Checking in with Clayton was great!
Edgar was helpful with my luggage.
I enter the room and find a card and a fruit plate addressed to someone else. Didnt have the bottle of wine that was suppose to be delivered.
Didnt receive the xtra pillows or blankets as requested.
********** shows on wording an ipad comes with the room. It doesn't though.
Description of room has a city view. The city view was from the bathroom. From the room all we saw was a party room with a lot of people drinking and being loud.
Pay per view movies not a choice like the description says on **********.
Indoor pool, steam room and sauna available to guest for only $100/daily.
Yep-not included in my stay.
Shower was large. Stepped on the drain and it jiggled a bit. Lifted it up and found heavy mold underneath.
For all the mistakes, i was given a complimentary hand cream to help make up for it all.
Two elevator doors but only one was in service.
I spent over a grand for 3 nights. A huge disappointment over all. The staff was nice and tried to be helpful but sending a tube of handcream was insulting

I really loved the staff here, they were all really sweet and had amazing personalities. The room was really nice as well, I did notice some things but I believe they were natural mishaps and shouldnt be taken into account of the hotel itself. I celebrated my boyfriend's 22nd birthday in the Loft Suite, and it was just such a nice room with two bathrooms with showers. We called ahead and they said the room could hold 6 people so we also had some friends over and overall had a really nice day and night. I had a hard time sleeping but everything else was nice. Again, really amazing staff who were communicative throughout the entire process and understanding of the little things I noticed. My boyfriend had a really nice birthday experience thanks to the Joule!

EVERYTHING was a standout! It is clear that personalized, guest service, in their job-one. This was my first trip to Dallas and I highly recommend The Joule as a place where you can feel safe and comfortable in an unfamiliar city.

Heat did not work (worked the temp for over 8 hours), NO extra blanket in closet, freezing all night. No body wash in shower container, tv only went to 9 max volume (we worked the remote for an hour).

Minor irritations not expected at the room price slightly diminished an otherwise excellent experience of spacious room, relaxing decor, great bed, great storage, surprisingly quiet given location, friendly helpful staff.
I found inconsistent room service- hair conditioner was empty the whole stay. Soap not replaced.
Some nights turn down performed, other nights not.
Ridiculous pricing of in room supplies.
A little more attention to detain and consistency would elevate an overall excellent experience.

Best service ever. DL from Lost prevention did an exceptional job finding a very relevent item, an impossible task. The front desk also worried, took care and was diligent trying to solve it immediately.

Been here about 3 different times, sloooooow every time, bathrooms have been down every time and crowded eeeeverytime. I guess the only good thing has been it’s within walking distance so I dont have to find a new parking spot while working DT.

When they say freaky fast that is and understatement lol. I. Ordered my sandwich they immediately started it and before I could pull out my payment my sandwich was right in my face ready to eat! The ingredients were very fresh and I definitely enjoyed the fast service!

Called for delivery and the lady was super rude. Hung up on me after saying they don't deliver to a hotel (Lorenzo) that is 0.66mil away from location. eaten at JJ a ton of times prior, but this lady blew it for JJ for me from here forward. Best of luck to everyone else

I don't normally write reviews but this place has disappointed me one too many times. I've never had a bad experience with JJs until I moved here and tried this one. They always mess up some part of my order, and today was by far the worst.
I ordered a veggie sub (#6) with hot peppers. What came was cheese, avocado, and hot peppers on stale bread - stale enough that they had to cut the ends off before passing it off to me. So where are the veggies, you may ask? I'm wondering that too. If the lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers that normally come on a veggie were rotten, I'm glad they didn't put them on my sandwich. BUT AT LEAST CALL AND TELL ME SO I CAN CHANGE MY ORDER. Who wants a veggie sub without veggies?!?! And the avocado is turning brown anyway. I would've liked a chance to pick something worth eating instead of throwing away $9. I'm very disappointed, and I can't believe they would think it's ok to serve something like this. You can do better, Jimmy John's.

Food is delicious and waiters are nice. Unfortunately the first face you see as soon as you walk in is not. Extremely rude Hispanic girl with long hair, she is on her phone and does not greet or say 1 single word. Walks us to our table and walks off. I am starting to believe she is mute because we come every week and I have yet to hear her voice. Very very rude, unwelcoming, & unprofessional. Customer service is everything in a business and she definitely does not belong at the front as a hostess.

Service was lacking.. nice girl but she kept forgetting our orders. She was patient with us though. Chicken on a stick was good, rolls were good, and we had fun. Love this location right in the heart of the city!

The happy hour deals are ridiculous, in a good way. Not only is it longer than your typical happy hour but the deals are remarkable.
Decent sushi and extensive menu. Parking is particularly difficult so I would suggest riding the dart rail, which drops off literally right outside, or uber.
They are always packed at happy hour so either try to make a reservation or arrive an hour before it starts.

Come see Aboo ?... best bartender in town! Fast, nice pour on that alcohol, he's on it! Food is super delicious! Come to happy hour and you won't be disappointed. Great specials, servers, and food! Late night also A-1 ?

Delicious food! I love the variety of choices and the healthy selection of vegetarian options. It's located in an interesting part of town. 4-stars since I've only been here once but it could potentially earn a better rating soon!
