Small and no on answers the call. Once the line is connected, they’ll transfer to different department but again, no one picks up the phone.

Very clean, great service. The staff are always helpful, smiling and friendly. They give good advice on tourist attractions and local shops to visit. I only ever stay here when I visit Honolulu.

Great location right next to Ala Moana mall and within walking distance to Waikiki. Room was clean but overall amenities for the room were average (nothing special for but enough for the stay).

The room was smaller than we thought but the location was really close to the mall. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were friendly.

The lobby looks fine but the room is really old, pay extra money to upgrade to an ocean view with balcony at main building. The Starbucks in the hotel is so expensive😳

It was an ok stay. The bathroom was not that clean and had a weird smell, otherwise it wasn’t that bad.

- Had issues with parking! It is in my opinion being "oversold" with stalls not readily available so parking had to be found on the streets. Cars being parked for days in unauthorized spots.
