The Warwick Melrose Hotel provided us with an excellent stay . We will definitely stay there again… a very neat place…clean and a friendly. professional staff. The steak nachos in the bar were delicious… next time , we will eat in the restaurant. We did order breakfast room service… it arrived promptly and it would rate a 5 star . Valet service was always prompt… do not have one negative statement. Thank you, Warwick ….

My flight arrived early so I got to the hotel in the morning. I have stayed at the Warwick many times! They have always been so accommodating about trying to get me into a room as soon as possible. They wanted to charge me $50 extra to get into a room. When I refused, I asked, What the earliest option would be. They said 1 o’clock. At 12 o’clock I watched many patrons get checked in till finally I walked up at 12:35. They then allowed me to check in. Really poor customer service.

It was hard to get the receptionist on the phone. I had to make multiple calls and the front desk did not have much clue about what was going on on new year's eve.

I’ve seen this hotel multiple times. The hotel is fine however, apparently they charge you $50 to check in even an hour early. That’s ridiculous. Almost all other nice hotels will accommodate an early check-in if they can. They gave me some line about having to prepare the rooms. This is not the case at all. I paid my $50 and then instantly my room was ready. It was obviously ready before. What a scam.

Our 6 day stay with you was very pleasant. We requested a quiet room with a view and we received exactly that. We were impressed with the cleanliness, in our room and throughout the hotel.
We would definitely consider staying here again 😊.

Loved the Landmark Prime Rib for dinner, and our breakfast through room service was amazing. Loved the spacious room, the lobby was beautiful and inviting, and the staff was all so friendly and welcoming.

The resort fee stated includes bottle waters in the room, which was not the case, went to the front desk and asked for said bottle water and they said would send up, never received the requested water.
Also asked at checkin for late check out and a male person said 1pm was ok, right after 12 noon a female Spanish housekeeper knocks on my door, expectation # 2 fail again.

Tha staff performed admirably including valet front desk housekeeping and bartenders. Gene went out of his way to give us a tour of The Landmark. Just superior.

Only downside my room had a closed door to the other room, where you could hear the other room.

Room was in ok condition. Fan made a noise all night long that made it difficult to sleep. Housekeeping did not leave any clean towels the second day. Elevators were broke when we needed to check out. Carrying all of our bags down several flights of dark stairs wasn’t super fun but we managed.
