Loved being able to stay here for a cheap price thanks to online hotel deal😍😍😍 It was around end of 2016 or beginning 2017(I think 2017 is more like it) i got nice deal for like $30 to $35 not bad even at that time and even though the room had no view it was just amazing being in there💯💯💯 So sad the governor wanted them to take it down because this was such a lovely place and only needed some fixing...
They also have stores within the hotel lobby for convenience. Check in took a total of 15 minutes on a friday night, desk staff was friendly. Extra toiletries were supplied when requested
Had a two night stay at this hotel was impressed aside from what the reviews say. Our room was spacious enough for 4 people, also cleanly. Housekeeping came by to ensure room was clean
Hotel is right in the middle of the city, walking distance to many things. We were able to grab breakfast right across the street (not the exaggerated block away)
A refrigerator would have been nice but all in all, our stay was wonderful. Its a wonder how far kind words and a nice demeanor get you
Great for the price! Check in was abysmally slow, but other than that service was good. Beds were comfortable but a bit squeaky. Bathroom was very basic and the tub had no drain stopper and was peeling

Location is great in mid-town Manhattan, and being close to Grand Central is wonderful, however as far as the hotel goes, I was disappointed with my room
The hotel is certainly beautiful, but for being a historic hotel, that I was excited to check out during one of my most recent trips to NYC, I found the hotel lacking in many ways from what I expected
When we checked in, everyone was so nice. They upgraded us to a bigger room so that we could move around easier. The shower had amazing water pressure and it was easy to walk to wherever we decided to go
Only thing about the rooms is that they are gorgeous and make you feel like you are in luxury but the bathrooms do not convey that message. Walking Into the bathroom and you may feel you stepped back
They don't go with the overall aesthetic of the rest of the hotel. The different ballrooms are beautiful and wonderful. Beautiful chandeliers and drapery. Felt like i was rich beyond measure
The baggage check was very awesome for when we wanted to walk around the city in our last day when we had already checked out. Truly it was an amazing experience to stay here

Met up with a old friend from school who was visiting NYC. The hotel was close to grand central so getting there was easy. The hotel lobby and bar were very nice and quite swanky
The room my friend was staying in as a nice cozy room with modern furniture and a good view from her window. She enjoyed her visit to New York and was quite pleased with the hotel and it's location
I brought these all up to the house and they were mortified and told me they would move me and fix the issue right away, this in turn showed me that they care and have a high level of hospitality towards their guests
Booked Weekend before Thanksgiving. Very busy, great location, great service (Baggage handlers). Rooms were very comfortable and House Keeping was great. I did not get to try the in-house restaurant
I only wish the bar was open earlier than 5:00 or 6:00 PM and had refrigerators in the rooms and had the ability to control the air and heat as I want to. Other than that, it was a great experience
During my stay my room was a little on the dirty side, carpet was dirty and the bathroom had water spots on the mirror and on the vanity. I also had damaged furniture in the room

The building is a bit old, but overall it was great. I could use the free gym and the location is quite convenient.
My family had a great time here. Staff was super friendly. Everything was clean which is a top priority for me!
The hotel is in Manhattan, just a 7-minute walk from Grand Central Station. It was quite clean. My only minor complaint was that the pillows were a bit too high for my comfort; I wish there were more options available.
I couldn't say better things about this place. I am VERY picky when it comes to hotels and staying somewhere clean - and this place exceeded my expectations! Not only was the room very clean but it had two bathrooms
My stay was great… just the parking but other than that had no issues… thanks … thinking about staying again in the future…
New York hotels are notoriously small, and I was assured this one was on the larger side when I booked. In reality, it was still very compact. The shower was even smaller and quite low; anyone over 1

I really enjoyed my stay at the Wellington hotel. The location is absolutely perfect close to all subway lines you could possibly need and even walking to Central Park and Times Square was very easy
The location for the price can't be beat. The room was incredibly clean and well kept. Staff was so nice and welcoming and helped me with any issue I had. It was safe and I have no complaints at all
We were extremely happy with the deluxe double double room, and even had 2 bathrooms, which made getting ready in the morning very easy! Would definitely stay here again!
Clean rooms and helpful staff. We checked in on Friday night and requested rooms on the same floor. The elevators were slow and one got shut down during our stay
Rates were fantastic for Thanksgiving! We were close to the parade route and were able to check our bags during the parade, and while site seeing during the day
Clean hotel with plenty of space right in the middle of the tourist atmosphere in Manhattan

Conveniently located for tourists. Subway and grand central nearby. Rooms are a little tired and as is usual for NYC the soundproofing from the street could be better
Recently stayed for six nights at the New York Marriott East Side with a girlfriend. The room was equipped with two queen beds with lovely soft pillows. It was very clean, and they left us in private as requested
If you are near the bottom of these 2 ranges you'll struggle to get a lift at busy times. Either make sure you're on the top 3 floors or 14-16. If they're full you're best getting a low flow and using the stairs!
Neat hotel, conveniently located. Breakfast buffet was a good value. Free coffee in the morning and hot chocolate in the afternoon at the lobby was a nice touch. Our room had a small kitchenette which was useful
We booked here for a stay in January via Expedia and got a great price. The location is great for Times Square since we were there to see a show. The rooms are decent and served our needs
Check in went smoothly and quickly. Rooms were clean...a little dated but clean. Free breakfast was nice (elite members lounge). I would recommend this hotel.

