Dewey, the manager, was exceptionally friendly and quickly took care of any issues we had. Excellent face of the company!

Dewey was amazing at check-in. He remembered my name from check-in all the way through check-out, which was a really nice and unexpected touch. It made the stay feel personal, and overall it was an excellent value for the price.

Room was clean, extra pillow and layout of room was nice! The staff were amazing and breakfast was amazing! The only negative thing I would say there was a smell maybe stale smell when we entered.

Amazing staff and hotel. The location was great - right near the DART line for easy access to airport and Dallas city. The breakfast was fantastic and rooms clean. We discovered they also have a free airport shuttle. The staff at the front desk were so lovely and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation.

Spacious and clean rooms. Staff was courteous and breakfast offerings were very nice.

There is no smart tv, or microwave
Bottom Security lock was not working in my room.
The rooms were in need of updating, there was peeling wall paper in the room and worn carpet.
Desk /Work area lacked outlets, has old, worn out desk.
There was a flashing/strobing light in drive area that came through the window and gave me a migraine and causing me to switch rooms.
However, the Staff was polite, accommodating and very helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a free shuttle to local areas. The room was good with a comfy bed. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Lots of hot food and other food to choose from. Would stay there again.

Check-in went smooth. Room was clean. Workers were very nice and helpful. Room AC was consistent. We stayed one night and it was great! Their peanut butter cookies are delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

Not only was this hotel conveniently located near the airport, it was also easy to uber from there to East Dallas and to Fort Worth. As I was traveling for work and wanted to stay within budget as much as I could, I kept expectations low. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-managed and maintained this property was - it was very clean, the room was incredibly spacious and had all the essentials you'd expect from any hotel. The extra bonus was the free shuttle that took me to restaurants within a 5-mile radius at night, which was so very convenient and helpful. The best part was the front desk staff. I had the pleasure of meeting both Dewey and Irina, and especially the lovely Monica. All 3 took care of me both at the front desk as well as at the bar during my stay. Monica was also able to assist me with early check-in and gave me some helpful tips when I asked her about navigating to Fort Worth too, since it was my first time visiting. Not only were all 3 efficient and great at what they do, they clearly also enjoy their work and it truly makes a difference. Their warmth and inviting presence truly enhanced my trip. Thank you!

Convenient
Front desk check in was easy. I was worried about checking in late after our event. It was great and she was very nice! We will stay here again.
