I was profiled at the hotel and harassed by the front desk, lady, I can’t make this shit up!
After a hard night work, I came back to the hotel said good night to the lady at the front desk but I didn’t get a response, I didn’t think anything of it and went about my business. Went and warm up my meal in the microwave in the breakfast room. The front desk lady yelled out to me, sir are you guest staying here, so I answered yes….i finish warming up my food and about to catch the elevator waiting for it to come down, she held out to me again, what room are staying in? So I said i am not gonna tell you that! She replied…you have to tell me what room you are in? It’s my responsibility to know who’s coming in and out so I said that’s not my problem and I went in the elevator came to my room door she’s standing in the hallway looking at me. I entered my room then close the door behind me.
Unfortunately, I left my phones under the in my car so I went out back to retrieve them.
On the way in she stopped me. Is your name …….I said ma’am I’m not gonna tell you anything it’s too early in the morning and I’m going up to my room. She yelled out to me It’s my responsibility to know who’s going in and out you are a shady person. You look very shady. I’m gonna report to you to management I have you information, I gonna report you. I said ma’am, are you the manager? She’s yes I’m the manager and I’m gonna report you to the management. I said please do what you feel like and I left. I just extended my hotel to
stay for three more nights and this was the first night staying out of the 3 so, when I wake up, I will be checking out of this hotel and never to come back here again.

We used this company because we had a layover at Dallas Airport that lasted for two days.

We chose this company because they offered airport transfers, but it was poor. We were told the flight and time of arrival in advance, and they just replied "Okay" to our repeated requests to confirm where to wait. They didn't actually do anything. When we arrived at the airport, we called again to let them know where we were arriving and where to wait, and we waited for just under an hour, but there was no reaction. The driver from another hotel (who made a round trip at this hotel every 20 minutes) saw us waiting for so long and asked us about the situation, and the driver called our hotel and finally came to pick us up. The hotel staff also decided on the frequency of the transfer to the airport, saying "two hours before boarding time is enough." The frequency of the transfer was one car per hour. In reality, the car departed from the hotel two hours before boarding time, so it was actually one and a half hours before when we arrived at the airport. They didn't take into account the time to enjoy shopping at the airport.

For breakfast, there were only a few kinds of bread and bananas lined up. The room facilities were old, and the air conditioner in our room was so loud that we couldn't sleep.

There was no tissue paper either.

There is only one 8-seater van, so the capacity is low. You should consider using Uber or other means to get there by yourself. If you can't speak English, you can't request a hotel pick-up.
I realized that you shouldn't judge a hotel by its price.

First off nothing like in the reviews place seems like it’s 500 years old the elevator is old and scary and there’s only one they gave us the wrong room at first and even after complaining, we still got the wrong room had to complain twice to get the right room that we booked. There is no microwave so forget bringing food. The breakfast ******. All there was was cereal and yogurt and that was it The TV sucks. There is only a couple channels. The rest are audio only or no signal. The Wi-Fi sucks. The beds are noisy and hard. Definitely do not recommend
