Here's the kicker: the front desk service was abysmal, with a horrible attitude. They charged me a ridiculous amount for a credit card pre-authorization. I simply asked why it was $10, when it's usually $1, and they immediately canceled my reservation. I've never encountered such terrible service in over a decade abroad. Later, my colleague went to buy water, and the front desk clerk charged her over $80 instead of $8. When we went to ask for a change, they told us to contact our bank or InterContinental headquarters. This was clearly retaliatory and targeting us.
Anyone visiting Nashville, be sure to avoid this hotel!!! Remember!!!
