Overall, clean rooms and attentive staff. Hot water thermos had black flakes in water. Heater for indoor pool not working.

But the room was spacious and clean, the pool was great to get the kids’ energy out, it’s close by to downtown and shopping/eating, and the staff was SUPER friendly

Front desk attendant names Meek was cheerful, efficient and helpful. Room was clean, bed comfortable and plenty of hot water. Excellent Italian restaurant 2 min walk, and very inexpensive. Would stay again.

They were not busy at all, almost wondered if we were the only customers at one point. The room had a weird smell but once we cut the air down and it cooled off in the room, we kinda got used to it

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere was perfect for a restful getaway

Room had a fridge and microwave. No clock on the night stand and no coffee pot/coffee stuff in the room. But overall, not bad for a quick, 2 night stay

no breakfast offered even though there are signs around showing breakfast. There is an on site restaurant but we just went to Cracker Barrel on the corner it was less pricey.

Breakfast was not included, pool had been filled in, sandspurs were in carpet sticking to our socks, room was not serviced, had to request fresh towels, toilet stopped up and the phone in the room had no dial tone to call front desk

I’m a supervisor at Greyhound in Atlanta and i was here at this particular location for about 3 in a half weeks. From the staff and great customer service to house keeping and room service everything was amazing

I thought breakfast was included. I was shocked when front desk attendant told me it was not included. When I was making reservation, it was showing breakfast.

Room, towels, and bedding visibly clean. Some patchwork in walls and ceiling. Like smoke and mildew covered up by some odd odor neutralizer that wasn’t working. Bed hard and very uncomfortable

Unfortunately this time I had neighbors who had access to pool area that was closed but they were outside my window talking and smoking. Elevator also broken this time

Room was clean (other than a few rust spots in the bathroom). Water pressure in the shower was PERFECT. Overnight staff (cannot remember the gentelmans name) was kind, generous, and talkative

The room and bed were comfortable. The fitness center needed a "mat station" or yoga mats to do a floor workout. The elevator was down so we had to climb 3 flights to our room with luggage.

Hotel could also use some slight upgrades, fresh paint, and maybe some more carpet as it is rolling up and in desperate need of replacement

Not a bad hotel. Area seemed very safe. Rooms were not spotless but for what we needed which was a place to sleep for a few hours that allowed dogs it was just fine. Definitely would stay again....

Honestly pretty decent hotel it's a simple place to just stay at if your not looking for nothing to crazy. Especially if your vacationing here and not really going to be there all day anyways

Not really a fan of hotels advertising as “resorts. ” We all know what a resort is and offers. If you’re just a hotel with some same amenities then don’t advertise as a resort

Typical Motel. Our room was adequate for our short stay. The breakfast area was small, the food was ok. Coffee was hot. Would stay here again if passing through...

Very clean the bed very soft and firm. The bathroom was very clean, practically everything was very clean. I recommend it 100%, it feels like your own home, and the price is very good

When we woke up the next day, we enjoyed the free breakfast provided to us along with our room. All of this for the very low price of $54! Would definitely come again and I recommend it to everyone in the area

The rooms are great and comfortable. The owner does everything he can to take care of his customers. The staff is friendly and helps out any way they can. Awesome place to stay and highly recommended

I was out late at night on the road with my family. I found myself turned away from every hotel and motel in the area I visited and was just about to have us sleep on the side of the road

Nice bed, sheets, pillows, and towels. Good breakfast -- scrambled eggs, gravy, biscuits, waffles, and more. Nice TV and a separate sitting area where I could read while my husband watched a football game

Would have given 5 stars, but pool was closed for maintenance, and it would have been nicer to be in the historic district. Even so, it was a short drive to the downtown area

Very happy with my stay in this hotel. Building looks new or recently renovated. Big rooms, it was very clean and very confy beds. Microwave and coffee maker in room

Note that there is no elevator - if you're on the second floor, you'll need to be able to carry your luggage up the stairs. Entrances to rooms are outside - motel-style. All in all, I would definitely stay here again

I liked the fact that the floors are vinyl, laminate flooring instead of carpets. Although pets are welcome, grounds are clean of dog poop. The negative aspects: very little sitting other the beds

The layout is rather old, similar to a motel. There's parking right outside the rooms, and a separate lobby. I arrived quite late and booked this hotel because it was nearby

Stay was perfect ! Would stay again! Parking garage connected to hotel which you can access your floor from was a huge plus! Good view of the passing cars! Updated gym! Super clean blue pool with good lounge area! Lobby was so nice and pretty! Hallways smelled fresh and were so calming with its dark brown tones! Staff was helpful! Snack options were great! Bathroom spacious, bed spacious

While traveling to Savannah for a doctor's appointments multiple times, we finally decided to try a new hotel, and I am sorry we didn't do this sooner

Good hotel and great location, but the room was dirty and water stained. There were large stains on several pieces of furniture. It was a little gross but you can't beat the convenience.

The front desk person, Anna, is amazing and very sweet and good communication skills with customers. I always go here for just break from work and home life. I definitely recommend going here for your stay in Savannah.

A lot of the people there are very loud and it is a lot of hard ***** going around and it’s not safe for kids most of the time besides that it is clean and the staff is very nice

Staff was very nice, room however was basic. Thin walls and had to ask for new Towels and wash cloths due to dortt ones in room. Felt like i slept on the floor

Nice clean and affordable. I'd recommend to others. I stayed in room 428 and the staff were amazing. Comes with a 2 burner stove and a fridge. No bugs and very very clean. The manager Mary is awesome as well.

Hotel very close to the airport. Property offers airport shuttle but was not needed during my stay. It is nearby a variety of dining places , and is a few blocks from the Tanger Shopping Outlet

The workers at the counter. They were very polite and friendly and very professional. Willing to do whats necessary for the customers. Everyone was friendly while doing their jobs.

Room was clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was fine, but no heat in room. Temp never got above 67 despite adjusting thermostat.

There was a HUGE crack (gap) between our doors and as result there was no privacy or quiet whatsoever. Our “neighboors” were yelling, playing extremely loud TV until about 5:00am and had no sense of courtesy whatsoever

We ordered a king deluxe I’ve seen walk in closets bigger than this room got up to get coffee in the AM it was nasty not much as far as ‘breakfast’ the night auditor wasn’t helpful with questions on Alma reservation I’m a hotel mgr myself and I would never let my front desk wear a hair bonnet on the plus side the room was clean kiddos to housekeeping

Will still give a 5* rating as everyone else was perfect! The pool was heated!! We really enjoyed that. And the hot tub was nice and hot too! We will return again next year on our way from Toronto to Florida!

Our room was clean and organized and the young man at front desk even gave me “Jasmine” air freshener to freshen up the room even more. The indoor pool and hot tub was definitely another plus to the place

Nothing special about the room, but it is clean. Mattress comfortable but I would bring my own pillow. Their pillows aren’t horrible, but worst hotel pillows I’ve ever slept on

If you like tea you are out of luck; they only serve coffee and have milk (for cereal). Should consider tea bags for guests since they have hot water for oatmeal
