Facilities: A bit old. Hygiene: Acceptable. Environment: Great location on Wall Street, right in the heart of all the action. You can even go touch the Charging Bull. Service: Good. The restaurant is spacious and offers a wide variety of dishes. The staff are very welcoming.
The best hotel right in the middle of times square. Close to subway and easy to commute. Clean large rooms!
The room was spacious and had a sofa 🛋️, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was decent. Times Square is right downstairs, and there's a subway station just a block away, making it very convenient to get to famous attractions. There's also a Jinmantang Chinese restaurant nearby with good food 👍. The hotel's front desk and cleaning staff were very warm and polite. The hotel offers...
The room is very spacious, and the breakfast offers a great variety. The location is fantastic, right outside Times Square! The staircase design is very stylish. You need to swipe your card to go upstairs, and it shows you which elevator number to take. Once inside the elevator, there's no need to press any buttons! The building is very tall, but it feels safe with the railings.
The hotel is right in the heart of Times Square. Downstairs, you'll find all sorts of malls, souvenir shops, convenience stores, and popular restaurants – it's incredibly convenient. Although it's a Marriott property, it definitely doesn't live up to a five-star standard; it's more comparable to a budget hotel in China. The lobby is on the 8th floor, and you're pretty much on your own throughout your...
The location is excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby. The hotel itself is large and has a clean, modern design. While the rooms don't offer complimentary drinking water, you can get water from the lobby. There's also a free ice machine available on each floor.

The hotel is fair with all facilities needed (it’s a bit small but you know it’s Manhattan). Location is fantastic. People usually complain about the lift waiting time but I personally used around 2-3 minutes so it’s okay for me. Staff are generally nice! There are security at nights in the lobby so you feel super safe. It was lucky that we didn’t pay for additional deposits and the original deposits...
Basic amenities like water, slippers, toothbrush is not in the hotel room. The elevator was being modernised and waited up to 15mins one of the days. Location is splendid though.
Good location with easy to access to public transport. A little bit upset that need 15 dollars to send bag from front door to hotel room. Not sure is standard charge.
The location is excellent. Times Square is just a 3-5 minute walk away, and Central Park is only a few minutes further. The Empire State Building and Rockefeller Center are also very close. The place was very clean, and the rooms were spacious. There are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. The service was also excellent. Please note that key card access is required to enter the lobby after...
Clean hotel and convenient location. I even got to check in early for a small fee, it was well worth it.
Location was perfect as it was located in the middle of Manhattan. Convenient to go anywhere really. Room was clean but not spotless. It is the US, not Asia 😂. All in all, pretty satisfied but the price was high during my stay.

Very noisy air condition, bad attitude workers, very cold room, charges lot of extra money, they offer you $170, but it keeps going up, and it's almost around $300 OMG 👎👎👎
Overall okay but a little outdated and quite dusty. Location is top tier and lobby is okay as well.
Hotel is in an excellent location but checking in was a nightmare had to queue for over an hour. The lift system is atrocious. The system gives you a lift for your floor and then allocates that lift to everyone else. It takes ages for it to come and then everyone cannot get into the one lift and you start all over again. Could be waiting 30 mins plus for a lift. Everyone complaining about the lifts...
Hotel is very conveniently located. However, it is old and shows very clearly in the rooms. Also it is ridiculous that they charge a $6 luggage holding fee if you want to store your luggage. What kind of hotel does that
The Sheraton Hotel was, as always, very comfortable. Its location near Times Square provides excellent subway access to all parts of the city. It's also a designated hotel for flight crews from several Arab airlines, so you'll often see beautiful flight attendants and handsome male cabin crew members almost daily.
worst service for Marriott member to charge for clock room to keep the luggage for 2 hours.

Loved being able to stay here for a cheap price thanks to online hotel deal😍😍😍 It was around end of 2016 or beginning 2017(I think 2017 is more like it) i got nice deal for like $30 to $35 not bad even at that time and even though the room had no view it was just amazing being in there💯💯💯 So sad the governor wanted them to take it down because this was such a lovely place and only needed some fixing...
Had a two night stay at this hotel was impressed aside from what the reviews say. Our room was spacious enough for 4 people, also cleanly. Housekeeping came by to ensure room was clean. Hotel is right in the middle of the city, walking distance to many things. We were able to grab breakfast right across the street (not the exaggerated block away). They also have stores within the hotel lobby for convenience...
Check in took almost an hour waiting in line with luggage. But was able to check in and out a bit early/late. The room is basic, okay for one night and spacious but filthy carpet, kept shoes on, a very motel feel. They offered an upgrade to their renovated roomful for $57 which we declined since at least the bed and shower seemed clean. Great location though and cheaper than many others in the area...
This hotel was a HUGE disappointment. The staff is rude, not really willing to help the clients and the rooms are far from good. Unfortunately is a perfectly-located place with a terrible service.
Great for the price! Check in was abysmally slow, but other than that service was good. Beds were comfortable but a bit squeaky. Bathroom was very basic and the tub had no drain stopper and was peeling. But it served my purpose well. All I wanted was an inexpensive and clean place to sleep and I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel.

