We were able to get parked prior to check in and store our bags, leaving us free to see 2 nearby Broadway shows and spend 2 days getting around midtown, theatre district, hells kitchen, etc
Environment: Great location on Wall Street, right in the heart of all the action. You can even go touch the Charging Bull. The restaurant is spacious and offers a wide variety of dishes
The hotel's front desk and cleaning staff were very warm and polite. The hotel offers free luggage storage, and you can get free bottled water by asking the front desk or calling
The best hotel right in the middle of times square. Close to subway and easy to commute. Clean large rooms!
The room was spacious and had a sofa 🛋️, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was decent
There's a mandatory $40 daily charge, but since I would have been spending on food anyway, it felt like good value, especially with the added bonus of complimentary sightseeing tickets, with several options to choose from

The hotel is fair with all facilities needed (it’s a bit small but you know it’s Manhattan). People usually complain about the lift waiting time but I personally used around 2-3 minutes so it’s okay for me
It was lucky that we didn’t pay for additional deposits and the original deposits returned within a week ;) Overall it’s nice and I recommend it if you’re staying with your friends or family!
This was a lovely hotel. Location was ideal for us, rooms were very clean and staff were friendly. It also included breakfast which was an added bonus. We went in may and it wasn’t too busy.
Clean hotel and convenient location. I even got to check in early for a small fee, it was well worth it.
Staff are generally nice! There are security at nights in the lobby so you feel super safe
Times Square is just a 3-5 minute walk away, and Central Park is only a few minutes further. The Empire State Building and Rockefeller Center are also very close. The place was very clean, and the rooms were spacious

Loved being able to stay here for a cheap price thanks to online hotel deal😍😍😍 It was around end of 2016 or beginning 2017(I think 2017 is more like it) i got nice deal for like $30 to $35 not bad even at that time and even though the room had no view it was just amazing being in there💯💯💯 So sad the governor wanted them to take it down because this was such a lovely place and only needed some fixing...
They also have stores within the hotel lobby for convenience. Check in took a total of 15 minutes on a friday night, desk staff was friendly. Extra toiletries were supplied when requested
Had a two night stay at this hotel was impressed aside from what the reviews say. Our room was spacious enough for 4 people, also cleanly. Housekeeping came by to ensure room was clean
Hotel is right in the middle of the city, walking distance to many things. We were able to grab breakfast right across the street (not the exaggerated block away)
A refrigerator would have been nice but all in all, our stay was wonderful. Its a wonder how far kind words and a nice demeanor get you
Great for the price! Check in was abysmally slow, but other than that service was good. Beds were comfortable but a bit squeaky. Bathroom was very basic and the tub had no drain stopper and was peeling

The location is fantastic, and the room size was great. However, it was a bit dusty and dry. Everything else was really good though!
It's within walking distance of Times Square and Rockefeller Plaza and is an easy subway ride away from many other places in Manhattan and beyond
The front desk staff didn't even know the meaning behind the sculptures in their own hotel and told me to look it up online myself
Booked a standard room for two people and it was much larger than expected. There was plenty of space for both our luggage, plus a wardrobe
We stayed for three nights, and the location was fantastic – right next to Grand Central Station and Fifth Avenue, which was incredibly convenient
What a hotel fail! The hotel price is very reasonable, and the location is also very convenient

The location is perfect. Just walking distance around times square. Food and bakery surrounding the hotel. Very convinient. Will come again next time
Very convenient location, comfortable rooms, and lots of Chinese restaurants nearby.
The lobby is nice to hangout in and the restaurant has some great drinks. We had some smokey old fashioneds
Nice 4* hotel closed to popular Times Square and Hard Rock cafe with easy access to lots of food and amenities
Thank you Whitney, Westin manager for your compassion and understanding. I look forward to a future stay at Westin Times Square, NY. Ms. Angela
Good service, clean rooms. The area is bustling with shops and restaurants, and it's just a block from Times Square.

