I normally don’t write reviews like that, but this review is particularly for the baristas Amy and Savannah. I have never experienced such excellent, kind service from people that would then lead me to show up every morning to buy coffee and breakfast just because of the hospitality that I have been given lately from these two. Both of these women in particular are extremely knowledgeable in what they do and make a beautiful art with a morning coffee. I’ve been going through a hard time in life lately and the staff has been nothing but amazing. Thank you for all you do!

Beautiful hotel with excellent service and a convenient downtown location. Unfortunately, the EV charging was a major disappointment. My car charged overnight and only reached 41%, making it unreliable for guests with electric vehicles. The gym is also very small with limited equipment, especially compared to other luxury hotels. I hope these facilities will be upgraded in the future.

Our visit to Four Seasons Houston was absolutely fantastic. We were there visiting our 50th state and the hotel staff had the room decorated with balloons and a special treat for our teens. It was incredibly thoughtful and really made our family celebration all the more special.

The rooms were immaculate and wonderfully comfortable. The fitness facilities were well-equipped and clean. The pool area was fabulous, the concierge was genuinely helpful, valet was prompt, and the entire property feels like it’s well cared for and managed. For an older building, they’re doing an excellent job keeping the property clean and updated. We’ve visited all 50 states and many Four Seasons properties and this one is a standout for its excellent service. Absolutely recommend!

Stayed here for a week in April while in Houston for work. Let me just say: NEVER AGAIN.

As someone who has worked in the luxury hospitality industry I was extremely appalled at the service of this Four Seasons. Not at all in line with the brand and I wish I could request a refund. I was definitely paying a premium for the name for a property that is at best 3-stars.

I left out for work around 9am everyday and for 3 consecutive days I returned back to my room at 4pm to my room not to be cleaned for the day. This is a basic service?

The rooms were recently renovated and they are OK. The building is really old so I know some things are out of their control, but the first thing I noticed when entering my room the first time was the smell of Mold/Mildew. You know the hotel smell that's usually prominent at beach resorts? That smell.

All of this to say--please do not waste your money here and stay somewhere else.

Just OK! If you are looking for the real Four Seasons experience look to another property. This is an old worn out property that has been shined up but not true 5 star standards. The staff are excellent and that’s the only thing that makes it a Four Seasons.

The place is nice and the bowling is fun, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. We had an office Christmas party there and they cleaned our tables/took all our food and drinks before we were even finished. A bartender brought me the wrong receipt for one of my orders and was rude to me about it. After I left I found 5 additional charges on my credit card that did not belong to me. I called and was put on hold for way too long while they “found a manager” only to be told she was in a meeting and would call back. I gave them all my info and never heard back so I called again 3 days later and was transferred to a voicemail. I left a voicemail and gave all my information yet again, still with no call back. I’m sure there are plenty of places to bowl/eat in Houston so I would choose literally any other one.

First time ever at lucky strike. I go in about 10 o’clock and bowl two games. It’s 11:05 and I goto the cashier to get one more game in and they say they are done for the night. WTH?? You’ll serve drinks but we can’t bowl anymore?

My husband called them to reserve a lane for his birthday. We were on our way there but due to so much traffic and construction, we were a little late for our reserved lane. They did not care and would not listen. They gave our lane away without any warning of any kind. Absolutely HORRIBLE first impression!!! No stars and they will be our last resort for bowling from now on!

I use to love this place until recently after their renovation. One of my favorites is the chicken tequila pasta and I used to get it on the regular. I just came back from Alonti's with it and let me tell you, I can't even find more than two tiny pieces of chicken in this sauce drenched pasta. The rest of the chicken is in tiny grain size which you can't even make out. The pasta is cold and the sauce tastes rather chalky and bitter. I don't know what happened but this is probably going to be my last visit.

This is a great place to take a date. A little bit pricey but the venue and location make it worth it. I highly recommend the red snapper dish super flavorful and probably one of the best entree on the menu. Drinks are pretty good and after your meal you can take a nice walk around discovery green.

Terrible. Go elsewhere. Got sitter at 7 PM and ordered right away, didn't get food until 8:16 PM. Burned catch of the day and burned veggies, slow service, too dark to see the food, unfriendly waiters. We regret coming here with a party of 6. 20% tip was added automatically. We couldn't even show our dissatisfaction through the tip. Normally, it's 18%. This place and service certainly do not deserve a 20% automatic tip. One star was added for decent rice bowl, shrimp fritters, quail, and gnocchi.

I loved the setup and decor when I first entered. It's located right by Discovery Green which is great as well. The brunch menu was very enjoyable. They offer a different soup daily or other option. Then a main course and dessert option which were both exquisite tasting. I recommend trying it out. I'll be going back for sure.
