This $38 can be used for room service, and the food is actually excellent. Housekeeping is also very thorough. My room had a view of Times Square, and if you book early, the standard rooms are quite affordable

You need to swipe your card to go upstairs, and it shows you which elevator number to take. Once inside the elevator, there's no need to press any buttons! The building is very tall, but it feels safe with the railings

This hotel is right in the heart of Times Square, making it super convenient to get everywhere. With over a thousand rooms, it's always bustling. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable

While I can't comment on how it is to stay here overnight, I can say that the location is very convenient to public transportation, it is well staffed, everything was in good & clean condition, and the event space is very large and well organized

This is a 4-star hotel, and Ctrip's 5-diamond rating is misleading

I would like to give special recognition to one of the hotel staff members HARRY for his outstanding service. When I asked about nearby restaurants and directions, he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable

The man mopping the floor was super friendly (this was around 1am) trying to give me directions for the subway train etc for the next day to JFK. I had the best latte from the wonderful friendly cafe near the lobby

The hotel is fair with all facilities needed (it’s a bit small but you know it’s Manhattan). People usually complain about the lift waiting time but I personally used around 2-3 minutes so it’s okay for me

Staff are generally nice! There are security at nights in the lobby so you feel super safe

It was lucky that we didn’t pay for additional deposits and the original deposits returned within a week ;) Overall it’s nice and I recommend it if you’re staying with your friends or family!

Location, Location, Location! This hotel made adventuring in Manhattan a breeze. Central Park, Radio City, Rockefeller Center, were all so close, there was simply no excuse to not take a walk and be in all the action

Absolutely the best stay in the world! My room was clean and quiet and had everything I needed. The room was much bigger than I expected for NYC

The location is fantastic, and the room size was great. However, it was a bit dusty and dry. Everything else was really good though!

It's within walking distance of Times Square and Rockefeller Plaza and is an easy subway ride away from many other places in Manhattan and beyond

The front desk staff didn't even know the meaning behind the sculptures in their own hotel and told me to look it up online myself

Booked a standard room for two people and it was much larger than expected. There was plenty of space for both our luggage, plus a wardrobe

We stayed for three nights, and the location was fantastic – right next to Grand Central Station and Fifth Avenue, which was incredibly convenient

Good service, clean rooms. The area is bustling with shops and restaurants, and it's just a block from Times Square.

Everything was awesome and very satisfactory. Servic,convenience and room service were all great. One thing wistful was way of showerhead which was not easy to use. I think manual to use it properly is needed

We were told upon check in we paid for a handicap room. I was told it was because I booked through a second party. The bathroom had horrible lighting and the mattress had two large dips in it

The hotel is in Manhattan, just a 7-minute walk from Grand Central Station. It was quite clean. My only minor complaint was that the pillows were a bit too high for my comfort; I wish there were more options available.

New York hotels are notoriously small, and I was assured this one was on the larger side when I booked. In reality, it was still very compact. The shower was even smaller and quite low; anyone over 1

I was super happy they offered to-go boxes at the parlor since I usually eat late. The gym is decent, with basic machines and limited free weights, but they do provide towels and water

We also got a second drink voucher since I mentioned it was our wedding anniversary worth 25 dollars for the bar in addition to the 20 dollar drink voucher for being an ambassador, which I appreciated

It was a bit small but all NYC hotels are similar size, but we really liked the fact that the bathroom had a hand wash/bidet attachment, which we were not accustomed to other US hotels

Highly recommend, especially if you get the intercontinental ambassador status which is purchasable at the intercontinental site, and is good for 1 year at all intercontinental hotels

Overall we appreciated the level and service of the front desk, especially the front desk, Sophy Diaz, who at check in explained all my benefits and answered all my questions

Lastly, they honored my 4 PM checkout (an intercontinental ambassador perk) which played a huge part in choosing this hotel in the first place

Very good stay. Nice and clean hotel. Staff are very friendly. Very close to Subway. They charge you 30usd daily as city tax, but you can use them in restaurant. Deposit is 100usd per day. Possible to pay in cash.

Shannon who is my Birthday Twin ensured when I got back to the hotel after a day out in NY I was presented with a cupcake and sang Happy Birthday by the Front Desk staff. I cannot be more grateful and impressed

Excellent location, close to Brooklyn Bridge and Metro/Subway, good service. Double room was spacous for family of 4 though the beds were a bit small. Still a good experience staying at the hotel.

My overall experience was good but started off shaky. The first night I arrived with my mother, the first room we were in was dirty. We complained, and promptly the manager helped to find that was suitable for us

Even upgraded us to a better room. I love all staff, they were friendly. The location was really convenient for me and my sister who were running between Brooklyn and Manhattan the whole trip

I was happy with the lobby and everything and the rooms were ok however breakfast was not to what I expected

It's a great hotel location wise and the foyer is amazing with a lounge and bar and live music

The room was clean and size is expected for new York but there was no hair conditioner provided or a fridge but the ice machine and filtered water machine was excellent Love the building interior very classic the cafe onsite also does good coffee if you're not from the US and want a real coffee Lifts were very quick but the room climate control system was a bit confusing you would turn it off but...

