Facilities: A bit old.
Hygiene: Acceptable.
Environment: Great location on Wall Street, right in the heart of all the action. You can even go touch the Charging Bull.
Service: Good. The restaurant is spacious and offers a wide variety of dishes. The staff are very welcoming.
The best hotel right in the middle of times square. Close to subway and easy to commute. Clean large rooms!
The room was spacious and had a sofa 🛋️, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was decent. Times Square is right downstairs, and there's a subway station just a block away, making it very convenient to get to famous attractions. There's also a Jinmantang Chinese restaurant nearby with good food 👍. The hotel's front desk and cleaning staff were very warm and polite. The hotel offers...
The room is very spacious, and the breakfast offers a great variety. The location is fantastic, right outside Times Square! The staircase design is very stylish. You need to swipe your card to go upstairs, and it shows you which elevator number to take. Once inside the elevator, there's no need to press any buttons! The building is very tall, but it feels safe with the railings.
The hotel is right in the heart of Times Square. Downstairs, you'll find all sorts of malls, souvenir shops, convenience stores, and popular restaurants – it's incredibly convenient. Although it's a Marriott property, it definitely doesn't live up to a five-star standard; it's more comparable to a budget hotel in China. The lobby is on the 8th floor, and you're pretty much on your own throughout your...
The location is excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby. The hotel itself is large and has a clean, modern design. While the rooms don't offer complimentary drinking water, you can get water from the lobby. There's also a free ice machine available on each floor.

Amazing experience would highly recommend this beautiful place during Christmas time.
The hotel location is excellent. Our room was clean but very old beds and squeaky, the shower didn't work properly. The breakfast is over priced, cold and very minimal. I would not rate this hotel as a 5 star. Understably its a busy period but the lobby was overcrowded with outsiders taking photos. The door men were great, sorry can't recall the names.
I stayed with my family during the Christmas holidays and had a great experience. Each staff member was welcoming and attentive. I look forward to visiting in the future
Excellent location during a Christmas visit to NYC! Beautiful decorations at the property & close walking distance to all the holiday hot spots. Room cleaning staff is so pleasant and very attentive. We had an amazing view of St Patrick's Cathedral from our room. Would highly recommend this hotel.
The Lotte is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location- close to shopping , restaraunts, coffee shops and Central Park South and all other Christmas attractions. The courtyard and lobby are decorated beautifully for the Christmas Season. Staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms and bathrooms however are dated. The carpet is old and mauve, and the decor is sparse. For as beautiful as the hotel lobby...
Where to begin? The location is incredible — absolutely a 5/5. The Christmas décor is beautiful as well, though be prepared to navigate crowds in the lobby taking photos (which we understand and didn’t mind).
We travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, and unfortunately this hotel just doesn’t live up to the hype or the price. After a long day of travel, we wanted nothing more than...

Everything is conveniently located, which was great.
Me and my wife booked this hotel for our anniversary. I am an intercontinental ambassador, so we were upgraded from standard king to king high floor. We also got a second drink voucher since I mentioned it was our wedding anniversary worth 25 dollars for the bar in addition to the 20 dollar drink voucher for being an ambassador, which I appreciated.
The room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was...
Intercontinental is my go-to brand, and while this wasn't my absolute favorite Intercontinental, it was definitely one of my top 3 IHG hotels in the new york city area. The rooms are pretty small, like most in NYC, but the lounge was awesome and well-stocked all day. Breakfast is a bit limited compared to the parlor, but since I had status, I used both in the morning. I was super happy they offered...
Good location and decent room size.
Bathroom shower had someones hair on the wall when we checked in. We told them and they were like 🤷♀️ should we come clean it… that reply came at 2:00am 😴🫨😑
Location is good- don’t forget to take advantage of the discount at the bakery next door.

My recent trip to New York was very pleasant due in large part to this hotel. The location was fantastic and allowed for easy Midtown exploration. The property itself was very impressive and thoroughly decorated for Christmas. It truly felt like I was staying at a premier destination.

The location is great, right next to Times Square, which is super convenient. The room size was decent, especially for New York standards. Facilities were pretty basic but clean. The front desk staff seemed impatient, but the doorman was very welcoming!
Stayed at this hotel on NYE and it was the best decision made due to the convenience of return to hotel after the countdown event.
Great room. Great Location. Great vibe.
It's a great location for tourists, the rate is quite high for what the hotel offers. Fitness center is a great size and I was more impressed by the fitness center than the lobby. I expected more Christmas decor than just the tree. Beds are comfortable, pillows are not. Front desk, Francisco is fantastic and treats you like a premium guest. Breakfast is mid for a buffet that costs $30. Even my niece...
A perfect room for a reasonable price is all but impossible to find in NYC. This is as close as it gets. We come to NYC multiple times a year. While this hotel isn't perfect, you really can't beat the spacious rooms, gracious service and easy access to transit. Every time we stay some place else, I think "It's not as nice as the InterContinental." For comparison, we have stayed at various Marriots...
The rooms are clean & comfortable. The staff were all very friendly & greeted us when we passed.
The greatest jewel is JC, the concierge. She is very connected & will help you have an outstanding time while you’re in New York City. Very good location with 2 very nice restaurant beside , hotel is very clean n not area not noisy , walk 8 mins to Times Square , as I have late flight , hotel is great to accommodate me till 130pm for late check out . Best hotel imo..
It's a five-minute walk to Central Park and fifteen minutes to Times Square. There's a subway station across the street and a supermarket. There are several breakfast shops nearby. The room is a decent size. There are slippers but no mouthwash cup. The quilt is too thick and I sweated from the heat. The service is okay.
Room was modern and roomy for New York - perfect location with lots of shops and restaurants in the area.
Great and safe location! Close to metro stations and bus stops, making it easy to reach tourist attractions. The staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. The city view wasn’t particularly impressive — mostly rooftops and some unsightly air conditioners — but that was fine. I booked an accessible room; unless you specifically need accessibility features, I wouldn’t recommend this type of room...
Excellent stay and great location.
The room is quite big, but the king-size bed and sofa are not suitable for family travel, so you still need to book a twin room. The bathroom is very small, unlike a five-star hotel, and the facilities are just ordinary, without toothbrushes and toothpaste. It is surrounded by Fifth Avenue and various commercial streets. There are many restaurants around, and there are many people. Good restaurants...

