I stayed in Deluxe Room 914. There's an ice machine in the lobby. If you fill your water bottle with ice before heading out, you can avoid buying many expensive bottled drinks.
Staff was very knowledgeable and willing to help. The stay includes an entrance ticket for the Honolulu Museum of Art which is worthy to visit.
Special thanks for Kalei as wonderful and kind positive professional to provide the neich services
The room is clean, no odor, the price is the cheapest
The location is good as there is Waikiki Market nearby and you can walk to Waikiki Beach and Kapiolani Park. Although the hotel is not new, the staff are friendly and the rooms are cleaned, so you can stay with peace of mind. I wasn't expecting much, but I could see the ocean of Waikiki in the distance from the balcony.
No cleaning service and charge $150 check out cleaning fee too high
Friendly customer service

Spotless room. All the decorations in the furnishings were top notch! Loved the in-room espresso maker, microwave, refrigerator. The hotel staff is just amazing in your professionalism helpfulness and courteousness. Not crazy about the TV setup in the room it was pretty old school in technology and channel selection. No Netflix or other streaming services available. No USB port on the television. Everything...
I had a wonderful stay at Lotus Honolulu at Diamond Head. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the cleanliness and facilities were excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Honolulu.
The staff was friendly and accomodations very comfortable. I wish the restaurant was open more days because it was excellent in all ways.
Always a pleasure staying here! Bright, clean room with amazing coffee. Love the location in Diamond Head- we will be back
We live on O`ahu on the west side, and sometimes events/activities in town run late; the Lotus has become the go-to place for crashing in Honolulu when we also want to swim at Kaimana Beach first thing in the morning, or eat at Arden, or walk Kapiolani Park, and generally avoid the craziness of inner Waikiki. Easy place to return too. Aloha no!
My view of Diamond Head was incredible. Short walk to shopping and nightlife but far enough away to be nice and quiet

Great accommodations just off Waikiki. If, like us, you were there to spend time in Waikiki then be prepared to walk a bit or take a short bus ride to the heart of Waikiki. We had a Waikiki trolley pass and used that option from the shopping plaza next door. An easy 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff was very hospitable as were the shopkeepers in the lobby area. Our room was in Waikiki...
Stayed here for 3 days, 2 full nights. Clean room and convenient location. The front desk was also very prompt and accommodating for our early check-in. As we are traveling with a baby and had to refrigerate some of baby’s foods. I love that there is a bridge that attaches the hotel to Ala Moana Mall and it’s located about 20 mins. away from the airport as well. They also have daily housekeeping as...
Stayed here for over 2 weeks ! Hotel is clean. They have excellent customer service from the parking garage to the bell service. Housekeepers are very helpful and cheerful. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable. The hotel is in a very crowded area of Waikiki with a Skywalk to the Ala Moana Center. Parking is $34.50 a night for hotel guests. Very difficult to find a spot to park after 7 pm. Construction...
The hotel was very clea an comfortable. My only complaint was checking in. There were only two clerks and a large number of us came in around the same time. Took about 45 minutes to check in but once I was at the counter it was quick. Full room cleaning service each day and the room was spotless.
First time staying here and I must admit I was rather impressed. The rooms are spacious and view can be amazing to if you get an ocean view. The only downside is parking…. Depending on the amount of traffic flowing in and out of the hotel you can find yourself waiting a few minutes for car. Self Parking is $38 and Valet Parking is $45. Valet parking is a much better option in my opinion.
It is located next to one of Hawaii's Most Famous Shopping Centers where there is shopping, food, and entertainment.

This hotel is in a great location! Literally a block away from Waikiki beach, 15 min walk from Diamond Head, and a mile walk to Leonard's Bakery! The only downside is you have to pay a daily fee to use the parking garage, which since I was staying in the hotel I though would be included, they will also get you with a daily fee if the pool is open. The room was clean and had shampoos and lotions provided...
I want to give a big shout out to two very exceptional ladies at the Waikiki Banyan hotel; Manager, Michelle and Kelly at the front desk. Thank you again for your kindness while we were vacationing there in April. I want to express my gratitude to both of you for showing “Aloha” and helping me while I was visiting your beautiful island. 😊
Amazing place. I traveled solo with my 2yo and it was a blast. Great location, we had a view looking at diamond head. loved it. the playground is great. the elevators are annoying but no problem except one day, we had to walk and I carried my stroller down 11 flights of stairs hahah
AirBNB'd A room for a great deal of $100 a night. Was a comfortable nice room with the a fold out futon for the 3rd person of our group. The pool is very nice and clean. Ours came with parking included which was nice. It is a short walk to the beach and many hotels and Restaurants.
We stayed for 4 nights. The whole place is dated but a lot of Hawaii seems to be stuck in the glory days of the 80's. I was advised that all the holiday units are individually owned which explained how different all the rooms look. To quote "Some owners care about the appearance of the rooms and some don't." So if you're booking, keep in mind that the photo's will be of an apartment that is the best...
Great location with nice ocean views. Beach is a block away and waikiki shops and beach road are very close by. Suites are very spacious. Great hotel if you manage to get an upgraded suite. Rooms that are not upgraded are really dirty and filled with roaches. Room service is great.
nice view ,close to the beach

Connected, quietly magnetic, and culturally alive, Renaissance Honolulu Hotel & Spa offers a... refreshingly modern take on island lifestyle, where ancient wisdom meets contemporary design. Located between the creative corridors of Kakaʻako, the shoreline, and the Shops of Ala Moana, this newly opened dual hotel and residence invites travelers to experience the soul of Hawai‘i in a way that feels both grounded and elevated.

Inspired by the spirit of Koʻa—sacred coral sanctuaries where life once flourished along these very shores—the hotel has been thoughtfully layered as a modern refuge. Like coral gathering life from the sea, Renaissance Honolulu draws you in with moments of stillness, renewal, and connection with panoramic views from the 8th-floor Sky Deck and outdoor pools, the rejuvenating NAMI Spa, Sera by the award-winning DB Restaurant Group, or the curated art by Sig Zane and Hiroshi Sugimoto—each piece rooted in the cultural rhythm and elemental beauty of the islands.
Whether in a classically styled or a residentially appointed room, your stay is designed to feel like a return to something deeper; a sanctuary reborn, and unmistakably Hawai‘i.
