Great hotel in a fantastic location! Size of the room was so comfortable. Would def stay here again when visiting my kid at Northeastern.

This place is *solid.* Interior doors swing silently and close with a pleasing click. Layout is smart, using the space well. Breakfast area is an in-your-lap situation, but there's nothing keeping guests from taking stuff back to their suites. This is now a go-to for our Boston excursions.

Room, staff and amenities were all exceptional. We most love the charming and refined atmosphere of this lovely inn.

Lovely little hotel in a great location with friendly staff. Aside from the overwhelming smell of cleaning products, everything was perfect and we would stay there again.

Perfect location for walking to Symphony Hall, shopping, great dining choices. Loved the room & quiet yet central location

Staff is friendly and helpful convenient to all things Boston. Quiet safe neighborhood 2 blocks from Copley! Furniture and rugs a bit worn and need replacement

Room was clean, nice staff, breakfast area was good. Very close to the convention centers at Marriott and Sheraton. Check in was a tiny bit tricky because you have to have a code to even get in, but that was more a lack of communication from *******.

The staff was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was great. However, the cleaning products used are extremely strong - I had to sleep with two windows open all night.

Great location, apartment was very nice, and staff super friendly. I'd definitely stay here again.

There was an extremely loud noise in the building or nearby building. I stayed in room 104 at the far end bordering the adjacent building. The buzzing sound was so loud I could not sleep for the two nights I stayed there. When I reported to staff this issue after the first night, I was received with extreme dismissal and lack of understanding or care or interest in my situation not being able to sleep. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If I can get a partial refund I would appreciate it.

We had a really nice time here. We came upstairs just for cocktails and some appetizers in the lounge area. There was a great jazz band playing that really helped to set the atmosphere. The view was spectacular! Recommend for couples, families and friends!

I really enjoyed the experience here. We went on a Monday night and it was not that busy. We could easily find a table for 5 people. The waiter was nice to us and knew Spanish; he talked to my friends in their own language. He also recommended me a great delicious dessert. The food was really good and also the beverages were tasty. We liked that there are a lot of tables near the window and it was also live music. Also, at the end, the co managers talked to us more than 15 minutes, showing that they care about the people and restaurant.

I make it a point to eat here whenever I visit Boston. Yes, it is a somewhat pricey joint but the views make it worth it. The views are good both night and day, though I prefer the day ones as the water is then visible. The food is excellent, though the portions are small. It's an uppity joint so don't be surprised if the patrons are all well dressed, particularly at night. It's attached to a reasonably nice mall if shopping still tickles your fancy after you've paid the tab.

I wanted to commend the staff on a wonderful evening in the wake of what could have been a disaster. I planned a post-conference cocktail hour for several high-ranking executives in the insurance industry. I called 3 weeks previous to ensure that we had a proper space but did not understand that the lounge space was first-come-first-serve. Upon arrival, I became quite terrified as I realized there would not be space for my guests. However, Mike, Jonathon, Denise, and specifically Daniel (our server), were wonderful. They accommodated my quite-large party as quickly as possible even as my frayed nerves were beginning to show through. Five Star-Five Diamond service and accommodation. I could not speak more highly and my superiors (accustomed to such) were duly impressed as well. As I am a member of several Boston-based organizations in which we host conference execs, I plan to be back many more times (with the right pre-planning this time, of course!). Thank you for a wonderful evening and I plan on spreading the word!

Loved our brunch experience! The view, food and service were exceptional. Take the advice of the servers and pace yourself for brunch. It's a lot of food. We had the spinach salad and bacon-wrapped scallops, which were perfect. We will likely be back for dessert in their lounge later in our trip.
