This is best hotel i ever lived in Manhattan. this is good place to live, 5 mint walk to time square. Lady at reception area, behaviour is not good. i arrived at hotel little early 11 AM and check in time 3. i told her i took 12 hour flight, give me room early she said at 3 and then after one hour i told her. she again said check in time is 3. after few mints i go to other counter to male, he immediately give me room key. i don’t want what is problem with her.

While the hotel seemed alright on the surface, the overall experience was terrible. It's located right by the road, and at night, it functions as a major garbage collection point, with garbage trucks rumbling loudly all night long. Initially, I couldn't identify the noise, so I called the front desk. They informed me it was garbage trucks and that they couldn't do anything about it. It was already past midnight, 12:00 AM, and I couldn't fall asleep. The hotel offered no solution, and their attitude was very dismissive. The noise continued throughout the night, making for a truly awful experience. Additionally, the room was tiny, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the service was just as poor. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

The location is excellent for tourists, and the room was very clean. The AC unit was a bit loud, but I had earplugs, so it didn't disturb my sleep at all. Snacks and drinks in the lobby were reasonably priced, a welcome change from the rip-off prices often found at shops outside. Breakfast was quite disappointing, especially compared to the Hilton Garden Inn on Queen Street I stayed at before, which was far superior. If the Hampton on my upcoming itinerary offers similar breakfast quality, I'll seriously consider switching hotels.

The location is very nice, right in the center of Times Square. Subway stations are within a 3-minute walking distance.

Great location , you can walk to other attractions, right in Time Square. Quite room and very clean.
Please request high floor when you book, if you get lower floor you have to close your curtain all times as you will see your office ‘s neighbors.
Breakfast is excellent. Free coffee station.

the proximity of the hotel to the broadway and downtown time square makes this place really convenient and I cannot ask for a better location than here. breakfast is complimentary but the queue for the breakfast can be daunting.

I have said it earlier .. will say it again. This hotel is one of the best in NEW YORK City. .. Time Square. Location is just awesome. Everything in walking distance. Staff members are just amazing. Restaurant crew is top notch .. good breakfast
