Rooms were very clean. Building was right off the bridge and close to many locations. Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating with animals. 10/10 experience.

Staff here is amazing. Despite being an older property we continue to return as rooms as spacious and very scenic. Lala at checking was professional and well informed when we asked questions about places in the area. Had a problem with our key card and Charlie assisted in fixing that problem

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Portland! The staff were so lovely and accommodating, the place was really clean, and the location was perfect.

1. EV charging convenient but only 1 Tesla and 1 J1772.
2. Views of Columbia River: excellent on 4th floor East most room is excellent. Lights of Vancouver waterfront and ferry boat. Can see from I-5 to I-205.
3. Accessibility challenges: Hotel built before accessibility guidelines common. Interior route to central grassy plaza with pool and hotub via stairs from Main lobby floor (2) via stairs. No signage for handicap route (back to main desk and adjacent elevator?)

Since the room is close to Highway 5, the windows have poor sound insulation and the traffic noise is quite noisy at night.

It's very comfortable to live here! It's relatively safe and suitable for families. There are almost no homeless people in that area. The room is large and has a balcony. People often sit on the balcony and daydream.

+ It is right on the river and makes a good place to relax or take a morning walk. Has tennis courts. Nice room comfortable bed, choice of 4 pillows.
- Close to highway. Noise level high but there is nothing they can do about it. You get used to it though after the first hour.

Environment: On the island, all rooms have river views, which is especially suitable for walking and leisure.
Facilities: The hotel is very large. It should be an older hotel that has been renovated. The water pressure is relatively low and it is not too hot. Everything else is very good.