Outside is blank, a brown wall. Escalator takes you up to an ultra modern spacious lobby with subdued lighting and cozy spaces. Room was larger than expected, bed extraordinarily comfortable
Wouldn't reccomend anything over two or three nights as again room is small but who comes to NYC to stay in there room ? Overall it was a nice hotel and did just the job
Some guests might not be thrilled by the zero privacy bathroom, if you're sitting on the toilet you are on full display to any other guests in your room because of the giant glass wall, but I was alone so no big deal
Extra facilities fee when checking out for the gym we never used which they then waived. Room was small but then again your in Manhattan and get what you pay for
Loved the location, the quirky design
This hotel was an interesting experience. My room was fine, though extremely small, even by Manhattan standards. There was a quirky window that looked from the shower into the room and there was minimal lightning

This hotel is extremely busy but this is a great location, close to food, trains, and everything you need. In particular I wanted to compliment Freddy at the front desk. The best customer service ever
Very clean, modern and comfortable. TV has nice selection of channels. Right in the heart of the theater district, in fact Chicago is playing right across the street. Walking distance to Times Square and so much more
He answered all my questions and was even able to make several great suggestions. His knowledge about the area and his kindness goes a long way. I will definitely be back because of him
It was also very modern and updated, with interesting decor. My biggest issue with it is it's a pain to get from the street level up to your floor if you have a stroller or wheelchair
I thought my stay at the hotel was awesome. They upgraded my room to one with a view of Times Square and it did not disappoint. Also, the layout of the room was very interesting
I accidentally left my coat in the hotel room closet and they were able to find it and send it to me back home in Chicago. They were amazingly helpful and I am very grateful

This places very convenient and very lovely environment. It was well designed and it was an easy flow either to the bar or to the tables. The service was very good and very quick
Very convenient to stay here - near to Grand Central Terminal, Bryant park and many other tourist spots. Great for a 1-2 nights stay to explore NYC.
The hotel is in a very good location. Alexandra was so nice that she gave us a complimentary breakfast and accommodated us even before our check in time. Although breakfast has a lack of food variety, it was good
Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are decent sized with amenities. The restaurant onsite offers convenient options for food and drinks. Easy access to Grand Central and subway lines. Will stay again!
I checked out yesterday and I’m already ready to go back! My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Westin Grand Central. The location was conveniently central for transportation, dining, and shopping
Really liked this hotel. Good location, room was great, staff were welcoming, and we got a free drink on arrival. Will definately come again!

The building is a bit old, but overall it was great. I could use the free gym and the location is quite convenient.
My family had a great time here. Staff was super friendly. Everything was clean which is a top priority for me!
The hotel is in Manhattan, just a 7-minute walk from Grand Central Station. It was quite clean. My only minor complaint was that the pillows were a bit too high for my comfort; I wish there were more options available.
I couldn't say better things about this place. I am VERY picky when it comes to hotels and staying somewhere clean - and this place exceeded my expectations! Not only was the room very clean but it had two bathrooms
My stay was great… just the parking but other than that had no issues… thanks … thinking about staying again in the future…
New York hotels are notoriously small, and I was assured this one was on the larger side when I booked. In reality, it was still very compact. The shower was even smaller and quite low; anyone over 1

I was super happy they offered to-go boxes at the parlor since I usually eat late. The gym is decent, with basic machines and limited free weights, but they do provide towels and water
We also got a second drink voucher since I mentioned it was our wedding anniversary worth 25 dollars for the bar in addition to the 20 dollar drink voucher for being an ambassador, which I appreciated
It was a bit small but all NYC hotels are similar size, but we really liked the fact that the bathroom had a hand wash/bidet attachment, which we were not accustomed to other US hotels
Highly recommend, especially if you get the intercontinental ambassador status which is purchasable at the intercontinental site, and is good for 1 year at all intercontinental hotels
Overall we appreciated the level and service of the front desk, especially the front desk, Sophy Diaz, who at check in explained all my benefits and answered all my questions
Lastly, they honored my 4 PM checkout (an intercontinental ambassador perk) which played a huge part in choosing this hotel in the first place

