The room was tiny, there wasn't even enough space for two suitcases. The sink had no counter space for toiletries, and the facilities were outdated. The location, however, was decent.

We were double charged by the hotel even though we prepaid with CTRIP. The hotel checked us in under an old reservation they said they cancelled to our travel agent prior to our stay and made us pay for that while still keeping our money from the CTRIP prepaid reservation.
