Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel in Indianapolis

A group of 11 dined 11/3/17. Everything about this place was in dire need of improvement. When diners walk into the restaurant they walk into the area where food is coming out of the kitchen. The floors are greasy, wet and slippery! What a hazard for both employees and customers. There was a rug crumpled up in a heap along side one of the corridors. Disgusting! I have pictures I wish I could share.

When we stopped in the bar before our table was ready the bartenders were overwhelmed and had run out of glassware. Shockingly, they opened the running dishwasher and pulled out steaming (and possibly unclean?) wine glasses. When I asked for a different glass, one was pulled directly from a cardboard box!

After tip toeing to our table in the back of the restaurant we waited several minutes for our server to appear. A bottle of wine was ordered, took 15 minutes to arrive WITHOUT ANY WINE GLASSES! Someone from our group again gingerly walked to the bar to get glasses!

Food finally arrived, and we had to ask for plates which arrived wet. The food, except one entree, had temperatures that were luke warm. The hot entree arrived 10 minutes after the others. Salads were mostly iceberg lettuce.

I don't understand how a national chain restaurant could be managed and operated so poorly. Luckily no one fell and got hurt or became sick from the unsanitary conditions at Buca. I'm tempted to call the health inspector after this experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this place!

Over priced underwhelmed. It's not that the food is bad but they way over charge. It seems they price the food higher in hopes of convincing you you're getting something special. Much better Italian food out there at a much better value than this place offers.

This is a regular lunch spot for our work group. We get seated quickly and they are accomdating for our good size party. Food is good, consistent across visits. The downside to this location is the service. Sometimes it's fine, but this last time was deplorable. Our waitress was friendly, but had to be asked multiple times for simple things like refills and bread. Two coworkers ordered the soup and salad lunch combo, and when she brought out tiny salads she said "wait this is wrong" and took them back. She then returned 30 seconds later with the same salads and said she'd give them bigger soups to compensate. Very strange and not what they were hoping for. The final straw was when one member of our party paid in cash and the waitress said she would bring back change, which was expected...but she never brought back change. She returned to the table to return cards, but kept the leftover change. I'm not sure we will continue to visit with that type of service, and I imagine others experience the same as the restaurant was mostly empty on this past visit.

Made a reservation, showed up at the appointed time, and we were told that there were no tables. No apology, rude response, with a wave of "you can see we're very busy." That's pretty much why people make reservations. Saying "reservations weren't supposed to be taken for that day" doesn't cut it when we could see the reservation on the restaurant's screen. We will not return.

Food was nasty, shrimp smelled like stinky feet and service was horrible. Not only would I never come here again, it should be SHUT DOWN!!!

Went to Indy for a great weekend with my sisters. Had to pay a cover charge $10, Only to have no place to sit. The club was reserved for a party. Why even have the club open to the public if there would be no place to sit. Very disappointed. Also, website says it's closed right now but not true. Definitely not worth the $10 cover charge.
