This hotel was the best, biggest, and cheapest I've stayed at in the past week. I only planned to stay one night, but due to work, I needed to extend my stay for another night. Although the price was a bit higher, it was acceptable. The front desk service was excellent.

Location is good to stay

08.08.2026 Guest

Overall, it was pretty good. The room was spacious and clean, and it was very convenient to get to the mall next door.

03.07.2026 Marcela

The staff The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was alright. The proximity to the mall, almost sharing the same complex, made all the difference.

Nice hotel . It is very near Shopping mall. It can access by second floor. We recommend👍

29.09.2025 Guest

The room has an excellent location, and the indoor facilities are decent.

Super hotel, super location

28.08.2025 Guest

Excellent access as it's connected to the fashion show mall. The location is superb. I was surprised that parking costs 20 dollars.

Very satisfied, five-star praise. But the check-in time requirement is not humane, it must be in the afternoon. If you arrive early, there is no arrangement, you can only sit on the sofa and watch TV. Fortunately, there is free Starbucks coffee, cakes and cookies. I am in a good mood. It is a pleasant stay.

The food is pretty good. Lots of beer specials. It's tucked back aways so there doesn't seem to be much of a crowd, but if you are looking for a not-crowded place to eat on a weekend it's worth a look, as compared to Cheesecake Factory or P.F. Changs, which will often have an hour-plus wait.

01.10.2017 Carrie

We dined for lunch on a Sunday around 1:30. The restaurant had less than 10 tables of customers. Half of our food was cold, which wasn't a surprise since we saw it sit in the kitchen for 5 minutes waiting on a runner. Service was terrible. I had to ask our waitress to bring us silverware, my sons drink, the ice cream that came with the kids meal, and she didn't offer water refills 1 time for 4 empty glasses. The women's bathroom was filthy from the night before with toilet paper all over the floor and the drain smelled like sewage. We will never waste our money there again!

21.09.2017 Jerry

Food great. Our poor waitress was way over loaded. So service reflects on the waitress. And she was great. Just a time elament not all food on time.

03.09.2017 Andy

First time there and if I was the owner I be questioning if I had the right management running my restaurant. Was there with several other couples the place was out of wings at 8pm, frozen drink machine was broke, ran out of cranberry and pineapple juice, ran out of Miller Lite. We ordered food which took over an hour to get and once we got it, was cold and order was wrong. They had one waiter for the whole outside bar area and with a band like Toy Factory playing that is just nothing but being unprepared...have no desire to ever return!

10.08.2017 Erika

We had a group of over 100 people. We are there twice a month on the first and third Mondays so our visit was not a surprise. They were terribly understaffed. 2 servers trying very hard to serve all those people. While 4 people served a few tables on the patio. Makes our group wonder if they would prefer we take our group somewhere else

Staff was extremely rude, and then proceeded to fight with me when called out on his attitude. Will not be returning

21.04.2015 Max

I actually went into this location and didn't hate it. But after trying to call their store 5 times to ask about a sample they had out the other day I understand why all the reviews here are bad. The phone just kept ringing the first two times. I thought their number might not be up to date so I called the mall itself to ask for the number, I had the right one.... I called again and could hear them pick up the phone and hang it back up. Called 2 more times and it just kept ringing. Even if you're buying you can still pick up the phone and ask me if I would like to hold. After this experience I will not give this location anymore of my business.

27.12.2013 Mady

I love this store! Great customer service & even better tea! I'm definitely a repeating customer. :-)

07.09.2012 Suzanne

Horrible, Horrible service. Very pushy. Did not listen to what I was needing for a party. Just tried to sell me expensive kits I didn't need. I noticed once I got to the car and opened the box it was exactly what I said I didn't want. I went back and returned it. Plus the tea in the box had already been opened and I feel very confident that they knew this by the looks on the sales men's faces when I was checking out. One of them said "What do you think?" The other says it's your judgement call. I knew something wasn't right. Same experience as the last reviewers. Honestly the experience was soooo bad I won't even shop online with this company.

30.06.2012 Casiquire

I've been here several times, and the sales people are so unbelievably pushy it's disgusting. I will not shop there again until I hear they have improved. To the other individual who reviewed and felt that there may have been racial discrimination involved in the lack of service, I don't believe that there was any racism going on. That's how the stores used to be--you'd walk in, sometimes you would be greeted but not always, and the sales people wouldn't interact very much. Honestly this is the way that I prefer things. I don't know about you, but I don't need to be guided around a tea shop. I can find my own way around and quite prefer not to hear a sales pitch. How unfortunate, then, that I am now unable to just casually wander in and try samples before making a purchase. Now I'm almost forced to try samples, and while I'm trying to enjoy them I have someone right over my shoulder talking about all the overtones and undertones of flavor and the health benefits. It's just awful, I'll only be buying online now. The poor lady in front of me looked like a victim by the time they were done with her. She came in to get one type of tea and they ended up pressuring her into getting $85 worth of different teas and merchandise. In my case, even though I told them I didn't want a tin for it because I already have one, they still tried to sell one to me, and then tried to upsell me on the amount of tea I bought, and when I said I didn't want that, they still put more tea than I asked for in the bag and I had to tell them that two ounces means...TWO...OUNCES. It's just depressing to think about their tea now. Anyway I'm done with my rant, hopefully the service will improve in the near future and I'll be able to return to their store.
