For the trip, I didn't rent a car. On the day of checkout, I was rush to the airport and wasn't able to check the receipt carefully. When I got home, I found out they charged me for valet parking, which was ridicules, I had to call the hotel to get it removed. I thought it was only a mistake on my receipt at first. When I checked with another one who was also on the same business trip, he was also charged for valet parking, he didn't have a car either. This hotel is definitely focus on generating revenue.

EVERYONE was so nice, accommodating and helpful! Check in was easy! Room was spacious and just like the picture. Clean rooms, great food and nice bar, too! Room service was yummy and fast. No complaints at all.

Couldn’t really have a better location! Had a good massage in the spa but was disappointed they weren’t a full spa with a sauna to hang out in beforehand. There’s a restaurant on property that seems trendy but I didn’t eat there as the menu was kinda basic and not very exciting compared to all the options nearby the hotel. I only got a basic room and it was actually great quality but didn’t meet the standards that I remember the hotel holding 15 years ago, if I come back I’m definitely going to swing for one of the specialty rooms.

The room was spacious and spotless! The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. There were nice perks like happy hour and free cookies and lemonade in the lobby. There were also restaurants and shops all within walking distance. I’d highly recommend this hotel again!

Such wonderful staff. Had an issue with my first room and rather late at night was immediately upgraded. Car service was appreciated too.

The new triple double is a great tasting burger and an amazing value. I've eaten at SmashBurger many times and their combinations are good enough to keep you coming back again and again. The staff is incredibly friendly and you food comes out immediately. Will be back again for sure.

The staff is very attentive and the service is fast. It gets busy during lunch time, but they have more tables on the back or upstairs which is weird to get to.

Mt Sweetheart and I made a quick trip to the Dallas area to pick up some rustic furniture we wanted; we were hungry when we rolled into Dallas and after showing her the mid-town area, and we decided to stop at Smash Burger for lunch (We had never eaten at one and wanted to try it before all the rest of our meals were taken up with Tex-Mex and brisket-foods we just don't get at home on the Alabama Gulf coast) FANTASTIC!!!! I had the Colorado Burger with the special fires with garlic, olive oil, and rosemary...she had the Avacado club with haystack fried onions...simply WONDERFUL! We need a Smash Burger on the Alabama Gulf Coast!!! Bruce & Denise-Daphne, AL

The customer service was amazing! Everyone was very attentive and friendly. The food was perfect, especially the bacon wrapped scallops! The entire experience was perfect.

A special evening at a romantic place. From before we even left, the staff did more than we could have expected to ensure this is a night we'll not soon forget. The food was savory and atmosphere left nothing to be desired. A must try if you enjoy steak or just want a place that keep you and your love close to each other.

If I could give you more stars I would. Morton's was amazing from the moment we walked in. Everyone was so nice and made our evening out amazing. The food was delicious and couldn't get enough of the crab cakes! Our server was helpful and friendly. Our water was never empty and the bread was absolutely fabulous. We were celebrating our anniversary with dinner out and the symphony after. They made sure that we were out in time to make the concert but not rushing us out. It was a great dance of timing to bring everything out. We were also given a souvenir photograph to go along with dinner. That made everything perfect because we don't bring out our phones during dinner. To make things even better, we received a call the next day to ensure that everything went smoothly. Perfection at it's best!

I've been here 4 times (San Diego, Chicago and Dallas twice) and never had a great experience. They put themselves up there with the best, but I find it to be mediocre at best. I tried again, and last time, for lunch last week.
The omelet was terrible and the taste, texture and look of it seemed like eggs from a carton, not fresh and couldn't believe they'd sell it; my girlfriend got the hamburger. It was cooked poorly and nothing great about it at all. Although I've never been to Applebees, I'm assuming they serve a better lunch.
I just can't understand how a high end chain can serve this quality food and be proud. The service was good. The waiter was super nice but real annoying.

I had the pleasure of dining there for my anniversary and it was AWESOME!!! We had no idea we would be presented with personalized menus and a picture for a momento. Additionally we received a call the next day to ensure we had a good experience...and that was just the service! The food was EXCELLENT!! Everything about our experience was superb!! Thank you Morton's Steakhouse!!

We needed seating for 11 but because the reservation was for 10, we were given a hard time. I was expecting better food since its so pricey. Atmosphere is okay. Most likely won't come here again.

What a disappointment. Long time Dallas resident and been to Sambuca many times over the years, but some time has past and I decided to return to see what kind of changes have been made. To my discontent the place has gone downhill. My waiter literally told me that the most disgusting item on the menu was the lobster ravioli and to steak way clear of it. Had the duck for an appetizer and it was tough and fatty. Will not return ever again.

It's our 2nd visit & so far so good. Me & my boyfriend have been living Dallas for 6 months and this place has become our fave spot for dinner. Nice live band, excellent service. Aaron was our server tonight & his service and attention was awesome. Looking forward to our 3rd visit soon. I highly recommend it!!!! Thank you Aaron???