I had a wonderful stay at Park Lane Hotel, New York. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just steps away from Central Park and many of New York's iconic attractions. A bit too expensive for me. Shower was so weak. The window cannot protect outside noise especially traffic and construction noise even though i stayed at 24th floor.

i was checked into the west house and didnt really like it. although hotel prices extremely high right now that is your fault. for the high price i thought the suite we had was wonderful; we will 100% come back and hope for same room
I LOVE this hotel! Stayed here the past three visits to NY. Close to everything. Staff remembers me every time. Service is perfect. All rooms are suites & spacious. Great if u need separate space, hard to find in most NY hotels.
Lost my wallet & staff took the time to help me & saved it in security.
Girls , the lighting in the bathroom is fabulous & they give you a make up mirror. No UGLY florescent...
Rooms are large and comfortable.
Location is excellent. Staff is very friendly.
Would be great to have a bit more variety on room service menu. Very small grip so still would absolutely recommend.
Really like it here. We have a "standard room" which is quite large for a NYC hotel room. Love the automatic blinds with backlighting. Also the fresh marble tile in the bathroom is very soothing.
The hotel noticed that I was traveling with my 5 year old daughter and sent up some cookies with glasses of milk. Love little touches like this.
Thanks for the hospitality!

We loved the room. Fred at the front desk was very friendly. He arranged us to a room with the view of the Times Square which we loved! The view was gorgeous. This hotel made me feel valued as a customer . Fred is really the best! The breakfast was very delicious. We enjoyed it a lot!

Every time I visit New York, I stay here. The location is excellent, close to many attractions. The hotel ambiance is lovely and refined, and the breakfast is delicious. I especially love the Le Labo toiletries.
The hotel's location is convenient. While New York hotel rooms tend to be on the smaller side, the overall stay was excellent, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
Just a minute walking to times square area.

Best location

We went to the Plaza and had mimosas in the bar. Service was excellent. A little pricey, but worth the memory making experience
Very underwhelming and I think, probably still able to command the higher rates due to location and it's connection to films.
Literally no service to speak to. The doorman was rude but other than that you hardly see anyone and who you do, they do not interact in any way. Is it poor service - no; but is there any service to speak about, not really.
Stayed at the start of December.
An amazing hotel but hugely over priced due to it being a tourist attraction in its own right at this time of year.
The rooms are huge, very comfortable and luxurious with a bathroom almost as big as some hotel rooms in Manhattan.

Very clean well maintained room. Great towels and linen. Typical small NYC room size. Very quiet. Only disappointment - could not use meal credit for breakfast because restaurant was totally booked.
The shower was fixed on the top. It was not a movable hand shower, so it was difficult to use. I wanted to drink hot tea in the room, but there was no kettle. These two points were disappointing. The bed was comfortable, with just the right amount of sinking and hardness. The surrounding area was very safe and i had a great time. Thank you so much.
Superior Service & Comfort
Kind and efficient service, above and beyond (w/small exception of restaurant - menu and food are terrific, service was solicitous but so-so in terms of efficiency) - room was comfortable and quiet, had everything I needed.
Amazing location on park avenue near shops, restaurants and beautiful Central Park.
The staff was terrific about storing my luggage while I ran to an event. I did not really get to experience all of the amenities of staying at the hotel, due to limited time. The room was very nice.

The hotel style leans towards Residences, but there is still a gap compared to others luxury hotels.
I looked a lot online and saw that various hotels had bad reviews, so I just picked one at random. I didn't expect it to be a pleasant surprise. Not much I can say besides: Four Season Perfection! Not a single thing to complain about. Staff is absolutely fantastic, knows everybody’s name, very friendly. Front desk and concierge desk are the type of people I would hire had I a 5-star hotel. I recently stayed at the 1 Hotel in New York, and while the staff were absolutely wonderful — kind, polite, and very professional — the property itself was a huge disappointment. The service is truly top-tier, but the hotel’s condition does not match the brand’s reputation.

For a hotel that's over a hundred years old, it's remarkably well-maintained. The more traditional, the more international, the perfect experience, service, and hygiene are all first-class.
Located in Lower Manhattan, the building is very old, so the bathroom has a smell of sewer, and there is the sound of garbage trucks operating downstairs at night and in the morning, which affects rest! The property is new and it’s in a good location. But the service is quite bad. The worst Ritz Carlton I’ve stayed at in terms of service.
I stayed in this hotel for one night in June. The design of the hotel is very nice. The lobby is very modern but feel very luxurious and classy. Staff are very helpful and the service level is certainly up to standard of a hotel of this price.
Amazing stay and friendly staff
