Excellent place to stay for a family vacation. Breakfast was awesome. People are cordial and welcoming. Only complaint is about cleanliness, there were several strains on the couches and floor carpet which cloud be cleaned and kept hygienic. I was a little uncomfortable with my kids having to play them on the floor. And i had to put a bed sheet over the couch so that i dont have to see or touch the...

The AC didn’t work well and the halls smelled like cigarettes

The rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned! I can smell smoke, I can smell men’s cologne! The appliances are worn down. The carpet is dirty. The bathroom floors were dirty! The shower was filthy.

The room was spotless. Hotel was quiet, location very conveniently located.

Overall, very comfortable, quiet, and clean! The only issue my boyfriend and I had was the room we originally checked into the AC wasn’t working. But they were able to get us into a new room which we were very appreciative! 10/10 highly recommended.

Great for long term stay Great 6 night stay! Comfy bed and super convenient and clean kitchen setup with dishes and utensils. Location was also very convenient, close to freeway.

Other than checkout or stay was great. At checkout, luggage carts were no where to be found. After an elevator trip i noticed they were just sitting on the 4th floor. Staff did not make any effort to ensure the carts were available. Additionally when i asked for a water stay the front desk they said they were out despite having a case of water right next to her. Amazing hotel. Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. We were in Austin for medical reasons and coming back to a clean and comfortable hotel room made a difference. The staff was amazing. Would rate higher if I could.

Clean room. Very comfortable bed. I really like that the air/heating unit is not in the bedroom (very quiet), and I can set it to have the fan run all night rather than cut on and off . My only complaint is that the cleaning crew forgot to leave coffee packets! TVs in both rooms were large and offered so many choices!

They had short-order cooks making breakfast just the way you ordered it. Lots of bacon and sausage on the plate.

This is a great place to stay. The Manager and Megan were the best rooms, which were top-notch and cleaned.

The location and price were good, but more amenities would have been nice. There was no front lobby and no bottled water in the room.

The staff was incruduble. We were able to check in early, which was great after for traveling for several hours and in heavy traffic. The hotel was as advertised. It had a very convenient kitcenette with a full-size fidge. The bathroom was roomy and the shower was awesome. This location was perfect for all the places we visisted during our stay.

Clean room, courteous front desk. Common areas maintained. Quiet property just the way I like it. The lobby restroom is often not accessible. Area not walkable.

I did not think it was right to be charged additionally for parking when we are already paying for the stay.

Clean, fresh smelling lobby, friendly staff ready to greet you in the mornings and welcome you back at the end of the day. Everything was clean in the room and kitchen was fully stocked. The motion activated thermostat was a bit annoying but not enough to skip over this place for. I would definitely stay here again!

Park Lane guest house 10 star review This place is truly a delight. The ambiance is outstanding: quiet ,peaceful, so clean and organized, curated so well,comfortable and just fun. We had a wonderful vacation at Park Lane Guest House over the New Year's holiday, and we really didn't want to leave. The Carriage House is spacious and comfortable. The area is very walkable; we didn't need to get in the car at all. Good restaurants and music no more than five minutes leisurely walk away. There are also nice parks nearby. But most of all we enjoyed just relaxing in the garden, watching...

five star experience our second stay at this lovely, centrally located property! the breakfasts are out of this world, the beds are so cozy, and the property itself is sooooo pretty! 100% worth the price!

Spent a wonderful, long weekend at Park Lane Guest House. The vibe that Shakti has created is peaceful, happy, and easy-going. The grounds are beautiful! The chickens are adorable - their pen is impressive and they run over to say hello. The rooms all have peaceful, private decks where a truly gourmet breakfast is served. Shakti is an excellent cook! The refillable glass bottles of filtered water...

Fabulous setting, private, lush, tranquil- a true oasis less than 4 blocks to South Congress. Great small pool and enclosed outdoor shower. Well stocked rooms are more like cottages and substantially better than most hotel rooms. Breakfast is served in your room at 8 and ours were delicious.

Bad on roaches but the staff is super nice

Our two day stay was great , customer service was awesome, the room we stayed in was cold just like we like it room was cleaned Front office attendance was very friendly as well ... could use a Lil more hot water temp for shower use but over all very satisfied Will stay again soon ty

Great experience!! Stayed there when I came to Austin for a boat party. The staff was super friendly and very acomodating. The room was clean and very comfortable. Will definitely come back!

location: poor if you want a full nights sleep. fine if you can sleep through loud interstate traffic. if not, definitely request a room on the other side facing away from the interstate. I was surprised how loud the freeway was and I lived in an apartment off an interstate for 4 years and it was not this loud! there was also a really nice security guard preventing non patrons from staying in the hotel...

Awesome stay, even for only the few hours that we were there. I booked a room last week, for another Extended Stay, for tonight but wanted to change it to this location since I felt at home. The only thing that I suggest is that they get an oven put in with the stove. Oh...and more space in bathroom so you can have space while on the toilet or getting out of shower to dry off...and room to go in without...
