Walkable to restaurants, music etc. No real stores walkable to shop but close to SMU And great shopping block by car.

The hotels location near all the party restaurants/bars makes it SO LOUD. If you have a young child or value your sleep, choose another hotel as the hotel gives you ear plugs (no joke because it’s so loud) and you will wake up when the bars close at 2am as it’s beyond loud. Beautiful hotel and staff, just wish it was in a different location.

Hear me out: I loved the hotel. It's lovely! We attended happy hour in the lobby with wine, puffy chips n' salsa n' guac, and there was a free postcard station so we shot off cards to friends and family. The bed is super comfy. The toiletries are tops. The location was good for exploring Dallas on foot. But it was loud. The live music and the loud trucks messed with my sleep all night even though I wore the provided ear plugs and we were on the 6th floor. It didn't bother my husband as much as me. But sadly, I wouldn't go back.

Loved the vibe of this hotel, from the decor to the music playing..great location. Staff were helpful and polite. Room was clean. Enjoyed the outdoor firepit near the pool. Would stay here again

Bed was super uncomfortable. I travel for work and have stayed in many hotel beds and was so disappointed. Nice, modern hotel in a good location but the nice cars outside rev up their engines throughout the night and kept waking me up.

The room was gorgeous and energy efficient! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Valet was great! Elm and Good was elegant! Drinks and food were delicious! Breakfast was top notch! Waitstaff was friendly and efficient. The area was artsy and had plenty of restaurants and shops yet I didn’t get to experience them but maybe my next trip.

It's in the middle of Deel Ellum, the most fascinating culture spot in Dallas. What I loved the most is the safety I felt when I come back after the day. All the staffs(even of the neighborhood buildings) are very kind and helpful. The view, facilities, cleanness, interior design, delicate lighting system, restaurant — I loved them all. This hotel made my trip here perfect. Definitely will come back.

Favorite burger joint in Dallas! Love the atmosphere, location, and delicious eats. Nothing beats a juicy burger with bacon fries and oddly mixed yet satisfying soda. Always a great way to get full. Great staff too. Can't wait to go back! I definetly will too.

Twisted root was awesome!!! Good burgers! I loved the onion straws!! The pickles and fries could have been crispier. Overall was pretty good! Loved the atmosphere!!

Great burgers. I tried the spicy goat (beef, goat cheese, bacon and chipotle sauce). Burgers are made to order. Service was fast considering they were slammed for lunch rush.

Very different and very good. Tasty and the right amount of alcohol. A little rustic but we sat outside which was really nice especially the rooftop seating area. I will go again. Didn't use the restroom which is usually my tale tell of cleanliness.