On the first day of breakfast they said we had the option of ham and cheese croissant, granola and ham and egg and cheese croissant. But on the day they only offered a plain croissant which was extremely disappointing

I wish I could remember her name but it was an uncommon name and I think I pronounced it wrong when I asked her in the first place. She knows who she is because I think is genuinely like that with all guests

It's a five-minute walk to Central Park and fifteen minutes to Times Square. There's a subway station across the street and a supermarket. There are several breakfast shops nearby. There are slippers but no mouthwash cup

The door closes very slowly due to the automatic mechanism, and the bathroom felt unnecessarily large for my needs. That said, overall cleanliness and hospitality were excellent!

The hotel was warm and welcoming on our arrival. we agreed a preferred floor for our stay and were happy to be given a room next door to our daughter and granddaughter as requested

Breakfasts were busy even though we changed times to find a quieter time, however there was always plenty of food available and it was always warm. Everything was tasty and fresh

This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful

The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care

Location is very central, staff nice enough and with service charge of $36 you can have a free breakfast ans a drink a day…but not if u are vegan!! To be fair for the price range I was expecting something a bit more up class

Room was smaller than advertised and very basic compared to other indigos in large cities. Disappointing.

Flight got delayed and when we arrived, the room we booked was not available. The hotel was nice enough to upgrade us to a suite on the highest floor and overlooking the hudson river

Marriott hotels are always our top choice when traveling. The location is excellent; we could see the Statue of Liberty from our room

It is in a good location in Downtown. Starbuck is plus and their tickets to attraction points are great. We choose Mercer Labs.

The hotel has a prime location in the heart of Times Square. It's a modern hotel with new furnishings. The hotel lobby is on the 7th floor and has great seating.

We stayed here over a weekend in the summer.  We arrived a couple of hours early , but even by 4pm our room was still not ready, which was frustrating.  We booked a family suite , but the room was sparsely equipped

They saw I was tired and allowed a late check out and when my original room was not ready yet they gave me one on a higher floor so I would have to wait. This was the 52nd floor and it also snowed and it looked amazing

They recently did renovations on the rooms & i did not think these rooms could have gotten any better! I was in total AWE! The bathroom is LARGE & spacious. Each room has a mini fridge which I appreciate so much

Checking in is such a breeze & they’re so kind & warm. The only bad thing is that the last time I was there they ran out of ice. I made a quick text to the staff & they promised to refill ASAP

The hotel is located in the heart of Downtown Manhatton overlooking One World Trade Centre and Ground Zero. We had a room on the 26th floor which offered fantastic views over the Hudson river

The location is close to about 4 stations and counting. Brooklyn bridge was about a 7 - 11 minute walk. I felt like I could easily get anywhere in the city from here

Overall if you’re looking for a comfortable hotel, one that showcases the best views of NYC that won’t hurt your pocket then that’s the hotel for you!

Walking distance to a lot of great places. me and my friends even walked to 27th and it only took all of 25 minutes to get there. Also a short walk to central park and Columbus circle

Really loved our stay here! Right in the middle of Times Square, but pocket side so it's not as noisy. Super easy to commute, go to places and walk towards everwhere

The hotel's location is excellent; despite being in a bustling area, the room was very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bottled water was also generously supplied.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bedding was comfortable and impeccably clean. Plus, after 10 PM, there are two fantastic pizza places just two blocks away

Great location, but the price is high during peak season. Prices are much cheaper during the off-season, so there's a big fluctuation. They're quite accommodating; if a room is available, they'll let you check in early

The location is excellent, and it is very convenient to travel to the airport. The room is not big, but the design is compact and it is OK to use. There are few breakfast options and the sound insulation is average.

This is an absolutely lovely boutique hotel! We stayed for a week during Thanksgiving/Black Friday and the hotel is located next to everything: shopping, subway, tourist sites, Starbucks and the Eugene O'Neill theatre (that's currently playing the Book of Mormons)! We stayed in a suite (which was a very large room) and the hotel offers a free continental breakfast every morning from 7:00am - 10:00am...

Staff was cordial, helpful and welcoming. Despite the busy location, I was not disturbed by noise at night. My room was on the 2nd floor toward the back of the building.

It is so convenient just taking the airtrain to terminal 5 it is great for staying right before an early flight or after a late one. The only downside is that it is expensive

After a brutal day of long flights, immigration lines, and the general chaos of international travel, we arrived at the TWA Hotel running on fumes. Sonam was the first person who made us feel like human beings again

This nice, iconic hotel is just across Terminal 5. Very easy to get with all your luggage after a long trip so you can rest before your final destination. Very clean with wide spaces. Nice cafeteria.

It is a throwback to the glamorous era of flight in the 1960's complete with an old aircraft as a bar and lots of fun retro things to see within the hotel

The rooms are retro but still have the modern ammenities and are clean and bright. The restaurant also has a retro vibe but has good food selections

Exactly what a hotel should be. The suites are a wonderful size given that you are in New York City downtown area. Service is friendly but doesn't go over the top like at other Conrad properties I have stayed at before

I enjoyed the free newspaper in the morning with my daily coffee from the cafe bar in the lobby. The location was great and I was able to walk over to the 9/11 memorial pools easily. Tons of good dining & shopping nearby

I'm so glad I chose this Conrad location. The staff were very sweet and helpful. I didn't spend much time at the actual hotel very much & I only ordered room service once. However, I can't wait to stay there again.

I was able to work early mornings while my husband could skeep in. I loved the water filtration system and the reusable water bottles were a nice touch! We also enjoyed amazing food and drinks from room service

To be honest we were surprised by how well the hotel is maintained since it was built for a while. The whole interior design is absolutely stunning and elegant. I would suggest they upgrade their hair dryer tho
