Bed was super uncomfortable. I travel for work and have stayed in many hotel beds and was so disappointed. Nice, modern hotel in a good location but the nice cars outside rev up their engines throughout the night and kept waking me up.

The room was gorgeous and energy efficient! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Valet was great! Elm and Good was elegant! Drinks and food were delicious! Breakfast was top notch! Waitstaff was friendly and efficient. The area was artsy and had plenty of restaurants and shops yet I didn’t get to experience them but maybe my next trip.

It's in the middle of Deel Ellum, the most fascinating culture spot in Dallas. What I loved the most is the safety I felt when I come back after the day. All the staffs(even of the neighborhood buildings) are very kind and helpful. The view, facilities, cleanness, interior design, delicate lighting system, restaurant — I loved them all. This hotel made my trip here perfect. Definitely will come back.

Nice hotel with good amenities on a cute, tucked away street, and friendly, efficient employees. Located in Deep Ellum with lots of bars and restaurants and only a mile from the downtown area. Issues: Very noisy cars at 2am at the nearby bars that you can hear very clearly because the windows aren't soundproofed; breakfast room service delivery took longer than expected at ~45 minutes; bottom sheet on one of the beds had small stains on it; the shower dripped off-and-on all night.

We loved our stay here. We were in town for a conference and stayed to explore. The hotel was clean and there are a lot of extra amenities and touches that make the stay comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is great and you are really close to dining and night life. There are some night clubs right next to the hotel so if you are noise sensitive you might want a room on the other side of the hotel

The location is perfect to be part of the happenings of Deep-E. As you know the Deep-E can be a little messy and rough, so coming back to the retreat of the Pittman was a treat. The service staff are very welcoming and the lobby was very clean and organized. It even smelled nice!

The room was solid, the fan made a little noise but I fixed by lowering the speed just a tad. Otherwise it’s fine.

Only thing is that you have to be aware is that you are by a city that is very active at night so you will hear the action drag out car, a light rail blasting by or some other noises.

But that’s out of the hotels control.

Overall great job will be coming back again when I explore Deep E again