I had a pleasant experience at Wellington. The staff was nice and friendly, the check in took around 15 minutes. The room was pretty small but cozy and very clean, the bathroom as well
We were extremely happy with the deluxe double double room, and even had 2 bathrooms, which made getting ready in the morning very easy! Would definitely stay here again!
Clean rooms and helpful staff. We checked in on Friday night and requested rooms on the same floor. The elevators were slow and one got shut down during our stay
Rates were fantastic for Thanksgiving! We were close to the parade route and were able to check our bags during the parade, and while site seeing during the day
If you like super modern or chain hotels this may not be your kind of place. We loved it! The rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom and nice towels

Recently stayed for six nights at the New York Marriott East Side with a girlfriend. The room was equipped with two queen beds with lovely soft pillows. It was very clean, and they left us in private as requested
If you are near the bottom of these 2 ranges you'll struggle to get a lift at busy times. Either make sure you're on the top 3 floors or 14-16. If they're full you're best getting a low flow and using the stairs!
Neat hotel, conveniently located. Breakfast buffet was a good value. Free coffee in the morning and hot chocolate in the afternoon at the lobby was a nice touch. Our room had a small kitchenette which was useful
We booked here for a stay in January via Expedia and got a great price. The location is great for Times Square since we were there to see a show. The rooms are decent and served our needs
Conveniently located for tourists. Subway and grand central nearby. Rooms are a little tired and as is usual for NYC the soundproofing from the street could be better
Check in went smoothly and quickly. Rooms were clean...a little dated but clean. Free breakfast was nice (elite members lounge). I would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and plenty of room. Plenty of towels and the maid came in every day and replenished. The location was great and it was in the quieter area of Times Square
I was kept so informed before the trip. Upon check-in it was extremely smooth and never had any problems reserving through the Trip.com. I will definitely use them again and again.
Despite that, it's cleaned meticulously every day! We checked in around 3 or 4 PM, and the front desk staff was yawning repeatedly right in front of us, with their mouths wide open… Honestly, it was my first time encountering such rude front desk service! The bellhop who helped with our luggage had a sour face the entire time and spoke very impolitely
We only had two loose coins, so we gave a tip of two, and his face got even darker! On the morning of our check-out, we were pushing a bunch of luggage plus a stroller, and there were several staff members standing at the concierge desk, but no one offered to help
Hotel staff were very good Room temp control not working Warm water came out of cold water tap
In short, there was absolutely no service to speak of, as if the hotel hadn't paid them!

Very good location with 2 very nice restaurant beside , hotel is very clean n not area not noisy , walk 8 mins to Times Square , as I have late flight , hotel is great to accommodate me till 130pm for late check out
The door closes very slowly due to the automatic mechanism, and the bathroom felt unnecessarily large for my needs. That said, overall cleanliness and hospitality were excellent!
Great and safe location! Close to metro stations and bus stops, making it easy to reach tourist attractions. The staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful
I booked an accessible room; unless you specifically need accessibility features, I wouldn’t recommend this type of room
The city view wasn’t particularly impressive — mostly rooftops and some unsightly air conditioners — but that was fine

Very good stay. Nice and clean hotel. Staff are very friendly. Very close to Subway. They charge you 30usd daily as city tax, but you can use them in restaurant. Deposit is 100usd per day. Possible to pay in cash.
Shannon who is my Birthday Twin ensured when I got back to the hotel after a day out in NY I was presented with a cupcake and sang Happy Birthday by the Front Desk staff. I cannot be more grateful and impressed
Excellent location, close to Brooklyn Bridge and Metro/Subway, good service. Double room was spacous for family of 4 though the beds were a bit small. Still a good experience staying at the hotel.
My overall experience was good but started off shaky. The first night I arrived with my mother, the first room we were in was dirty. We complained, and promptly the manager helped to find that was suitable for us
Even upgraded us to a better room. I love all staff, they were friendly. The location was really convenient for me and my sister who were running between Brooklyn and Manhattan the whole trip
I would stay here again for sure