work always put me in this hotel for the business trip. considerably more spacious than same price hotels. but if you're taking shower at busy time, you will only get warm water
The staff is rude as hell so talking to anyone here is pointless. Check-in took about forever because there was one person working and three watching and commenting on her work. No sense of customer service at all
My biggest gripe was the older looking rooms. The suggestion to management is to include vegetarian items in the complimentary breakfast. We picked items from the regular menu as we had no choice
Great Location!!! Close to everything. As a Titanium member; I got upgraded to a suite but what is strange is that they only have a queen bed in a suite however, a superior room has a king bed
I ran into a few issues while staying there including an unpleasant situations and staff members. I probably will not be returning unless it’s a work-related trip that’s being covered
In all honesty, the rooms are cozy but many of my friends complained how small it was in comparison to their hotel rooms they rented that weekend for better value and amenities

Just a short walk to The Central Park where you can take a very refreshing morning walk and walkable to Times Square as well for a nice evening view of the lights and sounds! Overall good value for money! The rooms are larger than many other hotels that I have stayed in at Manhattan
Really enjoyed our stay, short walk from times square and central park. There is a $150 security deposit
comfortable bed and valet parking wasn't that costly, just remember to get your parking slip stamped by the front desk when you leave(it gives a discount). I wish they had an indoor pool ?
Great place for the money! Great location. I got a great deal on Priceline. Room was decent but they didn't completely renovate the bathroom. The fixtures were outdated in the bathroom
Booked 3 different rooms and all 3 were great. Met the owner Joe at the bar, I believe that's the correct name. With the white curled mustache. the only con was the garage parking $45
I would stay here again if I were in Manhattan. I think the price and services are pretty good considering they're located in Manhattan. best of luck in the big Apple ?

The hotel is located in the heart of Downtown Manhatton overlooking One World Trade Centre and Ground Zero. We had a room on the 26th floor which offered fantastic views over the Hudson river
Nice central location, which is very convenient. Staffs are friendly and could address your concerns or requests properly. Wish the room could be cleaned more carefully.
They saw I was tired and allowed a late check out and when my original room was not ready yet they gave me one on a higher floor so I would have to wait. This was the 52nd floor and it also snowed and it looked amazing
They recently did renovations on the rooms & i did not think these rooms could have gotten any better! I was in total AWE! The bathroom is LARGE & spacious. Each room has a mini fridge which I appreciate so much
The location is close to about 4 stations and counting. Brooklyn bridge was about a 7 - 11 minute walk. I felt like I could easily get anywhere in the city from here
The blow dryers could be better but overall I would come back here again when I visit New York

Mariam Ibrahim for her outstanding and courteous service during my check-in at the New York Marriott Downtown. From the very first moment, her warm and cheerful personality made me feel right at home
The New York Marriott Downtown isn't too far from attractions like Wall Street and the Statue of Liberty, and it's super close to the subway. The rooms are spacious, making it great for families.
This hotel is located near Wall Street, offering beautiful sunset views over the Hudson River from the window. The hotel service is excellent, with complimentary water and coffee provided daily
I do appreciate that :) also you will get a lot of benefits that they gonna give you but unfortunately i didn't use it at all but next time we would stay here again and will use some of them
Flight got delayed and when we arrived, the room we booked was not available. The hotel was nice enough to upgrade us to a suite on the highest floor and overlooking the hudson river
The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, making it easy to get around. There are many restaurants nearby, each with its own unique flair

We felt very comfortable. Home during the vacation, attentive service, colleagues. The receptionist's incredible kindness and attentiveness. We have been 4 times, we will definitely choose them, Brodi family!
Exactly what a hotel should be. The suites are a wonderful size given that you are in New York City downtown area. Service is friendly but doesn't go over the top like at other Conrad properties I have stayed at before
I enjoyed the free newspaper in the morning with my daily coffee from the cafe bar in the lobby. The location was great and I was able to walk over to the 9/11 memorial pools easily. Tons of good dining & shopping nearby
I'm so glad I chose this Conrad location. The staff were very sweet and helpful. I didn't spend much time at the actual hotel very much & I only ordered room service once. However, I can't wait to stay there again.
I was able to work early mornings while my husband could skeep in. I loved the water filtration system and the reusable water bottles were a nice touch! We also enjoyed amazing food and drinks from room service
To be honest we were surprised by how well the hotel is maintained since it was built for a while. The whole interior design is absolutely stunning and elegant. I would suggest they upgrade their hair dryer tho

