We went for Christmas lunch, it was very tranquil in the middle of the NYC hustle and bustle. The food options were great and the kids think it was the best buffet they have ever eaten.

Very clean well maintained room. Great towels and linen. Typical small NYC room size. Very quiet. Only disappointment - could not use meal credit for breakfast because restaurant was totally booked.

The shower was fixed on the top. It was not a movable hand shower, so it was difficult to use. I wanted to drink hot tea in the room, but there was no kettle. These two points were disappointing.
