights! Will be back!

The area is family oriented but this place is not unless its warm outside they do have a nice pool other than that until they get it back to how it used to be I would rate it economical

of course they were shops very nearby very convenient restaurants Shell station Texaco station McDonald's easy quick access to interstate 75 so the location is ideal

the knee didn't arise to do laundry but I did see handy there in the corner I think on first floor on washer and dryer and I admire that I know I will in future visits make use of that

I recommend that they mop all stairwells not just the ones with high traffic going through them. The stairwell close to me needs some serious attention.

I didn't like getting locked out of my room because the door locks need to be upgraded. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

After being in this ES America location for well over a month, I have to admit that I continue to be VERY impressed. I haven't seen a roach since being here therefore the halls are clean and smells pleasant. The A/C worked just fine. We did not use the kitchen. The place was old outdated smelled had stains on the carpet. Thankfully, the staff was very nice and easy to work with.

In our room the table was coming off from the wall, floors were kinda sticky, didn’t have extra pillows when asked, breakfast was less than to be desired.

Needed a few days of rest and relaxation in a fun and easy to get around without a car city…had a great time in Atlanta. MARTA took me right from the airport to the Midtown stop. Stonehurst Place is just a couple of blocks walk from there. Safe and conveniently located. Their screened in back porch will always be one of my happy places! Thanks for the great stay!

Our stay at the Stonehurst B&B was absolutely amazing. I’d recommend booking the breakfast, it was delicious both mornings that we were there. Judy and Bridget were gracious hosts. Lovely rooms in a beautiful home. Prime location. Walking distance to the park and so many ATL spot. Breakfast was wonderful.

Excellent place with amazing servics My wife and I stayed the night for our anniversary. It was a wonderful place with an excellent level of service. We were made to feel at home immediately. Whenever we come back to stay in Atlanta, we will definitely be staying here.

Always love embassy suites. Still do the happy hour at night and free made to order omelets and breakfast. Having a door between the bedroom and living room is always great for when traveling with friends.

Great location! It is central to Coca Cola museum and college football museum.

All staff weee do friendly couldn’t fault this place from the fresh hit breakfast to the free evening reception! Splitting hairs but the only 2 slight criticisms are the music on pool deck is too loud & public atrium too cold!! Apart from that everything was wonderful - def the best choice in downtown Atlanta

The rooms are all suites, equipped with a living room and a small desk. The hotel is older and the facilities are average. The room has wireless charging equipment, which is particularly convenient. The hotel breakfast is not bad, but the end time is too early, closing at 9 o'clock. Including breakfast, the overall value for money is good.