I just returned from my stay with a large school group. We were very pleased with our experience! The room size was extremely small, especially for four girls, but since we were only really there to sleep this wasn't a problem. I was pleasantly surprised that we had a great view of the city given that we had a "standard" room (I was expecting a brick wall!) and the layout of the room was nice for the...

The front desk staff didn't even know the meaning behind the sculptures in their own hotel and told me to look it up online myself. What a hotel fail! The hotel price is very reasonable, and the location is also very convenient.
The location is fantastic, and the room size was great. However, it was a bit dusty and dry. Everything else was really good though!
Excellent location right in the heart of Manhattan.
Unfortunately, only thing positive is the location. Hotel was very run down and disappointing. Dusty room and lots of broken items in room. Very expensive stay for this budget experience.
Great location, nice and clean hotel
Booked a standard room for two people and it was much larger than expected. There was plenty of space for both our luggage, plus a wardrobe. We stayed for three nights, and the location was fantastic – right next to Grand Central Station and Fifth Avenue, which was incredibly convenient.

Location is great in mid-town Manhattan, and being close to Grand Central is wonderful, however as far as the hotel goes, I was disappointed with my room. The hotel is certainly beautiful, but for being a historic hotel, that I was excited to check out during one of my most recent trips to NYC, I found the hotel lacking in many ways from what I expected. The room was decently clean, but there was a...
This place is gorgeous and stunning. I took a tour of the hotel with my class and we got to see the rooms they offered and the back. Even though we were not official guests. Everyone treated us as of we were staying there. Everyone who works in the kitchen is super nice as is those in the front. Everything is kept very clean and tidy. Only thing about the rooms is that they are gorgeous and make you...
The building is gorgeous. When we checked in, everyone was so nice. They upgraded us to a bigger room so that we could move around easier. The baggage check was very awesome for when we wanted to walk around the city in our last day when we had already checked out. Truly it was an amazing experience to stay...
Hotel was very friendly and accommodating! Would stay here again next time I was in town. My reason for the 4 star review was my terrible experience at the restaurant. We were there for about an hour and a half and we ordered a burger and a salad. We were put in the corner because it was busy and there was limited seating. We never even received a refill on our water! Once we asked for our bill it...
This place was clean, and pretty straightforward. While I admit other than the lobby the interior could really use an update. During our stay there were a couple instances were the elevators stopped working, or our room key would randomly stop opening the door. Fortunately the hotel is right next to Grand Central, Times Square and plenty of other tourist attractions that made our stay super convenient...
Room was pretty basic. Bed was fine. Room clean. Decent TV. Simple bathroom. Building is old. Due for a remodel, but fit the budget and you couldn't beat the location. Staff are great and the good offerings in the hotel good but expect NYC prices. The only negative is the elevators, while there are 6 of them, there is always a line, or large number of people waiting for the elevator, and its unorganized...

This hotel is nearly 100 years old, so the facilities are a bit dated, but it's generally clean and tidy. Its best feature is the excellent location; it's very convenient to walk to major Midtown attractions and the subway. About 100 meters to the left when you exit the hotel, there's a fantastic Korean buffet restaurant.
Excellent service, generous desk staff allowed us to check in at 9am for no cost as the room was free, excellent room with great views. Right next to multiple subway stations.
Hotel with an excellent location and very friendly staff. A bit old and in need of renovation, especially the windows to ensure proper insulation from the cold; we had to keep the air conditioning on almost all the time to warm up the room. Generally I’d give a a 4/5.
It is a very basic hotel but very convenient if you want to take the train to other cities at Penn Station for a couple of days during your visit because they let you store your luggage if you return to NYC to stay there again.
We pleased with services at this hotel besides that it close the Penn station so I feel comfortable
The hotel location is quite convenient. It is easy to browse around the city. Recommended for young travelers who are seeking hotels that allow 18 years old to check-in.

City Subway is just 2mins walk from the hotel lobby Helpful staff and room is comfortable and clean Got free pass for general admission fo American Museum of Natural History Will stay at this Westin again in next visit to NY
The location is perfect. Just walking distance around times square. Food and bakery surrounding the hotel. Very convinient. Will come again next time
Very convenient location, comfortable rooms, and lots of Chinese restaurants nearby.
We booked a room with city view. They gave us a room with window and there was no city view. Something blocked our window view and they did it on purpose. They usually give trip.com or *********** customers on the same floor which blocks the window and blocks the city view.
Overall, it was good. I asked for some amenities once, and though they promised to send them up, they never arrived. The location was very convenient for getting around.
Good service, clean rooms. The area is bustling with shops and restaurants, and it's just a block from Times Square.

