It takes some time to walk to the subway. The hotel has 4–5 steps at the entrance, and we had to carry our heavy luggage by ourselves. There is a service lift, but it was locked and not available for use.

Facilities: Pretty good, relatively new. Cleanliness: Decent. Service: Average. We requested a double bed, but the hotel wouldn't let us change it in advance; we had to wait until we arrived to do so. Environment: The location is alright, but not as good as the Marquis.

Flight got delayed and when we arrived, the room we booked was not available. The hotel was nice enough to upgrade us to a suite on the highest floor and overlooking the hudson river. View was fantastic. Room was spacious but just a bit dusty in some corners. Overall, a nice experience.

It is in a good location in Downtown. Starbuck is plus and their tickets to attraction points are great. We choose Mercer Labs.

Marriott hotels are always our top choice when traveling. The location is excellent; we could see the Statue of Liberty from our room. It's super convenient to the subway station, and there are many restaurant options nearby. All in all, we were very satisfied.

The hotel is pretty nice, small but definitely everything you need. The only problem we found out was that we had to pay for a “facilities fee” which i believe trip.com needs to include in the rate of the hotel or it seems deceiving the rates.

The views are amazing, and the location is excellent. Downstairs, you'll find the 1 train, which takes about 30 minutes to Times Square. The Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, and the Charging Bull are all within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

It was just a well decorated room. We had a great view. No kettle, no complementary water, luggage storage was with a fee. Changing elevators was also not something you'd look for.

The Holland Hotel is perfectly located at the mouth of the Holland Tunnel, which is probably why it is so expensive for a place that is aged, has no elevator and offers a small continental breakfast as a selling point. This hotel has grown on us. To be honest this was not our first choice. There are a few items that this hotel does not offer that are musts for our full week stay. It's pretty convenient if you're driving, but without a car, getting into Manhattan can be tough. With snow on the ground and unreliable buses, I ended up taking taxis to and from the PATH station.

We arrived early and negotiated with the front desk several times to see if we could check in early. We also expressed our willingness to pay the extra fee, but we ultimately checked in at 2 pm. I’m airline crew and we stay here regularly. The staff really is amazing, super sweet and caring. The rooms are big. I don’t always have a room with a Manhattan view but I’d defiantly pay extra for that if I could.
