The hotel was really nice overall, the front desk was really helpful and accommodating, the door man was polite, and the value was there, especially if you’re doing things downtown in the Pearl District. My only complaint was the bathroom; there wasn’t a way to close the bathroom’s pocket door. Thankfully, being tall, I could reach above the door to pull the pocket door out, but that’s going to be problematic if you’re a shorter person.

Decent hotel with a good location. Plenty of room!staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Portland.

The location is quite suitable and convenient. The room is in good condition. The big bed is very comfortable, the pillows are very soft, and the hygiene is very clean. The bar on the side of the front desk provides tea and coffee 24 hours a day, which is perfect.
