Immediately realized it looks way worse than the pictures. The night window person was nice. However, He placed us in the very last room in the corner. Multiple suspiscius individuals were pacing outside which gave a sense of fear. As a mother traveling with three kids, I didn't feel safe. The door was clearly forced open at some point and was unable to be locked. For security, we were forced to use a chair to barricade the door. We also saw a roach inside the room Immediately upon entering. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and we were forced to use the ones we had in the car. All of the fabric felt used and possibly dangerous. The entire experience felt incredibly unsafe. We had to leave early out of fear for our safety. At 7:30, we managed to finally wake someone up to check us out.
I do not reccomend staying here. Only positive was the air conditioning

Toliet was clogged and none of the staff members did anythjng about it. Roaches crawling around every 10 mins. Not worth the money and definitely wont be staying here again

This place is filthy infested with cockroaches, this place should be a public health hazard, me and my nephew booked this hotel and upon arrival, the front desk clerk attempted to make us pay an extra $157 on the room we’ve already paid for, then as we refused he pretends as if he was just confused, we then proceed to the room, upon entering there’s a foul stench of musty sweat, but we were tired from the drive so we thought ok maybe we can just rest for the day and deal with the rest tomorrow, sadly that’s not the case, the smell continues to grow worst as the time goes on, it had finally reached unbearable points so I has to go and requests the front desk to switch rooms for us, he had showed us other rooms, one was smelling worst than the previous, finally we found a room that smelled the least and thought maybe that was our break, but boy were we wrong, this room is infested with cockroaches, I think my nephew alone killed a family of 6 but there’s more that keeps coming out from underneath the bed, and for the short period of time I was in there, I had developed a rash on my leg due to its hygienic problem on the bed, by the time the clerk is no longer there, so we’ve decided to pack up and leave, but the nightmare isn’t over, as we contacted trip.com for support, trip.com’s initial offer for assistance was to refund me $20usd for the discomfort, with nothing from the hotels end, as the hotel refuses to refund or cancel the booking (the room was left open still at this point) all they’ve said according to trip.com was that we could stay in any room we’d like but there’s no refund (it doesn’t matter which room we’d stayed it’s all too filthy! And we’ve tried!) so trip ended up refunding half of the booking cost and left us dissatisfied, because this listing should not even be on trip.com at all!

The customer service was very bad, in the lobby there was a very rude and pre-powerful person in charge that at the time of checking in, which on the page says it is at 3:00 pm and this gentleman told me that he should wait for me until 4:00 pm, I showed him the information that was published in the hotel profile and he simply did not care 1/10

There were a few reasons I left to go home early. How terrible this hotel was one of my main reasons. AC was off when I got to the room. It took 5 hours to cool off the room. It wasn’t cleaned from the last visitor. There was hair in the sink and used soap in the shower. Trash on the floor and the bed was like a slab of concrete.

Sheet had stains on it. Bathtub was dirty. Towels and rags were dingy. Toilet and sink had slow drain. Tub felt like it was about to fall through. The only thing good was the shower head

Roach in the bed!! Probably trying to hide from the disgusting floor. Motel must have friends write fake reviews about this place being clean. I should put my contact info here so people can reach me and I can explain how dirty and gross this place is! This motel is a Grimy Dirty place!!
