1 Hotel in Nashville

My partner and I traveled to Nashville the weekend after Christmas to explore the city. While we didn’t end up falling in love with the city, we loved our stay at 1 Hotel.

The room felt incredibly luxurious and resort-like, with thoughtful touches and sustainability woven throughout. For example, 1 Hotel was the first hotel I’ve stayed at with an in-room water filter. We also enjoyed our daily nespresso and had a wonderful night’s sleep in the king-sized bed. One thing to note is that noise does travel between rooms. Despite having a room far away from the elevators, the doors weren’t well insulated and we could hear music being played in neighboring rooms and chatter from the hallway. I’d recommend bringing earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise.

As for the rest of the hotel, we are breakfast at the downstairs restaurant twice, got coffee at the coffee bar, went to the gym, and had drinks on the rooftop bar. We loved our breakfasts there. The menu was filled with plant-forward and nutritious items that were filling and set the tone for the rest of our day. The coffee bar was a nice touch. The gym felt high-end and had multiple weight machines in addition to free weights, kettlebells, and other cardio machines. They also had reusable aluminum cups for you to fill up on water. The rooftop was nice although the drinks were expensive, but that was expected.

Overall, we appreciated our stay and would return. I’d highly recommend to this others staying in Nashville.

From the moment I arrived, the experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional! I arrived much earlier than anticipated, and instead of being an inconvenience, the staff was incredibly understanding, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help!

Rebecca, the director, truly set the tone for our stay. I mentioned to her that I was meeting up with a close friend from back in the day and that it had been nearly 20 years since I had last seen her and that we were trying to rekindle an old relationship. Without hesitation, Rebecca and Tashaera, the concierge, went above and beyond to make the occasion feel special!

They took the time to make sure everything about our stay was memorable, even surprising us with complimentary champagne and desserts, a thoughtful touch that meant more than they probably realize! It wasn’t just great service; it was heartfelt hospitality!

This is the kind of place where the staff doesn’t just do their job, they genuinely care about your experience! Rebecca and Tashaera are absolute gems, and because of them, this hotel will always stand out as a place I’d happily return to and recommend to anyone looking for exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere!

I’ve booked my staying in 1 hotel for 11 nights. As soon as I’ve arrived Sophia at reception and she gave me a couple great tips where to eat and where I should have fun ( special thanks to Sofia). After a couple night staying, I came back from gym I notice the room had a weird smell so took a shower when down stairs for breakfast on the way back I met Mostafa at reception and I told him about the smell. He right away took an action and offered to relocate me to new room and he offered a bigger suit with separate bedroom (great upgrade) but I decided to tick to the same room as mine. For the gesture, he offered a complimentary drinks, which I accepted the red wine. I moved my stuff to new room and went to Broadway after a couple hours. I came back to my room and I saw this (photo attached) incredible table and amazing notes. Thanks, Mustafa and one hotel hands-down the service has been incredible so far. I am super happy and thrilled that I choose one hotel.

It's the details for me...leave one thing from your luggage for charity and 1 Hotel will make sure it's put in the hands of someone in need. Every drop of water in the hotel is filtered. Filtered water on tap in the hotel room. No bottled water needed. From the snacks to the Lovers Kit, they left nothing to chance. From yoga mats and foam rollers in the closet to electrolyte hydration kits to their signature bibbed caps, I loved it all!! The Rooftop was lovely. Live DJ, attentive bar staff, and beautiful city views. You get an A+++ from me #1Hotel !!

I wish we could give more than 5 stars for service and rooms. We stayed at 1Hotel on our way from Florida to Chicago. The location is convenient with close access to the highway as well as a number of attractions. The hotel is beautiful with a modern and clean design aesthetic, that naturally helps you relax. However, the best part of the stay was the exceptional service. Codi made us feel welcome even before we came to the hotel, with great suggestions for us to spend the evening in Nashville. Custom cards and sweet treats for Christmas Eve added an extra special touch to our experience. Jarius is knowledgeable about Nashville and such a great host. We forgot something in the hotel and the front desk staff was very accommodating and promptly helped us. Everyone on the staff is warm and go above and beyond to help the guests. 1Hotel team, Thank you for making our Christmas extra memorable!

Firstly, and most importantly, Would we stay here again?
“YES”. This was an excellent hotel, super clean, room size above average, bedding superb, great location, great eco values. So why 4 stars and not 5 stars? We are being picky but worth pointing out…
We stayed 3 nights, i drink peppermint tea at breakfast, on the first morning at breakfast i order this, no problem. On the second morning they had run out, apparently i had the last of it yesterday! The third morning still no peppermint tea!!! Come on, send someone out to buy some! We are in hospitality ourselves, and we would without fail, send someone out to buy some teabags.
Asked twice for ketchup at breakfast before it came.
At checkout they just charged our card without showing us the bill, and when we received the email of our bill there was $146 tequila from our room that we never had ! yes, we accept these are small issues but five star $750 a night rate, you need to fix these small faults.

Beautiful hotel with plants incorporated everywhere! Beds were super comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, and the roof top bar was marvelous with delish drinks and a DJ spinning a great set! Drinks are pricey, but not any more than any other hotel. Nice touch that they have a Nespresso machine in the room and they provide pods. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The ambiance is beautiful and serene. There is a lot of attention to detail. The rooftop bar was a hit. Great cocktails, amazing views and the DJ was awesome. Very hip hotel without the craziness of Music Row.

Such a beautiful, clean hotel! Loved the atmosphere and eclectic vibe of the room. Would definitely stay here again.
