The only minor issue was the fan, which was quite loud and had to be turned off before sleeping; otherwise, everything was perfect. The hotel is very new and in a great location, making it convenient to get everywhere!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Wall Street and the Charging Bull. We could see Trinity Church right from our window. The room was cleaned daily, and transportation was incredibly convenient with the subway station just a stone's throw away. There's also a supermarket nearby, making it easy to grab groceries and sort out meals. Shopping was a breeze too!

So glad I booked this hotel! The only downside is the price, but seriously, that's it! It's super close to everything – the New York Stock Exchange and the 9/11 Memorial are both within a 5-minute walk, and the subway is literally right downstairs, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby. They offer complimentary bottled water, but remember to ask for it at check-in, as they don't automatically offer it.

Great location right on Wall Street, and only about 200 feet from the Charging Bull. The room was a bit small, but the decor was modern. Trip.com's customer service was excellent and very responsive, much better than ***********.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was very nice and well taken care of, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, which really made a difference during my stay.
The only minor downside was some noise from the train passing below, which may have been due to my room being in a corner.
Aside from that, my experience was excellent. I felt comfortable and well-received, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would happily stay here again.

My wife and I visited NYC for the 2nd time and enjoyed our stay in the financial district. Hotel Indigo in the financial district is conveniently located near multiple subway lines, the World Trade Center, a Whole Foods, and other great restaurants and delis. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and modern. Their service was incredible and convenient providing a texting option for requests to refill coffee pods, extra blanket, and etc. They were very quick to provide these extra amenities which was very much appreciated. The gym has what you need to stay fit during your trip and they have a great restaurant and convenience market at the lobby level. We will comeback to Indigo for a future NYC stay. For even better value and deals, we booked during NYC hotel week promotions through their tourist website.

The room was decent when I first walked in, but after a while, I realized the walls were paper-thin; I could hear crying babies, a bachelorette party, and a needy couple. The bathroom was the best part; it offered many towels, and the lotion they provided was great for my eczema. The water is really hot, so that is a plus, but the shower floor has all this glue-like sticky stuff on the floor, which doesn't seem to be there on purpose, so I slipped in the shower, avoiding it. There were several crumbs in my bed, unfortunately, but they did offer free coffee in our room.
The WiFi isn't the best, and I sadly couldn't use my Nintendo but I had to restart my electronics to get the wifi working. The TV has no streaming services but I can cast my tablet to the TV. You have to walk or take the subway to get to most of the activities. Mainly, you need to take the subway to everything, especially during January. I'm from Chicago, but the hotel is near the water, so it's colder than the Windy City. They offered us two free bottles of water when we got there. The staff were incredibly nice. Everything we walked in, we were greeted by the front desk people.
It was overall a good experience but I wouldn't return.

The hotel's location is excellent. Turn right out of the hotel and you're at the Charging Bull; turn left and you're at the New York Stock Exchange. I chose the Hotel Indigo in New York because I had stayed at the same brand in Dali. While it wasn't as comfortable as the one in Dali, I was still very satisfied! 👍

Room was small, did not provide water bottles had to go down to the concierge to refill or buy from whole foods-7-11. Our Tv broke down half way but luckily the hotel managed to fix it within a few hours.
To boil hot water had to go down to the concierge to do so. No amenities were provided. It is just a place to sleep.
For the price was not worth it. I accidentally booked 8 nights which the hotel refused to cancel without giving a reason why. Bear in mind after booking I immediately contacted the hotel to mention this typo but they refused to correct it. Luckily trip.com managed to come through to reimburse me a little for the losses.
Overall will not stay again. There are better hotels for the same prices. Only selling point was location was good.

Good variety of food and beverages but not the best taste for the money. The pizza has a sourdough flavor to it if you like that, but I didn't care for it.

Poor experience. I ordered a cheesesteak. It came to $11.35. Fries would have been $3.30 extra. Pricey! Anyway the young guy (hispanic, just for purposes of identification) had a bit of a 'tude. I saw that he was getting ready to put my sandwich on the bread, and the cheese wasn't even melted. I asked him to let the cheese melt. He just looked at me, but left it. Then he and the cashier start cleaning their station. The grill guy picks up a filthy rag and sprays some cleaner. Then--just as I expected--he goes to pick up my bread again. I asked him to change his gloves. He gives me this look like I'm really asking him to climb a mountain. So, I go back to the register with my receipt, get a refund, and go elsewhere. I can't stand nasty people--attitude AND practices--working behind counters. I would never recommend this place and won't ever go there again. $11.35 sandwich made by a $1.98 staffer.

Worth a visit for the view but the food is very mediocre and so is the service. Not worth eating here when there are so many other amazing food places in New York to spend your money on. Edited after waiting forever for our check we finally had to leave our table and walk over to the bar to request it. They added tip automatically to our two person tab. Really annoying.

If your feeling hungry, then i definitely dont recommend this place ,way to over price slow service, and. The food isn't so good, i left hungry, but the view is great

My wife and family came into the city from Long Island to see the tree during the holidays and decided to try this restaurant The veiw was spectacular the menu for Manhattan was perfect the prices for Manhattan was perfect and we couldn't have asked for better service from the staff. Awesome experience a must visit if your in Manhattan can't wait to go in the warmer weather to take advantage of the roof top lounge on the other side of the restaurant..such a great find enjoy !

If you are looking for the nice view Yes here it is. Facing to the new WTC and 9/11 museum. But if you are looking for nice breakfast. Definitely no recommend. Lack of choice of foods and the taste are awful. Suggest to try other restaurants nearby.

Service was fast, employees were very nice but their name tags need to be updated. I had to get close to Victor my cashier to see his name which was smudged out. He even had to assure me that I read his name correctly.

Every time I come in at 4:30 there’s no food being served cash registers off but have customers inside eating, sleeping or just simply sitting down in the dining areas.. and I once had a employee tell me they weren’t open but yet the doors were open people were inside and there were employees working and it says open 24 hour on the sign outside and online.. the false advertising has to stop.. and I will be calling corporate

One major letdown is that the upstairs section has been closed on two occasions, although it was later in the night they have no excuse, this city is about getting to the top not being on the same level. Another letdown, that was more apparent when looking for seating was the poor job of anyone who oversees the cleanliness aspect. Again, this city has a lot of people and although it's McDonald's you should expect a little more than it looking like a zoo. Three stars for the time, food, and hours.

This place can sometimes get very busy and overcrowded. Nevertheless, they great customer service here. Orders are taking quickly and efficiently. Facilities are well maintained.

Great burgers, for fast food. Be careful ordering. They only seem to serve meals. Ordered JUST a burger and got unwanted fries too. Also charges deposit on water bottles.
