As expected from a luxury hotel, the facilities and views were outstanding, especially the view from the lobby. And the most memorable part was that Sarah, a staff member, gifted us a basket of cookies. This was the hotel we chose for our first night in Hawaii, and I'm leaving with fond memories.💗

Everything was great except food choices at their restaurants were limited and cleaning service was crazy loud.

This place is not for the average traveller. Plan on a large budget. The breakfast buffet for two with one mimosa each ran roughly $160 after tip. Dinner for two was a little over $400, after tip. The Luao for two was around $850. It was our 10-year anniversary, and I was well prepared and fully expected the expense. To me, it was worth it, and I would definitely come back again. Andaz has a very nice selection of swimming pools; there's even one just for grown-ups. The staff was always helpful, and a cocktail was always nearby. There's also plenty to keep you busy around the hotel. We did a snorkel tour and a dinner cruise. Both were incredible.

We had a wonderful honeymoon. The view from the accommodation was beautiful, and the pool was open 24 hours, which was great. The information staff were also very friendly. I'd love to go back again if I get the chance.

My stay at the Andaz Maui was overall very pleasant. Check in was smooth and welcoming, with the ladies receiving fresh flowers and the men brown beads, which made for a warm first impression. The staff also offered special lemonade at check in, and it was honestly one of the most delicious drinks I had on the trip. I’d recommend upgrading to a room with an ocean view, as it really makes a big difference. The non-ocean view room felt a bit dark, while the ocean view room was bright and relaxing. The hotel itself is a nice size, and the beds were soft and very comfortable for sleeping. The amenities were definitely the highlight. The beach was just steps away, complimentary sunscreen was provided, and there were multiple pools with incredible views of the ocean. There were a few downsides though. There was a miscommunication with my request to have the room cleaned. The room did end up nicely cleaned, but I had a slight argument with staff over it, which is not something I’d expect at a 5 star property. The hair dryer could also be upgraded since it’s not Dyson, especially given the nightly rate. Parking was another drawback, as it’s valet only and quite expensive with no self-parking option. Even with those small issues, the Andaz offers beautiful views, thoughtful touches, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it a memorable place to stay.

The hotel was very clean. The beach was very nice as well. This hotel is audaciously expensive. The food is expensive, room service is expensive, the resort fee is also expensive. It boggles my mind that an all inclusive in Jamaica, with actual amenities, entertainment, and better food costs less than this place. For them to charge so much it should be an all inclusive. Especially with not many options to eat nearby.

The beach in front of the resort is also very beautiful. I want to go there again next time.

I've been there for dinner a few times. It's a nice place, friendly staff. I haven't seen the rooms, but have heard they're a little small, as it was converted from old condo units. Play at the beach, sleep in the room.

Amazing stay at this beautiful property. The warm welcome (with refreshing lavender lemonade), the comfortable room in the Tranquility wing, and the amazing staff all combined for an incredible stay.
