A/C didn’t work well, bed was very uncomfortable, bathroom tub was chipping, dirty. Would recommend looking for different options if you’re staying near the airport.

Great place to stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, A/C was amazing during the heat wave. Staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me during my visit to the city.

My hotel stay was fair. My ac would not change from 77. Also, I asked someone to come by and pick up our trash and used towels and no one never did.

The property was big, and the room sizes were good. The only fault I had was that the AC was not working properly.

When we walked in the lobby was very busy with teams in town for a tournament so I was worried it was going to be a loud night but when we got into our room is was so quiet, even the AC ran without the usual loud fan noise. The beds were very cozy and comfortable. They offer an all you can eat breakfast that is kind of expensive and worse than what you’d get free at other hotels so we skipped that, as did all the other guests since the restaurant was empty, and grabbed a coffee at the Starbucks. Overall happy with our stay. Five star if breakfast was included.

We enjoyed our stay. My grandson stated, “This is a nice hotel” as we entered the lobby. Crystal was an excellent and accommodating agent at the front desk. The room was clean and hallways were nice even though some were being refurbished.

Came to see the Post Malone concert decided to stay at Wyndham for the weekend. Not to busy for the amount of eveb5s going on. Easy check- in. Pool was clean and lots of chairs. The restaurant in the hotel was convient, and staff was pleasant. The room itself was clean and smelled fresh. All in all I had a very relaxing weekend in a nice hotel. Also they have shuttling to and from the airport which makes it easy and close for anyone flying in or out.

We have stayed here in the past. Five years ago I would have given all the stars. Not so much now.
We were in town for a concert, all hotels in town were booked up. I would like to think if they could they would have staffed accordingly. Maybe they are short staffed, it’s the story everywhere these days. Waited forever for one person to check us in.
Left for concert, we got back really late to a room with no air conditioning. It was passed midnight all I wanted to do was sleep, they did offer at midnight to let us switch rooms. We declined. The next morning when checking out I let them know again that the air wasn’t working. I got “okay we will check it out” not sorry about that.
Also no one to run the little coffee shop, had to wait for her to come from another job maybe. ?
Mattresses were old and sagging.
We have been Wyndham rewards people for years, plus Club Wyndham owners.
We won’t book this one again.

Stay away from these crooks at all costs. I reserved my stay on trip.com last year, and paid online for it. When I showed up, they had my reservation from trip. They asked for a cc on file, I asked if it was for incidentals and they said yes. When I checked my credit card statement, they charged me for the room and when I called they said "we don't have you listed as a third party booking, it's not our problem" and the guy hung up on me when I asked where I should send my confirmation that I paid for my reservation on trip.com. I would sleep in my car before I would pay $1 for a room with these people again.

Breakfast didn't start until8:00 am, we left a 7:00 so no breakfast. The room was not as advertised. We had to sleep on a uncomfortable Murphy bed in the Presidential sweet. Terrible, run down property.

One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Wait staff awful. Took forever to get the out meals. Food was low quality. Never will come back. Just plain terrible.

I was not very impressed, it took forever to get seated, they pushed the breakfast buffet at us, and didn't offer a menu, we took the buffet and the food was either cold or out with no offers to refill anything, we went to fill our OJ glass up (buffet line, remibd you), it was out, so, we told the waitress and her response was ( we are breaking it down) so do we get a refund? No, just hatefulness. We will not waste our money again!! Poor service, poor quality food.

The waiter disappeared. My drink was never refilled the entire time I was there. And out of the group of 26 I was the last to get my meal. Normally I wouldn't say anything but it was like 10 minutes after everyone else had already received their food.

Food was okay, staff was fairly attentive. Nothing special one way or the other. Pretty average pub & Italian food. Pricing was about 20 per person with no drinks.
