Absolutely amazing hotel! Room was huge, clean, and well stocked with fun items. The lobby was very cozy and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We cannot wait to come back!

The hotel is very cool and the room is clean and updated. the location was perfect. My complaint is that for $25 a day, they offer you a complimentary welcome drink, coffee delivered to your room between 5-7 am, $15 off of your dining bill and faster wi-fi. They don't tell you that you have to answer the door and tell them how you want your coffee. they put cream in it right in the hallway. we didn't realize that, so we didn't answer the door. so, the first day, one black coffee was left at our door. they also don't tell you that you have to fill out a form every day to have the coffee delivered - and they didn't have a form in our room, so the second day, we didn't get any coffee. When I inquired the first day about a black coffee left at the door, they did give me a free coffee. We didn't eat in the restaurant (which was closed for repairs of some sort) and weren't around for our complimentary drink! Wasn't really worth $25 a day - so buyer beware! Otherwise, nice hotel!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for my daughter’s bday. Very safe area and walked to everything. Our room was very large and had such awesome decor. Was even able to check in early. Will defintely return.

Charged a 25.00 experience fee without telling us.. offered us a mock tail and a beer …with thought they were free.

What a brilliant hotel , we honestly couldn’t fault it in anyway, from the staff to the facilities everything was better than expected. With the added bonus of the rooftop pool and bar . Great location with everything in easy walking distance.

The only disappointment was the restaurant was Nader renovation and we were not notified when we booked. We love the Bobby Hotel and everyone’s there. Such wonderful staff. Rooftop was great, but we missed the restaurant and its bar. We’ve stayed several times and we were looking forward to the restaurant and Bar.

The restaurant had a pipe burst the night before we arrived, however everything else was great.