The hotel's location is great, near Times Square with multiple subway lines. However, the room assigned by the front desk was in a terrible spot, facing another room's outdoor AC unit. On top of that, the indoor AC unit was very noisy, so much so that I had to turn it off to even attempt to sleep. The hotel's room service was also mediocre; they always forgot something, like disposable cups, or they...
Located in Times Square, it's a pleasant walk to Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The rooms are a bit small, and breakfast is grab-and-go with three vendor options. I recommend Carve at the intersection of 47th Street and 8th Avenue for more choices. They also offer complimentary red and white wine every Tuesday and Friday from 5-6 PM. Pictures 4 and 5 are from Bond 45.
Employees were not accommodating especially at the front desk.
The hotel is quite old, but given its prime location right next to Times Square, you can't really complain too much. However, the large industrial fan from the adjacent building right outside my room was incredibly noisy.
Great hotel with great location
Room was quite small and basic, and walls were thin. Staff was very helpful. There is no on site restaurant except for the steakhouse so it was not an option for my 15 night stay to dine there every night. Great location near to Central station. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Flew in from Vegas for a overnight stay before heading to Rome. Location is perfectly situated right between hells kitchen and Columbus circle. This hotel was an interesting experience. My room was fine, though extremely small, even by Manhattan standards. There was a quirky window that looked from the shower into the room and there was minimal lightning. The room was seriously dark. My room was fine however and the bath products were very nice and a brand that I like. There were other areas of the hotel that had maintenance issues however...
Loved the location, the quirky design. Some guests might not be thrilled by the zero privacy bathroom, if you're sitting on the toilet you are on full display to any other guests in your room because of the giant glass wall, but I was alone so no big deal. Outside is blank, a brown wall. Escalator takes you up to an ultra modern spacious lobby with subdued lighting and cozy spaces. Room was...

The breakfast buffet was expensive and not that great, more like a continental breakfast that is usually...
I'm a native New Yorker and I love to visit the bars at this hotel. They each have a different feel. My favorite is the Library bar with fire place and leather couches. Cocktails are pricey, but delicious. You' re paying for the atmosphere. In the warm months there's an outdoor space and a bar/grill to provide for beverage and culinary needs. Check it out.
Great location for the price. Close to Central Park, Broadway theaters, and Hell's Kitchen restaurants and bars. Pseudo-trendy. Responsive, professional staff. Negatives: teeny tiny rooms and bathrooms, showers never seem to work well (and I've stayed here many times), lots of street noise and HVAC noise, and elevators can take forever at times. I'm leaning 3-star but have to acknowledge that many...

Amazing experience would highly recommend this beautiful place during Christmas time.
The hotel location is excellent. Our room was clean but very old beds and squeaky, the shower didn't work properly. The breakfast is over priced, cold and very minimal. I would not rate this hotel as a 5 star. Understably its a busy period but the lobby was overcrowded with outsiders taking photos. The door men were great, sorry can't recall the names.
I stayed with my family during the Christmas holidays and had a great experience. Each staff member was welcoming and attentive. I look forward to visiting in the future
Excellent location during a Christmas visit to NYC! Beautiful decorations at the property & close walking distance to all the holiday hot spots. Room cleaning staff is so pleasant and very attentive. We had an amazing view of St Patrick's Cathedral from our room. Would highly recommend this hotel.
The Lotte is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location- close to shopping , restaraunts, coffee shops and Central Park South and all other Christmas attractions. The courtyard and lobby are decorated beautifully for the Christmas Season. Staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms and bathrooms however are dated. Where to begin? The location is incredible — absolutely a 5/5. The Christmas décor is beautiful as well, though be prepared to navigate crowds in the lobby taking photos (which we understand and didn’t mind). This hotel is extremely busy but this is a great location, close to food, trains, and everything you need. In particular I wanted to compliment Freddy at the front desk. The best customer service ever. He answered all my questions and was even able to make several great suggestions. His knowledge about the area and his kindness goes a long way. I will definitely be back because of him
Excellent location and friendly staff. The breakfast place is a cafe so not much choice there. There is a small bar and you can leave the luggage in the check room for the day, on check out. I'm writing this review not only to share my positive experience, but also to thank Eric the security director and Mabel, who I assume is from the housekeeping department. I thought my stay at the hotel was awesome. They upgraded my room to one with a view of Times Square and it did not disappoint. Also, the layout of the room was very interesting. It was also very modern and updated, with interesting decor. My biggest issue with it is it's a pain to get from the street level up to your floor if you have a stroller or wheelchair. You have to shuffle between elevators

Amazingly comfortable beds . Small mix up with our room meant we got free drink coupons and WiFi . The only letdown was the bathroom . Bath had rust and was very low though the water was nice and hot