Excellent food and hotel location. Service staff are very helpful from luggage, and front desk. But it took 2 hrs to have towels sent to the room, and the air blower is very old and need replace
Fantastic hotel for a city break. Staff were fantastic, both polite and friendly. Facilities were great. Reasonable prices for coffee / snacks. Lots of eating facilities around the area too.
The hotel was warm and welcoming on our arrival. we agreed a preferred floor for our stay and were happy to be given a room next door to our daughter and granddaughter as requested
Breakfasts were busy even though we changed times to find a quieter time, however there was always plenty of food available and it was always warm. Everything was tasty and fresh
Tables were cleaned quickly and plates removed as soon as food was consumed The hotel is in a great location close to all amenities
We were welcomed each day whilst giving our room numbers and loved the friendliness of those doing so especially Jennie

Great Stay, Prime Location! I had a wonderful stay at Park Lane Hotel, New York. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just steps away from Central Park and many of New York's iconic attractions
The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the stylish, modern decor. The proximity to public transport made getting around the city very convenient
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York. Will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

a very good location hotel, just some step away from the Times Square, and really like the lobby vibes, also friendly staffs!
It's a great hotel location wise and the foyer is amazing with a lounge and bar and live music
I wish I could remember her name but it was an uncommon name and I think I pronounced it wrong when I asked her in the first place. She knows who she is because I think is genuinely like that with all guests
The biggest highlight about the place was not the location… but the staff at reception. I checked in on the 26th of December and the lady that helped me out (who started her shift at 12pm) was fantastic
Overall, we loved the bed as it was so comfortable. Reception staff (specifically the lady I mentioned above) was extremely helpful. Housekeeping was a little slow. The bag storage was untrustworthy

After reading the reviews before going I was worried about this hotel. Once I arrived all my fears were put to rest. I must say I had an amazing experience from check in to check out
Well located, but the room is small, no refrigerator, but it has a safe. It was weird that they only offered a shampoo/conditioner in one product - I had to go buy my own
work always put me in this hotel for the business trip. considerably more spacious than same price hotels. but if you're taking shower at busy time, you will only get warm water
I didn't have a great view, but I'm sure there are some wonderful ones available. Otherwise, the food is delicious
The rooms are pretty okay, I've had much better places in the same locality and similar prices. I stayed in the Wonderful room which was just about okay. The safe wasn't working and they took forever to get it repaired
The staff is rude as hell so talking to anyone here is pointless. Check-in took about forever because there was one person working and three watching and commenting on her work. No sense of customer service at all

comfortable bed and valet parking wasn't that costly, just remember to get your parking slip stamped by the front desk when you leave(it gives a discount). I wish they had an indoor pool ?
Just a short walk to The Central Park where you can take a very refreshing morning walk and walkable to Times Square as well for a nice evening view of the lights and sounds! Overall good value for money! The rooms are larger than many other hotels that I have stayed in at Manhattan
Great place for the money! Great location. I got a great deal on Priceline. Room was decent but they didn't completely renovate the bathroom. The fixtures were outdated in the bathroom
Booked 3 different rooms and all 3 were great. Met the owner Joe at the bar, I believe that's the correct name. With the white curled mustache. the only con was the garage parking $45
I would stay here again if I were in Manhattan. I think the price and services are pretty good considering they're located in Manhattan. best of luck in the big Apple ?
The shampoo and conditioner we're great quality and the room space for our king suite was more than accommodating. Glad we decide to stay here, no issues
