I was able to check in early which was great. The room was clean and the linens were fresh. Would stay again.

Good hotel and great location, but the room was dirty and water stained. There were large stains on several pieces of furniture. It was a little gross but you can't beat the convenience.

Staff was very friendly. Easy check in and out process. The bed was very comfy too. If I could offer suggestions, it'd be for the addition of smart tvs, better breakfast menu, and an upgrade in furniture in the hotel room.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable but there was way to adjust the temperature and it was too hot. The toilet seat would not stay up and the sink only dispensed very hot or very cold water. We would not stay again

Everything was great and jasmine was the best front desk clerk. Her smile greeted us and she was so friendly and professional it was a pleasure to check in

Rooms are a little dirty, but I think that’s because the building is old. It looked like there was mold by my window in the room.

Was not used to a property, not being open. We were checking out at approximately 3:30 AM. And the door and office was closed and locked.

A lot of the people there are very loud and it is a lot of hard ***** going around and it’s not safe for kids most of the time besides that it is clean and the staff is very nice

Parking was fine. Property was very run down. Trash and items from various rooms lying around. Dog exercise area very dirty. No poop bags.

The room was clean. But the water in the shower was not hot. And it didn't feel safe with the other people there. Will never stay there again. :(

Stayed a week while waiting for my daughter’s apartment to be ready for move in.  Not the cleanest room. Wear socks!  Floor even got my socks dirty and it was laminate.  Bathroom dirty behind door and had to ask a number of times and numerous people for towels.  Everyone was pleasant. It was a functional room.  Stayed with two dogs.  The dog “park” area was over grown and had piles of poop everywhere...

Was there for almost 2 weeks for business. Only complaint was the awfully old tv in my room, but they replaced it the next day which was great

Gorgeous renovation and amazing location less than 5 minutes from the airport. Beyond that, it's your standard meh TownPlace Suites. The room was nice, but the fridge was really loud, which is extra noticeable in a studio setup where you're trying to sleep in the same space. Decent for a quick stopover.

Very clean and amazing service, they try to change our room with two queen bed but the hotel was full but is ok we had one king bed and the sofa bed was good for my daughter. Very big room And very clean! The breakfast was very good. The location was the best close to everything.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Outstanding front desk staff...they made sure we had the room type we wanted, allowed us to check in early, and they gave very good information about the hotel and area. Location is right off interstate and near outlets and restaurants.

Even though it is an old property its ok to be there. Closer to everything around. Easy access. Really convenience

Floors and bathtub was were dirty and the room was stinky, but otherwise an OK stay. Helpful staff. Nice linens and bedding and better lighting than most hotels. Kitchen items available at front desk to use in the mini kitchen. Grab-and-go breakfast was very minimal. Affordable and good location for driving to sites around Savannah.

The hotel has a great location and good value for money. One of the stoves was broken, and kitchenware needs to be requested to be delivered to the room. Parking is free and there are plenty of spaces. The surrounding environment is nice, and the location is good. Breakfast is practically nonexistent, consisting only of coffee and cereal.

Not horrible but could be a lot cleaner. But it's located decently close to stores

Room was clean and comfortable, but the sink leaked all night with no resolve from management...The TV was very old as well....but it's a great place for a traveling family...all amenities were there...

Staff was very nice, room however was basic. Thin walls and had to ask for new Towels and wash cloths due to dortt ones in room. Furniture cheap and broken. Bed was hard as hell. Felt like i slept on the floor. Was working so i just took a cheap room, but definitely wouldn't return. Hell i really want my $$ back

Nice clean and affordable. I'd recommend to others. I stayed in room 428 and the staff were amazing. Comes with a 2 burner stove and a fridge. No bugs and very very clean. The manager Mary is awesome as well.

We had a horrific one-night stay here due to the extremely loud people in the adjoining room next to us. We were unable to sleep at ALL and respectfully request a refund. The hotel should not be renting out adjoining rooms unless it’s to groups of people who are traveling together/families. Room was clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was fine, but no heat in room. Temp never got above 67 despite adjusting thermostat.

Nice room. Comfy bed. My negatives are TV did not work. Lines of pixels across screen. Netflix offered but unavailable. Pretty noisy. Could hear person in next room snoring. Talk and doors closing in hallway very loud. Probably not a lot you can do about volume but it’s a no repeat visit for me.

Hotel very close to the airport . Property offers airport shuttle but was not needed during my stay . It is nearby a variety of dining places , and is a few blocks from the Tanger Shopping Outlet . The free breakfast was your basic hotel continental options . Only issue I found with the room was hairs in the shower.

The hotel was fine. The facilities were good, and everything was clean, including the bed and the bathroom. However, the air conditioning had a terrible smell, so we had to turn it off and ended up feeling a bit warm. Other than that, everything was good

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this location. The moment we walked into the building, it smells so clean and with a lovely fragrance. Our room was clean and organized and the young man at front desk even gave me “Jasmine” air freshener to freshen up the room even more. Parking is easy and secure. It's a nice simple quite place. Great for over night for our bi-yearly trip from Pa to Florida and back.

We were just there for one night. Staff was very nice. They did have a breakfast but not great. Room was okay, bed was comfortable.

Staff was courteous. Lots of rules posted, which is unusual. Questioned whether one of the young persons in our party belonged there.

Place was clean and quiet. Ruby Tuesday and Applebees next door, and Cracker Barrel nearby. Breakfast was adequate. Easy access off I95 and good parking. Two gas stations nearby.

I had issues with my key card and my room was changed, but problem persisted . One of the employees card also did not worked After going to front desk several times as if it was something I signed up for, the owner said I had the card near my phone .When I told him that was not the case and I have never had this issue at other hotels, he said to me not come to the hotel again, so will not be going...

The staff were courteous and the location was good for us. The room was clean, but it was tired and required upkeep. It was a fine place for our one night stay.

the room was mostly clean, the shower did not work at all, and there were a few roaches that were in the room. despite that, the bed was incredibly comfortable and i slept like a baby. check in was confusing as they made me check in at a market?? but it wasnt that awful

The only thing I can say is two things lol. Room service once a week. And for an extended stay they only let you rent one week at a time. They should allow you to rent a month to save a few hundred if it’s an extended stay, considering house keeping service isn’t the best. Otherwise, it was a very peaceful location, and great location very protected by many police.

We got stuck in Savannah GA due to a malfunction on our semi. The mechanic gave us a rough eta of 20 hours. This was at roughly 0800. We called this place up and the general manager answers. She was super kind and understanding of our situation and was able to cut us a small deal on our overnight stay. It’s not in an ideal spot if you’re there to sight see but if your visiting family or have a breakdown...