Well if you are looking for a shower with a touch screen and marble floors, this is not it. It was clean and modern and super close to Times Square. In addition, the front desk service was wonderful
They have valet parking, but we found a street spot. A nice bed, clean floors and bathroom. I read reviews that the rooms were small, but I didn't think so at all. Some reviews say its not luxury
A big shout out to Fabio, Michael and Adonis for making our stay at Hotel Chandler amazing. We will definately be coming back here and making recommendations to our friends. The hotel was also in a great spot in the city
Smart, upscale boutique on edge of Koreatown and Flatiron. Excellent beds, shower and linens. Service is pro and presents a casual unstuffy style. Bartender rates high for original creations
As an impromptu visit to NYC, I was searching hotels on our drive up from Jersey. This had the best rates and stars match, so I called and booked. No ridiculous security fee (50 bucks)
Shout out to Angel! We will definitely be back

Amazing! Breath taking views. Incredible service. They make you feel like royalty!!! Can't wait to go there again.
Really nice and elegant hotel and the room in dining service is really cool!
The hotel style leans towards Residences, but there is still a gap compared to others luxury hotels.
But the overall experience was still very good!
I looked a lot online and saw that various hotels had bad reviews, so I just picked one at random. I didn't expect it to be a pleasant surprise. The front is not big, but the staff are very enthusiastic when I go in
The room is cleaned every day, and chocolates that can help you sleep are placed at the head of the bed. Soho is around, and the nearby restaurants are also blindly selected, but they are delicious

I do love this hotel so much! It’s extremely comfortable and it’s a great location
Very near the 9/11 Memorial and several subway stations. Room size was okay - for New York. Free purified water (with bottles) on all floors, and complimentary coffee and tea near the lobby
The soundproofing between rooms is non-existent; I could clearly hear normal everyday sounds from the next room, like people chatting or using the restroom
Excellent location, great view, nice terrace.
it was great to visit new york city. location was great but far from downtown manhattan, but you can easily get to there by metro next to the hotel. room was clean, easy check in easy check out
But this led to significant check-in delays; I had to wait an extra hour and a half to get my room. After a super long-haul flight, I was exhausted and just had to bear the wait

Breakfast staff is also very nice and accommodating (many names I to list, but mentioning Milton here who’s a character every hotel would want to have). Rooms are great, super quiet, super clean
They pulled out all the stops to create an incredible and memorable stay, especially Johannes and the in room dining team who created the most incredible welcome amenity
Not much I can say besides: Four Season Perfection! Not a single thing to complain about. Staff is absolutely fantastic, knows everybody’s name, very friendly
The Stay at the Four Seasons near Central Park was nothing short of amazing! Thanks to Christina G
Front desk and concierge desk are the type of people I would hire had I a 5-star hotel
We are tourists in NYC in the city for a few days and we'd just been cycling around Central Park so were in need of some food and a drink! We explained to the lady in charge that we weren't looking for a large meal more a snack, nonetheless she welcomed us warmly into the casual dining Garden Restaurant

Noah was a terrific host who sent me a welcome gift (drinks and a snack) to my room and even after my trip sent me a link to the pillows they use as I had mentioned how much I loved them on my way out! I love staying at Waldorf's and I have to say out of the 6 Waldorf properties I have stayed at while all excellent this one is above and beyond
What an amazing experience staying in this magnificent hotel for the last night of a two week journey in the USA! My husband and I were delighted when we heard the hotel had reopened in the summer after many years of refurbishment, and that we were able to stay there during our visit to NYC
It was like stepping back 100 years and walking into a magnificent new hotel; we could feel the history. Peacock Alley was spectacular with the clock taking centre stage
We were lucky enough to be there for Thanksgiving and at a time to enjoy the amazing decorations. We dined at Lex Yard and were very happy to have Silvan looking after us and ensuring we had the most fabulous dinner
Susan and your whole team would thank us for sending treats and with so much Love in their tone and expressions…our purpose was to let them know how Special they are to us and we Love them too as we Love and adore you
She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect. Our upgraded suite was beautiful, and the special touches she arranged to help celebrate the end of a big birthday trip were much appreciated

Room and sheets were very clean and I was given a quiet spot which I was really happy about. Water was well heated and pressure was perfect as well. Loved that I was able to cast my phone screen on to the TV as well
Room size was perfect for me because I was travelling solo. Location was safe and very convenient as well. But I have to say I was disappointed by the lack of bottled water and kettle in the room
Was a very quick check in, with a courteous staff and calming atmosphere. Room was a little smaller than expected based upon pictures, but its quaint and really efficient use of space
I had to get my own bottle and refill it downstairs daily. Apart from this, I’d say I had a great experience and will definitely consider staying here again when I’m back in New York
It does feel oddly comforting, like a hug. Location is ridiculous and I’m sure what most people book this place for
We also appreciated having free access to Premier League matches on the TV – a fun bonus!
There were a few minor things to note: one day the shower only had cold water, and housekeeping usually came around 4–5 PM, which was often when we were back in the room for a break

Very good hotel, the room is not big but comfortable and exquisite. The coffee in the lobby bar is very designed. The hotel location is very good and convenient for travel. I am very satisfied. recommend.
