Not a terrible stay, but I booked a king size bed and got a queen. Bed was not comfortable.

I would not stay here again. parking is $9.00 per day and the toilet in the room was always backed up.

Our first room we were assigned had a flood in the bathroom, it took over 4 hours to get someone to even look at it. After all that time a manager finally found another room for us. We are supposed to get credit for one night. He said that it had to go through *******. I hope I don’t have to fight for this.

The hotel rooms are a little dated (furniture and carpeting), however the service was outstanding. Alex and Asia took very good care of us when there was an issue with our room. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Will come back to stay if we travel back to Dallas.

It's clean and remodeled, so it's really pretty. I really recommend it to those traveling to Dallas. As expected from a JW Marriott affiliated hotel, it's registered on the app. Amazing JW Marriott Hotel!!! Remodeled nice service

I really enjoyed it, the pool is really nice and this hotel really needs to update the furniture in the room a little bit but honestly it was not bad. The service is good, the workers are kind and the inside is beautiful. I will definitely come back.
